If you don’t trust us or our organization within the scope of the contract you will not be happy.
Your Attorney and Accountant probably are not very knowledgeable in these areas.
To eliminate or reduce risks and liabilities you must give up ownership.
To prevent probate interference in your Estate Plan you must give up ownership before death.
Some credit problems can be brought out in re-organization.
If you are not paying excessive taxes, insurances, or legal bills and do not have an Estate, this plan is not for you.
There are expenses involved, both current and ongoing. Since all programs are custom designed, your cost will be determined by your needs.
