Well we are being struck with another barrage of wild theories as to the implications of United States Inc. May I endow you with the JC theory of this corporation and its meaning. So you do not have to waste time let me tell you up front that for the most part all the theories and teachings are " much ado about nothing". Let us analyze the original and the current federal United States government (add all the capitols that suit your false doctrine). As it is said " in the beginning" it was void and without form under a loose association called a confederation of states. This was somewhat like "right to work" and allowed little control or manipulation for profit. Much like the labor movement someone; the founding fathers figured out they could have a lot of profit and control if they could just start a 'UNION'. And their ideas worked beautifully. The property holders set themselves up to govern those who were not so privileged as to have land and elaborate education. Then as now the uneducated "sheeple" voted for a stronger commerce and a better paycheck. Never mind that the "UNION" would take its share off the top from the stranger who wanted to buy or sell goods across the borders. From that point to now all that was required was to change the definitions of a few words like borders, state, or foreign. Shall we examine the profit motive? The whole purpose in calling the congress to assemble was profit and centralized economic equalization. The merchants wanted to be sure the common people had little or no share in the profits. In the beginning the corporation had various classes of stock and shareholders as well as the indians not included. The aboriginal indian was viewed as without soul or value. At least slaves (negroes) had value and counted as three fifths of a man. The congress was assembled to write uniform rules for commerce and to set up a trade union for group buying discounts. It often appears that the elected board of directors overstepped their delegation by a few hundred miles. But did they really? Were they limited? If memory serves me correctly four different groups arrived with constitutions already written. Yes we remember the Federalist and Anti-federalist debates and teachings. You can make any argument that suits you about the difference between confederation and union. It seems 11 states of the union attempted to restore to a confederation in that little entertainment called the Civil War. In a confederation the individual states maintained all their own independent character. To form a "Union" each had to give up some of the elements of individual freedom and self determination to be governed by a combined commerce board. Thirteen independent states sent their commerce delegates to Philadelphia to cut the best deal they could for the folks back home. Is this any different than the negotiators in the UPS strike. The workers had little to say about what their delegates did to them. Few if any will recover what they lost during the strike before the contract runs out. Was it any different for the new states? I knew I had been anti-union for good reason. What was the corporate structure of this new "Union"? Well lets see the people were given the privilege of electing an electoral college who then elect the President. Sort of like shop stewards who only think of the common goal with total disregard for the worker or at least his personal needs. Seventy-eight percent of Americans claim some form of Christianity , and yet the electoral college(sounds like the learned elders of Zion) installed in office a wholly immoral merchant (William Jefferson Clinton). He declared himself to be the profiteer the people lust after because they or we are really just after the money. The economy of the Union is all that matters in a 'UNION" negotiation sounds just like D.C. Not the money of the people but rather that of the union negotiators, politician and profiteer. What does your shop steward promise to get elected but a healthy economy and more free benefits someone else has to pay for over time? Improve the economy, stroke the passion for the love of money. Who cares that the children will have to suffer the sins of our generation. We know they are lying and yet we parade around on picket lines cheering for our own destruction. And we lust to have it so. Wasn't the picket line the battle technique that cost the British so many troops? It seems the Vietnamese were the best individual strategists in this century; sounds like a confederacy to me. Let us get back to our UNION INC. What we have from the beginning is different classes of stockholders. The only thing that has happened is that the classes of stock have been modified by amendment to the corporate charter (Constitution). The privileged class of elders has narrowed a bit to keep its number about the same. We do have what we call the economic middle class who have a little bit of money and education. Most of these are created by the union labor movement to destroy pride or quality in the pursuit of the profit. In our federal government union there are top negotiators called the state department; privileged delegates called senators; and shop stewards called representatives. And none of the delegates can control what the top merchant (President) does in the negotiation. All the delegates can do is try to override the merchants vote (veto) [now isn't that a cute turn on vote]. The corporate officers and delegates carry out the public functions just as Levi and Aaron during their punishment in ancient Israel. You mean you did not recognize Union government as the love of money religion of Babylon's Merchants…Shame! shame! Now as far as our still being controlled by the crown of England I do not believe the Merchants of Babylon or Zion have ever lost control of the crown jewels or family. We are under the control of