"Permit me, Sir to add another circumstance in our colonies, which contributes no mean part toward the growth and effect of this untractable spirit. I mean their education. In no country perhaps in the world is the law so general a study. All who read, and most do read, endeavor to obtain some smattering of that science.

I have been told by an eminent bookseller, that in no branch of his business, after tracts of popular devotion, were so many books as those on the law exported to the plantations. The colonies have now fallen into the way of printing them for their own use. I hear they have sold nearly as many of Blackstone’s Commentaries in America as in England. General Gage states that all the people in his government are lawyers, or smatterers in law, and that in Boston they have been enabled, by successful chicane, wholly to evade many parts of your capital penal constitutions.

My observation is that it has long been the desire of UNJUST government to have lazy non readers for it’s citizens and subjects. People are still destroyed for lack of knowledge whether it is voluntary or just laziness, some call it slothful. The proper relationship is where government fears the people it serves; this keeps government in it’s proper confinement and is better accomplished with knowledge of law than the second amendment idol worship in the lusts of the flesh. Law books do more to cause fear and control the acts of government than carnal weapons. No government can hope to keep a people from reading and studying law which choose so to do especially now in this age of internet and talk radio.

Have you chosen to study the science of law? The application of law comes down to the science of provable facts under set rules just as science has always been taught in the pursuit of truth and we have need to know the rules of evidence in applying the science of law. How sad it is that our legislators and judges have ceased from the study of the perfect law of liberty and it’s correct moral application in their delegated authority for our just need to exercise our liberties granted by Almighty GOD. Did you know there are regular classes in congress on the Jewish ethic while any study of christian ethic is prohibited? Is this one of our just needs?

Even I have tried the lazy approach in law and because of that laziness been a miserable failure at my smatterings in law. Then we finally woke up to our duty to discipline and manage our hired hands (servants) in government. Thomas Jefferson wrote into the Unanimous declaration of the thirteen united States of America that governments are created among men to serve the just needs of the governed. If they are serving our just needs they are our elected and delegated employees. We elected and hired them to serve our just needs; shouldn’t we pay attention to the product they produce for us called law? Now there may be a few of our employees out there who are not doing that job properly; we will find them and with congress’ help we will call them to repentance or fire them for their failure. Isn’t that what the colonies did with England’s Tax Collectors and Parliament? Seems to me the colonial people fired the King because he was not serving their just needs; they called it taxation without representation. Does that really sound any different than the situation we have today? When was the last time you read the bill of charges against the crown? Do we really have any right to complain when we are too lazy and uninformed to remind congress of their proper limited delegation of authority???

I find it very informative to read that England had the certainty of the coming rebellion figured our as early as in 1774. Do you suppose the bureaucrats have lied about more of the details of what occurred in early American history? I am reminded of the soundtrack tape from the movie Braveheart, "History is written by those who have hanged heroes". In this case we are too close to the action to get too screwed up on the founding fathers. OF COURSE THERE IS TRULY ONLY ONE FOUNDING FATHER; the one who was here before the foundations of the earth. Happy days! Praise God in song, word, and deed!!!!

Many think those of us weird who own law books and computers to study law on the internet; and even stranger those of us who actually do both acts of responsibility. Most think we can not and will not make a difference on the grand scale. (Only if it is God’s Will.) Jesus was just a child when he amazed the pharicees and scribes in the temple with his knowledge of law; and guys like Thomas Jefferson and Pattrick Henry were practicing government through law and protesting the improper acts of the King as teenagers. Isn’t it sad we need law degrees and concent of our servants to exercise our rights in law?? Take a look at the colonies; they made a distinct difference for rights with just a few books and no computers; aw shucks; they did not even have telephones much less cell phones, photocopiers, faxes and satellites. Yet they stood for the right of rights and stood and stood. For all of these men doing right was far more valuable than their fortunes, lives, or sacred honor. None of the founding fathers are recorded to have turned from their pledge of that sacred honor in the face of the threat of death from the king and loss of a few dollars.

