| COVENANT KEEPERS The winkin,’ blinkin’ and nod doctrine --- WHO ARE YOU KIDDING? And no pickin’ and grinnin’ either ! This is precisely what your enemies and my enemies in government believe is our way of life. It is their opinion not one of us has enough moral or legal integrity; or belief in our fellow man and trust to actually give up the ownership necessary into irrevocable trusts to pass a substance test. Their goal is to prove we just winked and nodded as we established the contracts; because, they truly believe we were only pretending to trust and there was no sincere intention to surrender ownership. THEY MUST BE WRONG! The government’s belief in the "wink and nod" is why the District Council tells the Tax court the trust should be ignored for federal tax purposes. Their reason for this belief is their experience with false doctrines of pretense in abusive trusts. Sadly there are more pretenders than true trustors. Let me give credit to the man who has preached control; control; control, throughout our entire acquaintance and friendship. It was 1989 when we were taught in his seminar about separating the management into a separate entity to avoid the erroneous impression that signature by the friend or client is control and ownership eliminating the reality of trust. Thanks! In the September 1989 seminar we studied five cases furnished by the Ohio attorney that addressed the issue of control and where the "service" was going to try to break the contract and trust by attacking the substance of control. In case after case, both civil and criminal, the Service argues signature is ownership and control; if the original owner signs any documents the enemy argues there was no real change of ownership. Sadly the IRS is often correct in this appraisal because of our greed and lust. In recent experience I have discovered a sadly large number of people who seem to think I am or was just kidding in forming the trust with a wink and a nod; however, you are wrong about me and the trust. I had one IRS agent say the people were just using me to hide behind. He was wrong and now knows how wrong. I relate my experiences because they are the tools I have been given with which to teach.
It matters not who your consultant is or who the trustee might be in any particular case; nor for that matter what the trust is called the fact is still the same. Trust by any other name is yet but a trust and a sincere reality based on truth. If you are not competent to trust others or be trusted to tell the truth you do not belong anywhere near irrevocable trusts. If this wink and nod is your doctrine and belief I suggest you buy Dan Pilla’s book on federal amnesty and look for a way to be surrendered to your master "whom ye fear ye wilt serve". If truth is not in you; and lived by you, I am very sad for you. In order to participate in the "liberties granted by almighty God" you have to destroy your fear of man and the IRS; yes, it is your job; you have the power to overcome this evil. This is one of those things you can not be raptured from; although God gives you the power and I work to set an example it remains your duty to GOD, yourself, and the trust. You can win! For a long time I have tried to figure out why it seemed none of the self professed tax and trust experts were actually talking, advocating or living truth and trust. My conclusion is very disturbing and sad for me; it is that there is too little moral character in most of the people to form the basis of trust. Is courage and truth so rare we are incompetent to even recognize it when it appears? YOU CAN OVERCOME ALL EVIL WITH TRUTH! The Dahlstrom case is the ideal example; not to follow; he lost civilly and paid the tax. And it was 100% due to the fact he did not then and does not now have the ability to trust; he admitted to the court he had control over the actions of the foreign trustees (there was no reality to the change of ownership) this is the wink and nod doctrine that lets the fed ask to ignore the trust. This is the kind of bad case history we all wind up battling to overcome. This was one of the first cases my friend from Florida used to demonstrate what was right and wrong in the application of trusts in the good old USA. Control was and is the issue of integrity. Karl’s lack of trust causes him to water down what he does in assisting others and teaching about trust. He is honest enough to tell the control story but does not believe anyone is capable of surrendering that control. <Sad, Sad man and history> In the preparation and execution of the OHIO case I began to get the idea of our sad reality to settle in my head. I really do not like what I am seeing and hearing. Shame on us all! I usually refer to these thoughts and expressions as my ugly step child conversations…It is when I chew someone out for acting wrong and failing to keep their word, do their job or trust. Yes, I remind you I believe Ohio Tax Court was a very beneficial experience; I had a good time and we all learned a lot; especially the attorney. I was the recipient of many necessary constructive criticisms as I grew and developed in business and personally. Now I think it necessary that a few others or a lot of others get a dose of knowledge in the form of a