the love of money federal government confusion and lies whose high priests are the merchants of confusion, greed and slothfulness. In our blissful ignorance it really does not matter who we vote for or how often the merchants are in control of the best "Union Boss" money can rent. The same merchants of false doctrine and confusion who rent and control the Crown of England rent and control Washington D.C.. Is the love of money more or less than in 1787? Were you aware of the Jefferson Philosophical society? Thomas wrote in 1775 that the mature believer who came to this land for the furtherance of religious freedom soon lost sight of that goal in the pursuit of the wealth of the land. We so totally forgot that our chief union negotiator and commerce delegates imported a million eastern European and Russian talmudic jews as merchants and bankers by the immigration act in 1890 and in the same act cut off the flow of Caucasian Christians from our kinsmen in western Europe. Boy did we ever have good union delegates in that one. Who got rich? It sure was not the Christian brother who was prohibited access to our new Jerusalem in America.. Today we are under attack just like the old days we are assailed as scab labor. Trusts are not popular with the union (IRS) because its basis in truth can not be sold out for the good of the union. The trust is a confederation ides and the merchant has trouble profiting from truth. Even the churches lie for profit. The trust requires individual independent responsibility as stewards of the land granted us by through and for our KING JESUS. The union is very corporate today because the same year that brought us the Talmudists as merchants gave us the Corporation as equal with persons in rights of citizenship. Didn't you know that the corporation is a living citizen? Wow was that a bonus or merely our just deserts for using the picket line in our spiritual battle plan. Union fighting is about purely personal responsibility. You have to be known by your works. If all personal responsibility can be purchased for a lottery ticket in the usury schemes of insurance there is no hope for confederates. Then all that is left are unionists for the common (communists) good. WE ARE IN SPIRITUAL WARFARE not some silly contest over a corporation or the crown of England. Stop it already! Both are false doctrines of talmudic merchants for the souls of man. Union federal government and labor unions are to destroy the ambition and conscience in order to convert religious freedom to money lust. And they are working brilliantly. Even the churches of this great land are just love of money merchants to build greater temples to men. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON US AND HIS LAND. All the earth is HIS and the sooner we are brought under one rule the better. That way we will only have to overcome one union government for the love of money to make all the Kingdoms of the earth HIS Kingdom. So have a ball with your petty fears about one world government.. The current UNION CORPORATION is little different than ancient Egypt, Rome, Babylon, or Assyria. The same classes of shareholders exist and the federal union slaves are little different than the story of Israel in Egypt. Seventy-five souls went down seeking welfare and over a few hundred years they grew into a few million corporate slaves. Their union negotiators only brought more suffering. The pursuit of religious freedom brought them out to Sinai. They cried out to God and he sent Moses to break the union for the independence of a confederacy. In Sinai each man had to gather the food for his family six days a week. Jesus demands six twelve hour days. The US West strike was over less than GOD's standard. See I told you it was slothfulness. Rush says United auto workers only work four hours a day to make 98,000 per year. Now there is a wonderful love of money union for you guaranteeing and negotiating the members rights to be lazy, slothful, fraudulent, and greedy. In their last strike the worker lost more than he will make in the term of the contract and the Union Negotiators received four million in bonuses. The worker has lost all sense of responsibility and pride in their ability to be individual servants to the KING. Sounds a lot like your corporate federal union United States. Which class of stockholder are you? As for me and my house we have chosen to be a part of JESUS CHRIST'S one world government of confederates who choose to serve the master without promise of financial reward or economic future. I like the personal responsibility of this confederacy .where no one has a vote or any special privileged position of rule over others. The original corporation was ratified by the states and the current one has its vote of confidence to continue its reign of terror every April 15. How does it feel being a scab? Did you know that the Union bosses are really worried because only 18 to 40 percent of the members vote on the new contract. If that happened at United Auto Workers the Union would collapse. Guess what—so will this one of its own corruption. And GOD will be glorified in its fall. Every new nation of any consequence is brought about by moral revolution. America is ready or overdue for our own moral revolution FOR JESUS. All the dribble over corporation union and crown are of no consequence in spiritual warfare. Their only purpose is love of money and destroying the independent moral character of conscience written in our hearts and minds by our KING. For the fear monger: here is a bone for you. Did you know that England has never ceded the land the US embassy sits on in their country. They want us to give back Virginia in trade. Why would they want it back if they still own it. HOWEVER, since the throne of David is reported to be the coronation seat of the RIGHTEOUS KING JESUS AS HIS THRONE