Do you remember the definition of right is to do the will if God? Do your representatives in government and your employees in the bureaucracy recall that definition and detail?

Oh! Excuse me they did not have a Federal Reserve Accounting Unit Device monetary system based on usury and greed. More importantly they did not have great wealthy churches dedicated to tradition and the building fund more than right and truth. Great estates had houses just about like the yuppy money lovers of the upper middle class today with five or six bedrooms, three or four bathrooms were not the standard and jacuzies always bring a third mortgage; however, there were no home loans; no bondage to the debt of usury.

How this relates to the IRS is very simple; that tyrant can not survive our "sniffing him out in every breeze and going out to overcome his terror at every turn". In our meeting at Appeals last year we discussed the fact the IRS could not control a reading public; especially when we read the law that governs their activities. Following the example set by Christ I go into that temple of that false religion certain I know more of the law than they who are hired to apply it; and this is a proper relationship for the boss; and I can not exercise my liberties granted by Almighty God in an environment of lack of knowledge. Just as in 1774 an educated public sniffs out and resists tyranny at every turn.

Our friend from the Inspector General’s office has found the fact that we are a reading public to be very refreshing. He shows that he appreciates our knowledge of the law and the process in how he communicates and relates to us. He even helps us do our job better; and we can help him to do his job as our employee by knowledge of the law he is hired do apply..

Even the tax court judges have been attentive, respectful, and deliberately polite, courteous and fair in their conduct on every occasion at each opportunity. This was unheard of in past years when we were just guessing at the law or making our emotional rantings to demand justice without law or cause. And you can be sure as we continue to grow in knowledge and experience even they will judge us fairly by our works; we smatterers in the law. As we improve in our application of the rules of evidence we will have greater success in the science of law.

Prejudice is easily overcome by knowledge and truth is our most powerful weapon. I had told you the story of the tax court judge in Ohio repenting of his prejudice when he was reminded of his error. We can have liberty in law only through just diligence to knowledge of law. The merchant of evil can be caused to flee from us seven ways; we simply must live truth in perfect liberty.

Of late the old UCC stuff we studied and used in 88 & 89 has risen to the surface again. I remind you I am not a commercial or artificial person and the commercial and artificial methods will not work. I am reminded of the Apostle Paul: He survived all his tribulation until he rejected the security of Almighty God and claimed his civil Roman citizenship then he died in error. My civil death of the artificial person created by my employees occurred many years ago; is it so unusual for employees to paint a false picture of and wrongly identify the bosses. I became a new man very different from the old carnal creature on labor day Sunday 1985. My daughter claims she didn’t even know me or like the new me at first. Years later on June 6,1988 was the day of the recording of the civil death certificate; public notice of my repentance and forgiveness with certification of my allegiance and servitude to Jesus as King. From that time to this I have had and sought no entitlement to benefit in man’s civil community. I, for anyone unaware, am an indentured slave bought with a price no other claimant can match. I propose and yield all allegiance to my owner, master and living KING JESUS. The UCC process requiring use of social security numbers will not work for anyone other than those owing allegiance to that civil authority that creates social programs as rapture tools to remove people from truth and trust in the perfect law of liberty for the pots of gold in the love of money having things you did not earn and can not take with you into kingdom service. Are you planning for the real future??

In the realm of international law I am a servant of the only ever-living true (foreign) sovereign. I am the (occupied property) territory of a foreign sovereign; and that means even by Internal Revenue Definitions am foreign to the territory called United States. I am not a resident of anywhere and I am not alien to anyone or anything; I merely occupy until the KING arrives. (Don Smith had it right as nonalien nonresident). And all observers can easily identify me by my works. Even the IRS appeals officer was able to identify me as acting Christian by my actions.

