I.P.S: Rules and Information

But there are some rules and guidelines we have to follow here at the I.P.S...

1. First and foremost, absolutely NO subject or work that contains or produces: racism, sexism or hate against any creed, color, or person of any disability!

2. This is not nor EVER will be a group in NG (News Group) format. I donot allow threats or "flamming" on my board or on any member's poetry/work!

3.I will not allow insulting or belittling anyone's work. Free speech is always permited yet noone has anything to prove by posting here...so this means there is no reason to hurt anyone's feelings by insulting their work.

4. Poets, (Haiku and Cinquain) will be accepted. For more information on Haiku, click here...(HAIKU).

And for information on Cinquain click here...(CINQU AIN).    

5. For the romantic/erotic poets, even though the majority of us are 18+, please refrain from making your work "over" sexual or profane, we are adults yet Children and minors also visit this site..keep that in mind. And we have some younger members.

And if your work is mostly erotic I have to ask that you PLEASE label your work as if it was a TV show. Make sure you give a clue as to the content of your poem in the title.
eg; Title of my poem!! (Adult content)
title of my story!! (Describes murder, sex etc)
This is very simple yet it will keep alot of our children from "growing up" too soon.

6. And remember, once you join our poetry group you will remain a member until YOU decide otherwise! This is and always will be a (No commitment) poetry group meaning: You never have to post if you don't want to, you can just read the posts. You will never be asked to do anything you don't want to.