FOREVER is the same coronation seat currently in GREAT BRITAIN we should rejoice at our allegiance to the throne. Who the ---- gave us the right to think we are sovereign? There are now a dozen or more groups (churches of false doctrine) around the country buying and selling something called sovereignty. This really is dealing in the souls of man as mere merchandise. We lust so for the idea we can be like gods great churches flourish and groups of PATRIOTS FOR PROFIT are just more false churches with strange gods. Yes; By GOD we have a birthright! And it is worthy of our most passionate defense and the greatest offense we can muster for its true place as servants of Jesus Christ our KING. The prophets spoke of the fate of those who refuse to be ruled over by Christ as King. And I do not wish any of us to share that certain death. There is a proper order to all things. The birthright of God's chosen and called is a precious treasure and an awesome responsibility. Yes, I defend and champion your birthright to be responsible for every act of your tongue and hand. There is no such thing as rapture or escape. All will acknowledge HIM as King, Lord, Master, Priest, and advocate. WOW what an attorney we have! And all shall be judged according to our works. Boy; This birthright idea is fun. And defending it is an extremely needful ministry. I doubt that many of you have considered the possibility that this is the BEULAH land or new promised land in scripture. How about the fact that the people who came to these shores for the furtherance of the Kingdom of God believed they were the regathering of the birthright of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This is the regathering of Israel and like the crossing of the Jordan we just can not stand to follow God's order. Shame on us. We have just the kind of government we need. This is the just needs of the governed. We as the Heirs of God's promise need a government like we suffered under in Egypt. Corrupt evil terrorists is just what we deserve for refusing to be ruled over and governed by JESUS as KING. In 2nd Samuel our forefathers rejected God for an earthly man as king and they suffered for hundreds of years. Jesus himself is the only salvation for a whoring nation of merchants for the love of money. GREED is and for all time has been and for all time will be the enemy of GOD. The lusts of our flesh for money, power, bigger faster whatevers, greater temples of stone to honor man, and more plush houses are the enemy of Jesus Christ and in face anti-Christ. How does your birthright feel now? The old proverb of if the shoe fits wear it comes to mind and especially the part about if it pinches it is probably yours. Are you ready to set up your picket line to get me? You or we have the birthright of being responsible for providing knowledge to all those out there who happen to be weaker than you. That same birthright grants us the right to be perpetual servants to our Priest King Jesus. We have the right to do all which is right by his law and nothing less. The laws of GOD are the minimum standard for our performance. Do you love your birthright enough to defend it? AS FOR ME AND MY HOUSE WE WILL SERVE THE LORD! He alone is worthy of our allegiance or our pledge. We have the right and power and authority over our own flesh to never permit a bad thought in our mind or an evil act by our hand. When you are under attack do you take the time to praise GOD for the privilege of being treated as the Master first was treated and persecuted falsely? Are you sure you are an heir of victory? Ignorance of the law is no excuse in carnal or spiritual law. One nice woman pointed out that she was not religious but rather spiritual. TRUST COLUMN YOU DESERVE TO KNOW THAT IS WHAT MAKES TRUST WORK In two of our Tax Court opportunities the accusation has been raised that I am a sham trust promoter. The enemy's definition is one who just sells these things called trusts and are never around to back them up. Now let me say that if you think that statement has any relationship to the substance or form of our contract I have great sympathy for you. I have been told that it is necessary to read between the lines to get my correct meaning. Yet others say they appreciate my simple plain way of getting the point across. Obviously I can be more clear about certain things and shall accept the wise council. Out of respect for the fact that the readers of this article will come from a wide variety if beliefs and training let me try to eliminate the between the lines area and thought. The separation of truth from fiction is the cutting edge of the double edged Sword which is sharp enough to sever the bone from the marrow. There are no gray areas in truth. and there is no such thing as a little white lie. All lies are jet black. ALL TRUTH IS WHITE AS SNOW AND ENTIRELY PURE. We have learned and relearned some very important lessons in finance and law that we must consider while we remain in this world. We must maintain the truth as the only acceptable way. We must remain loyal to truth even if the trinkets get taken away. Truth and right are not measured in trinkets or toys they are far more valuable. In our farm foreclosure case in Kansas the taking of property has occurred. Yes it was done wrongly and illegally, even by man's law. In the process the Sheriff acknowledged that our guy knows more about the law than this elected law advocate of the people in the merchant code. We had already learned that the one judge was a puppet and rubber stamp for the bank. Also the Bankruptcy judge has informed me that the Trust is not eligible for the protection of bankruptcy proceedings in the pure irrevocable form. It is only the registered Business Trust that is eligible and then like the corporation must be represented by an alter-boy in the government church(attorney). There