All God’s children are responsible for seeking out HIS PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY and following every jot and title of that perfect law. Remember Jesus himself said not one jot or title would pass away until all things were accomplished. YOO HOO!! All things are not yet accomplished. I am not yet fully revealed in all the completeness or greatness of humble service for which I am destined. HOW ABOUT YOU???

If the enemies spies were looking at you would you make such an impression with your dedication to right over wrong or your knowledge of the law? Would you put the enemy on notice simply by your knowledge of and dedication to law? Would your actions each day show the enemy you are dangerous because of your sure dedication to truth and trust? My impression is that the enemy at the IRS fears me and does not want to give me the opportunity to teach law in their synagogues of satan(courtroom). Who are you really kidding (To THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE)??

All your little follies are just follies. Are your desires for benefits just needs of the governed?

All my little follies are just follies and I wish not to repeat my errors of the past. I need to be what I am, that which Almighty God trained me to be, in order to do my job. All the "old crusties" of my personality are necessary to fulfill my task in my dedication to serve, help, and teach you. I must be the "burning bush" of truth in trust so you have no doubt of your standing in law..

When the elvick version of the UCC artificial civil process started up again I was temporarily burdened and confused by the desires and lusts of people around me.. I have really wrestled with using the materials and information trying to do my communication with your enemy and mine (our employees). I need to be one of those zealots standing for truth and trust; others are certainly more competent in man’s law and procedures to do their job. In the upholding of the trust in law I am the proper or real party for this one little thing; the only proper real party in our current situation. I have no doubt I could be replaced; I just have not been; and have to believe it will not be easy to replace me. That is part of my service (vanity, confidence, dedication, creed, and life) to you.

TIME IS ON MY SIDE; AND I AM ON YOUR SIDE.

God and one is a majority; so with both of us on His side we are sure winners. ("The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much": "Where two or more are gathered together in my name there am I also"). This is the confidence with which the founding fathers created the rebellion and this nation under God allegiant to Almighty God with Jesus as King. It was Pattrick Henry’s address to the House of Burgess that brought Virginia to the defense of right and freedom; and his certainty of God fighting for us that gave them the assurance of victory in perfect liberty. Let us not forget to keep HIM first in our assurances that "our victory is certain for our cause is just". It is not just okay to be right it is the only thing that is OKAY. Praise God!

TRUTH CAN NEVER LOOSE UNLESS WE CHOOSE TO HIDE IT UNDER OUR BUSHEL OF LIES. The only way evil or darkness has any power is when we put our power there out of our laziness or fear rejecting our service to God to fear man for our greed.

Anyone who has yet to experience the explosive development of knowledge available on the internet is missing a great opportunity to gain knowledge and grow in wisdom. Those who refuse knowledge of law willfully accept civil servitude under law to the social structure. We do not need added problems because of false fraudulent schemes of lazy liars. Commercial greed is an expression of the love of money. Are you sure that is the proper choice of action in your quest to serve??????????????????

As for me and my house we will serve the LORD. We have chosen the service to the perfect law of liberty in order to enjoy the benefits of the irrevocable trust created by Almighty GOD to grant us perfect liberty in perfect law. The job of that trustee is too hard for me; and rightly so, in perfect order the trustees job done by me is too hard for many of you. And that is OKAY too. We are not all called to be crazy radical zealots or servant trustees. You need to work to do your job as seriously and honorably as I work to do mine. When we act as a team with each of us doing our jobs properly honorably and rightly "our victory is guaranteed for our cause is just". Please do not forget that we are engaged in spiritual warfare; and by the power of Almighty God delegated to us through the abiding living spirit inside the men of character victory is certain.

Yesterday I was again privileged to be watching the television on CSPAN as congress debated the Juvenile Crime bill and the Hyde amendment to that legislation. It was a snarling contest of serious debate over the infringement or defense of the first amendment. Many were in support of the amendment and it’s desire to study, evaluate and discipline the entertainment industry’s liberal displays of pornography. One California female called it garbage while another California female praised the courage and knowledge. It verified that there is confusion (babble) in the current secular pretense of law. Two very good points were repeatedly made; first that it is parents duty and responsibility to control what the children watch and buy; and second the call to be as vigorous to oppose the infringement on the second amendment as the first.

