This is dedicated to the Alfa Spider, (in my opinion) the most interesting car on the road today.
The silver Alfa is an 88 Quad, spotted on the streets of Rome. The owner, who had taken excellent care of its restoration, was rather pleased (and a little amused) that an American took interest in the marque. The clover insignia that represents the Quad could be seen on the back end of the car. Also note the Quad's "phone dial" style wheels.
The red was a fantastic example of a 91 spider. It was in Massachusetts, south of Boston, and was in almost perfect condition. Although a Spider 2000, judging by the star-shaped wheels, it recalls Veloce styling.
(How the owner could have had the top up at the end of April is beyond me.)
an awesome site for Alfisti like me.