was a motion hearing where I appeared by phone and the judge did rule properly that we had failed to bring the correct motion to get our issues heard. While we were talking over the process and statute he sort of indicated we were out of opportunities in his venue. I wish I had a picture of the judge's face when I informed him we would just have to go to the attorney general or the feds. Those who were observing said I had gotten his attention. The Pharisees did not enjoy being rebuked for failing to follow their own law or traditions (procedure). Is it possible there is a conscience hidden away inside the black robes of that whore for the merchants? Yes of course it is; we found conscience and reason in one IRS appeals officer. It, at this time, appears that we will have an out of court settlement in at least one of our Tax Court cases. And it will be with the full preservation of the trust as a living citizen. Other factors are certain to play a part; however, I think it is good news that we will be sustained because we would not compromise truth. Let me be entirely clear, I care far more about the integrity of the trust and our works and words than I ever will about the money. This is spiritual warfare and we are guaranteed the certain victory for our cause is just. Just as it was when Patrick Henry called the house of Burgess to the defense of Virginia Almighty God fights for us. For those who are unaware this appeals officer challenged me on scripture and belief and did not find me lacking in knowledge or faithful works. He fell into all the false doctrine traps and was enlightened and helped by the experience. First he asked how anyone could claim Christianity and not follow the laws of the land. I replied that I had not made any such lofty claim of title to call myself a Christian but it would be up to him to judge based on my acts. I went on to challenge him on how anyone could claim loyalty to Jesus and pay a government to murder innocent babies in the womb. He saw my point and had never thought of it that way. I also informed him that I thoroughly believed I was entirely following the laws of the land. After all it is not I who has been before the senate and the media for failing to follow the laws of the land. He even acknowledged that there were agents in that building who regularly abuse the rights of the people. This challenge about the laws of the land has allowed me to feed him a lot of information and quotes from the law that just may be our friend. He mentioned in one phone call these protester arguments. I asked him for a definition and he agreed to stop using the term with me. To which I replied that the commissioner had said everyone has to stop asserting that blanket accusation. Then I reminded him that he is the one who issued the challenge about following the laws of the land and I was merely getting us on the same basis in the laws of the land. Next we went surrendering to civil authority in the Romans 13 doctrine. I pointed out that he was misquoting the scripture. It actually says the higher powers and to me there is only one higher power, that of course being Jesus our King. Then I led him back into chapter 12 to get the meaning. The purpose for rewarding evil (IRS) with good is to heap coals of fire on their head. He had never heard it presented that way before but sees my point. I then said I have been there and done that. How high do you want your pile of coals? Isn't it amazing he had no reply. Next he brought up render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. No I did not even consider arguing the patriot patter about who is Caesar in America. GOD alone is Sovereign. My reply was something on the order of let me paint you the picture of that incident. Here are the Pharisees who have already declared they have no King but Caesar ( refusing to be ruled over by Christ as King declaring themselves as HIS enemy). And here is the Almighty God of the Heavens and the earth the creator and owner of the earth and all that in it is.. The Pharisees present a graven image to Caesar to the God who said thou shalt have no graven images of anything in the earth and thou shalt have no other gods before me (in my presence). Now would you care to tell me what Jesus would want with idols to Caesar or to dead presidents like we use. And at that moment I tossed a 50 out on the table. Well he never thought of it that way before. I can guarantee he has thought of it several times since that first exposure. In the discussion I was very frank about my sincerely held beliefs and he is well aware I am committed to truth in the form of trust. Yes in every form but this is the trust column so I get to emphasize the trust. So he could understand my sincerity at one point I held out my arms in the position of challenge for handcuffs and told him if he felt they could stop my beliefs go for it. At one point in the conversation he asked about personal returns and even suggested that I could file zero returns. Why should I have to break the law get along with the service while they continue their law breaking? He saw my point a lot that day and has continued to do his part to settle this case without trial. I have written some very pointed letters to him and he has weathered the storm. In our last conversation I offered to meet him for coffee and will probably make that invitation again this week or next. I know we discussed what Christ did to for and with tax collectors. Matthew was a tax collector until he met truth. Mr. R met truth that day. We will see if he is able to continue collecting money to murder babies. At one point I told him if the whole of the last seventeen years had been spent to bring me to the place of witnessing to him in truth it was worth the whole of that seventeen years to have the opportunity of bringing him my witness of truth.