As was true in the Impeachment hearings it is painfully clear that our elected representatives remain confused about the constitution and law. This is where the need for a "wholly righteous and moral people" come into play. That intractable spirit Burke referred to is the dedication to be sure law and government stay within the confines of their delegations of authority to "serve the just needs of the governed". We have the right and duty to ever remind our representatives of their limited delegation and duty. Davy Crocket published a tract called stopledoliger during his term in the senate; it was about taxation without representation and his error in voting for a tax bill without the direction and consent of the people who elected him to represent their just needs and rights.

A public who does not read and study the law can not discern the truth and facts of the law. Discernment in law and discrimination between good and evil are exercises of spiritual warfare in the grant of liberty. We can not discipline our representative government or even see to the election of proper representation without taking the time to study and learn.

[Now the plug: one of the good sources for the knowledge of how to exercise your liberty is our regular seminars on the meeting of the minds to do that which is right in trust. August is approaching rapidly and we have scheduled room for just 50 because of the repeated refusal of knowledge.] It is really sad that so many have so much business and religion they can not spare the time for truth and trust; of course the majority are just so lazy they think I will automatically save them from their error and rapture them to safety from their own responsibility. WRONG!

You can not enjoy the liberty or freedom in chosen rejection of knowledge. Only knowledge of law was cause of fear for the House of Commons; and that same knowledge of Law can and will make us free from the bondage of man that we may be at liberty to take on the yoke of the truth in the Perfect law of liberty. You can not cause the terrorists at the IRS or other Feds to fear you without knowledge in and of law. Perfect liberty requires perfect law and work in that same intractable spirit Burke spoke of in 1774. There seems to be nothing new in the way evil men seek to enslave other people for their web of confusion. Remember Eclesiastes 12 states that to the making of more books there is no end and all this making of books and in the present secular social and civil structure vanity, vanity, vanity is our creed and religion. Could it be the Hyde amendment is just more vanity taking the name of God in vain. Could it be that Henry Hyde just wants credit for being a great lawmaker. [all this lawmaking that does not serve the just needs of the governed and in such keep and do the right thing by God’s law.]

WE REALLY CAN BE AT LIBERTY TO LIVE OUR LIBERTY IN THE PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY GRANTED, GIVEN, AND EMPOWERED BY THE EVERLIVING ALMIGHTY GOD, MANIFESTED BY RIGHTEOUS SERVICE TO KING JESUS.

For Some of you this will be no surprise; however, it should remain an occasion for joy and praise.

Beginning on Thursday the First of July 1999 a great call for independence was heard in the capital city and throughout the land.

The heritage foundation, one of the Washington Press Corps members that often has programs on CSPAN was at it again. Joe Banister, ex CID investigator turned promoter of civil disobedience; Larry Becraft, attorney and General Council to the Wallace Institute which is a research and publication group advocating truth in government; Bill Benson, famous for the law that never was and a very long dedicated career of pursuit and advocacy of our freedom to volunteer; Bill Conklin, language specialist and advocate in the courts of the correct application of the tax code; and others were broadcast and rebroadcast some eight or nine times over the independence day weekend. This was an excellent program and presentation of the big picture on lawful taxation. And the Washington Press Club claims it reached 22,000,000 homes. Praise God for using that devil tube to spread so much truth about independence on and around the celebration of the independence of the American States. Isn’t HIS timing wonderful.

Joe banister is in my esteem one of those heroes the historians will lie about. In fact the tyrants of the patriot constipation are already spreading uninformed lies.

