Yellow sugarsnap pea project: traits in the F2 plants from a cross of Golden Sweet x Sugar Ann

The data (morphological descriptors) from my experiment with Golden Sweet x Sugar Ann, F2 generation, grown in 2008.
Each F2 plant has been given an identifying number.
There were 63 plants, grown from seed of self-pollinated F1 plants grown in 2007. One plant died, so totals are out of 62.
In this sample, a typical Mendelian ratio for a recessive trait would be about 15 or 16 out of 62.

A couple of things to bear in mind:
Some of the data are subjective and my descriptions are a matter of personal interpretation
Some of the traits described may be partly or wholly environmental rather than genetic, e.g. flower size

Notes:
Serration refers to any jagged edges on the upper leaf margins, as nearly all peas have jagged lower margins.
White speckle refers to the pale freckles usually seen on the leaf surface of most peas.
Yellow tinged growing tips refers to a distinct yellowness of young leaves on semi-mature plants, which is peculiar to the variety Golden Sweet.

Notes:
First flower is the number of days from sowing the seed to the first fully open bloom. The order in which the plants bloomed is also indicated for the earliest ones (first, second, etc).
Flower size can be very variable. Data here are based on the first flower produced by each plant, as that tends to be the most representative of what the plant is capable of.
Spur refers to the little sticky-uppy spike on the back of the flower head.
Golden Sweet has an unusual trait: the flowers never fully open due to a 'lazy' standard petal. This is probably controlled by one or two recessive genes as it's showing up in a few of the F2 plants.

    Notes:
Pod type refers only to the general appearance of the pod, so the description 'mangetout' or 'sugarsnap' may apply even when there's an inedible fibre layer.
Where a pod type is described as gappy, it means there was not a full complement of peas in most pods, probably indicating poor pollination
Genotype at R locus is recognisable in the seed. Smooth seeds are RR, wrinkled seeds are rr, mixed smooth and wrinkled are either Rr or rR. This locus is important as it gives a clue to the sweetness in the pea's flavour.
Missing data: mea culpa. Some of my identifying tags got lost by the time the plants reached maturity. Consequently I have a few bags of unidentified seeds.