********** In another case we have the special procedures group and appeals ready to dismiss the notice of deficiency because the service failed to follow the law and procedure. The tax court refused our petition because the notice of deficiency had been sent to the wrong address. That means it is void. The notice was also undated. The good part of that is they will loose at least one year on statute of limitations and if it takes to October 16 to make the ruling they will loose both years. Then the individuals who have suffered reallocation will have a good argument for dismissing their case because the valid return of the trust has already accounted for the money. We should be able to transfer burden of proof in this case based on the whole abuse of process. I expect good results. We may even go after this District Council for sexual harassment. Motions to dismiss and for summary judgment are in the works. Isn't it amazing the one we will wind up trying first is the strongest trust return case and personal return case combined. We have to be sure they do not get co-mingled in error. God must really be having fun watching all these federal fools run around without a clue of what the truth is or for that matter the law. We at least have a clue. The district council is really going nuts with this case. He refused to meet us on neutral ground and insists on staying in his marble tower. We gave him orders where and when to show up for the settlement conference just like he is accustomed to doing to others. It really is fun to intimidate the agents. Of course he failed to show up and we intend to go after an order for sanctions against him for his failure to cooperate in accordance with the rules and taxpayer bill of rights. We will go after the appeals officer in this case Mr. K because he failed to do his job assigned by law. Our purpose is to transfer burden of proof in the tax court to the service because we know they have no way of carrying the burden of proof. WE know the facts and the law better than they do or can in time for trial. Oh yes in this one he summonsed the man's ex-wife and harassed her terribly. Too bad she could not remember anything to help his case. I have informed him that I intend to argue burden of proof and am setting him up to be sued under the overzealous collection process clauses of the taxpayer Bill of Rights we may even call on special procedures, internal affairs, and the taxpayer advocate to tie cans to his tail. This lawyer really needs and deserves to feel fear. The other case will most likely get postponed because we have to restart the appeals process on our amended complaint. We certainly hope it is postponed. We think our plate is full as it is; just to get one case ready for trial is a lot of work four or five cases on the same day would be an interesting opportunity. However if that is the way GOD chooses to be glorified I am going to really be joyous. The sooner these are resolved the better it will be for all our family. Enough of that dribble. Here is where we are headed in my opinion. The research has become very fruitful and very pointed. One of two possibilities exist… First is the status quo with a few modifications. Second is a radical departure to follow the letter of the law and demand the same from our public hirelings. If we use 26 USC 67; 651; 652; 861 WITH 26 CFR 1.67; 1.651; 1.652; and 1.651-8(f) the returns if filed would show 0000 on line 1 and everywhere else. Well now the code or regulations do not require any such filing as zero returns. This could be extended to the filing of amended 0—0 returns for all those returns filed incorrectly during the last 4, 5, or 6 years. I see no reason to go back beyond the statute of limitations for examination, assessment, or the collection process. See what thinking does…Here is the third possibility based on individual taste, belief, and education we can now prove that Arizona and all the other sovereignly governed states are foreign to the United States. The States as defined in the IRC are not sovereign in even man's law or the code. This could extend to an interesting debate that the Kingdom of God is foreign to the United States as defined in the code. Marriage is the only thing that should co-mingle two financial lives. In our divorce case the co-mingling scared off one CPA and led him to testify that it would be impossible to do accurate returns. Please let that be our only experience of this type. Step back non believers or the truth will never come. It is our right and our duty to be ever vigilant in our personal responsibility to act as we believe. That is the only way the enemies of our KING can clearly identify us. Unless you think you are good enough to be a double agent or live a double minded life do not try to just pretend to believe or to trust. The enemy thinks you are in control of me just using me for your greed and lust. I am certain that enemy is in error. I am not strong enough in spirit or law to live a double life and even to conceive such a thought in my mind would be very painful. It would hurt me greatly if I were to discover that you were being untrue. Frequently you tell me you agree about getting out of debt, then swear service to the banker and even ask me to allow your rejection of what you know is right. I have serious doubts as to your being that much more secure than I in your ability. Seems a lot like Samuel again. If you are dedicated to your ownership, greed, and credit we must seriously look at the beliefs claimed. I routinely instruct young people to get their love for credit out of the way before considering trusts based on truth. Then I get a constant flow of the older generations lusting for more than they can afford and forcing the trusts into credit situations. In the future that will be harder at least in part due to the fact that the Trust and Truth have no privilege of relief through release of debt in bankruptcy.