I have become aware that I left a wrong impression about the role value and effort to the Ohio Attorney. Please be sure that This time the Attorney did provide a valuable service; and he did so Pro Bono for our friend and his. In reviewing the transcript it is obvious his attorney skills came into play in a valuable way, especially in the cross examination of the IRS agent. We do not yet know the result; and noone is entitled to speculate what might have not happened or happened differently were he not on the team. I am highly prejudiced against lawyers in general, but have always admired this Ohio attorney personally for his declared advocacy of moral right.

It needs to be recognized that the primary reason he lost the 1994 case was the incompetence of the lawyer he hired to represent him. His lawyer sold him out behind his back without ever consulting the client. Our friendly Lawyer did none of those things in this case; and did play a valuable role for our friend and team. It was the lawyers lawyer who sold out the trusts and decided not to subpoena the trustees to testify.

Please be aware my direct personal experience was very limited in the trial. I was excluded in the witness room except for the time I was testifying. I was guilty of over emphasizing my role in the case because of the particular difference in circumstance posed in the trustee actually testifying. It is the sum total of all the team working together no matter whose attitude was bad when, nor who needed wise council that can show forth the good works. I have erred and upset this attorney before and hope he has the capacity to forgive my error and stay with the winning team.

While I remain painfully aware that attorneys are a large part of the problem we face in our courts and government they will also have to be a very valuable part of the solution, Our Attorney in Ohio may be one of the rare few who will help bring the practice of law back to truth and justice.

I have talked to several who got the wrong impression. Please correct your thoughts and mine. We may well need attorneys in the future and it is a great value to know one who cares about the moral correctness of the case. I find it noteworthy that the judge repented of his prejudice in order to judge fairly; it is equally noteworthy that our Attorney did not display the attitude of doubt on the day of trial; all that was dealt with in the preparation for trial.

Let me also say I was very Proud of how he handled himself with District Council. He was very good at upsetting and admonishing her for the breeches of ethics. I always like it when our friendly lawyer chews up and out the other side. The judge was cruel to district council also and I think that is a positive indication for the right side.

The latest is that the first brief is due in 9 days; and I have no doubt the team will have a good brief. Paralegal and attorney are working together on how to properly express the truth for the judge to see and use to our friend’s benefit. The team will not be as effective without any of it’s parts. In this case the client was not confident in his ability to conduct the trial and that attitude made the attorney essential to any hope of success. I am the greatest optimist on the team; we came so far and had such a good trial it is light years from anything the court had seen before and would not have been so without the attorney or any other member of the team.

BACK TO BASICS

And I am sure all the lawyers will have a hard time with this idea; especially your government employee attorney.

I have written before on the specific limited delegations of authority clearly acknowledged by our congressional employees during the impeachment process and repeatedly since that time.

Article1, Section8, Clause 14 in the Constitution for the united States of America states in pertinent part "rules for the government and regulations for the land and naval forces". Now let us examine our plight; we argue that the statute without the regulation does nothing because a statute and the Supreme Court says so. HUH! Chew on this and give me your best ideas…..

If the statute does nothing without regulation; and the converse; the regulation does nothing without a statute: is it then fair to say our employees have far overstepped their delegation of authority where you and I are concerned? If the congress can only make regulations for the land and naval forces how do we become subjected to the code of federal regulations? Did you know you were part of the naval forces in the uncle sugar’s canoe club?

Do then the rules of court extend only to the government and in no way apply to you and I? What an interesting concept we have here. Are you ready for the wholly righteous and moral duties of a member of the citizenry who is not "subject to the jurisdiction thereof". Your government who lies to claim sovereignty also gives you the mammon babble title of sovereign citizen and subject.

If you assert that you are not subject to the jurisdiction thereof then you must assert your proper jurisdiction as the master thereof. Are you really ready for the responsibility of being the Master; just remember the example you have to be prepared to live up to in your quest for godhood. No greater love hath a man than this that he should lay down his life for his friends; is the standard for exercising your sovereign character in the spiritual warfare of our day.

It is a regularly demonstrated fact that the employee government can not pass the test of the bill of particulars; now we have the responsibility of bringing this forward to make it happen for our posterity.
