This site provides information both on the site and by requesting information through the mail. The do require an email address and a postal address, but you are not required to do unless you request brochures. It has plenty of information on the site as well as links to other reputable travel site for the UK.

The site is comprised of several links that involve aspects of culture, weather, classifieds, and business information. Softguides is a net site provider for many other international cities. This site is very useful for an overview of culture within the city of Madrid.

They include various travel information, including cultural and geographical data. You can request brochures on France and the regions in France but you will have to give them your postal address. Overall, this site is average.