Well much to the peace of mind for me, JC has figured out how the computer does a newsletter. You have no idea how much time that saves both of us. Instead of waiting for an inspiration or time for a thought to hit him, then write it out, and then me put it into the computer, proof read and take to the copier, all the other fun stuff, paper everywhere, JC can now put down his thoughts in the newsletter and proof read it at his own leisure (as if he has any). You have NO idea how great this is for me. So if you notice more of an Okie sound to it, don't worry, you really did notice it. Spell check can catch some of those now. I'm rather happy to see him work the computer, sometimes until 3:00 A.M. and then take phone calls at 7:00 or 7:30 A.M., he answers his e-mail by the time the kids are ready for breakfast. The children are doing great. They are catching on to dance lessons too. The 4 year old who just can't take directions is beginning to listen. Who knows it may be the best thing for her yet. Just have to fight the 2 year old as she thinks she should be in there taking lessons too. One more year and then she'll really be ready. We are going to take them to Massachusetts to see daughter Lisa and son-in-law Paul, and Braden. Lisa is expecting again in April. The kids can hardly wait to see them. We plan to take them to Plymouth Rock and start their history lessons about this land. With it on tape the books will make more sense to them. TREE HUGGERS DELIGHT:

Just in case you do not have any wild thoughts running around in your head I'll share a couple of worthy crusades. In dealing with my second favorite feds at BLM I come into contact with the CORPS OF ENGINEERS. The Corpse is in charge of managing the "waters of the United States". It is in error to believe it is just navigable waters. The truth is that it is any water that is in or may contact interstate commerce. Back when the coast guard was in charge it was the navigable waters but since the management is shared with the ARMY Corps of Engineers the jurisdiction is greatly expanded. The Corpse (yes that misspelling is an intentional evaluation) was given shared jurisdiction because they had the equipment and ability to clear the channel for commerce. Did you know that the dredging to keep the commerce flowing was how flood prevention was done for decades? Then some tree hugging environmentalist, probably Teddy Roosevelt, decided to make the benefit of some plant or animal override the Constitutional responsibility of government. That responsibility is seated in COMMERCE. OH! You mean you thought Teddy was the good Rosenfeldt. Sorry that is simply not true. Franklin D Roosevelt followed the commercial purpose to the hilt. Teddy was the one who set in motion the environmental movement to infringe on the rights of the people by defeating commerce. This was directly against his oath of office. Go take a look at the Environmental Protections Act of 1897. This is teddy's handy work to go along with the national parks, monuments, wilderness areas, and the ability to destroy a commercial industry for one juvenile owl. Would you please show me the commercial value of a snail darter or a spotted owl? Why doesn't someone bring up the issue of the breech of contract by the feds not following their commercial purpose in the Constitution?

Now here is my idea =====> The flood victims from Canada and North Dakota need to sue the United States in the world court in Geneva. The issue can be that the feds have willfully and wantonly failed to keep the contract to protect commerce. There was great financial damage to commerce and to the general welfare by having to send in feds to pay for damages and make or guarantee reconstruction loans. This is damage control setting up a public impression to cover up the real culprit. The US through its Corps has failed to keep the channels dredged so that commerce can freely flow on the rivers. How about those who have to pay higher prices for fossil fuel generation of electricity. If the corps were doing the job it was created for there would be ever increasing hydro-electric generation instead of going out of business over some plant or fish. Hydro-electric is the first truly environmentally sound way of generating commercial electricity. Solar may one day work on a small scale but Hydro is the way to go wherever possible. Yes it may require some adjustment to the way of thinking about commerce on the rivers. Hydro could probably generate as much tax as barges full of goods on the river. However, the other commercial benefits of water storage for irrigation and industry could outweigh the moving of goods or troops. We can go back to using the trains to move goods. Besides that the only places hydro works good are too steep or too swift for barges and can not be used for moving commerce. Even towns like Sedona Arizona are regularly damaged by the feds at the corps failure to keep the commercial waters flowing free. All of that water goes to a hydro-electric generating station FOR COMMERCE. I am doing my thing for the environment. We use solar a lot. NOW I am even using this silly computer to do email instead of faxes that take paper. We even have me writing my own IRS letters on the keyboard instead of the yellow pad. No, I do not like the recycled paper for writing pads something about it feels weird. Anyone with an email address will get their newsletter electronically. I just hope the electricity is Hydro. You can even let your family and friends read our works anonymously on the web page with no paper. Now do you believe I am an environmental whacko?