rebuttal as the call for self examination. I was so into myself and my greatness I could not even see the distinct personal and business problems caused by me. I was forty before I got an opportunity (or the courage) to examine myself; then I really was not ready to do it without lying to myself to make me feel good. Yes of course someone else was always to blame for the problems. I soon got around to the idea that I was a significant part of the problem and had to become an important part of the solution. I had to cease from my prejudice and self interested greed to grow to help others. I had to go broke (sell all you have and give it to the poor) before I had time to do things God’s way; or for that matter time to listen to God.. When I received my first training in Trust application there was a problem; I had the idea I knew more than the teacher. Sadly that opinion turned out to be true; so the president of the Trustee company decided to show me how little I actually knew about trusts. He did a beautiful job of showing me the vacancy in my training and then put in a grand effort into filling the void with good solid knowledge in the use and application of trusts. I remain aware that he did me a great service; and perhaps I am again alone in that fact. While others have decided he was purely a bad guy; I did not accept that idea as the final value of the man. When all I get from a man is everything he is capable of teaching I call that a good experience. He never stole from me and did not involve me in the criminal fraud of the multi level greed others grabbed in their lust for more money. To be truthful in all other areas of business this man turned out to be a greedy selfish crook; I was just lucky enough to not get caught in any of the multi-level crooked schemes sold by the company. Perhaps because of the special training he did not view me as just another easy mark. During the briefing cycle from the October Tax Court case one lawyer told me the only chance of winning was for both the friend and I to get on the stand and lie under oath. I rejected his ideas out of hand and set out to show him there must be room in every case for truth to win. The other concept he revealed was that since trustee and client were friends the case had to loose. I really hated the idea he thought the Trustee and Beneficiary had to be enemies. (Actually he believed because of the friendship we had just a wink and nod situation as opposed to actual change of ownership for a real trust. The only place he could get that idea was from the client.) I like being friends better than enemies; a trust family should always be friendly. However it is worth noting that this situation proved to me the sad reality that the best of my teachings had missed the point with the friend in this case. Shame on us both for giving a lawyer such a false impression. I spend a lot of time looking for verbal pictures that convey the correct message. Too few people can understand the words of simple truth in trust. Even fewer are competent to trust and be trusted based on moral code. What is the proper way to explain the trustee relationship? Joe Izen is probably the most experienced and highest rated attorney in trusts; having both won and lost cases for 25 years. He was involved in the Dahlstrom mess setting bad case history. His explanation of a proper relationship is that the trustee must have the power to take all the money and go to Brazil; and, the only thing the beneficiaries have to rely on to get any of the assets back is the moral character of the trustee. The transfer to trust must be real and complete. Absent that reality the trust can not stand up to any challenge in it’s own reality of life. His honesty extends to explaining that he is himself one of the legal parasites of society. The simple fact is; in the trust the trustee must be all powerful. To that piece of paper the trustee is much like Almighty God is to His people and Kingdom. God chooses to be generous, gracious, charitable and friendly to we the people. And his friendly attitude does not change the fact that he has the power to end this earthly human existence at any instant of time. In that piece of paper the trustee has the same kind of power; and frequently makes the same kind of choices to help others with their human frailties. The Charismatics have the idea that they have the right to boss God around. Just like some of you have the silly idea you can boss this trustee around. Name it and claim it is a false doctrine in the church and in the trust. Many religions have the idea God owes them something and all they have to demand it. God owes you nothing. YOU OWE HIM TOTAL ALLEGIANCE. Many people think and churches teach the Ever-living God made ten casual suggestions; or said the ten please would you or if it feels good you might considers. Then they teach that God killed his own law and Son (Why would he do that the law and son were both perfect). No greater love hath a man than this "that he would lay down his life for HIS friends". He gave all he had for our benefit; even the laying down of his flesh life on earth to shed his blood and even called us friend so we would know who he did it for. This trustee regularly gets criticized for giving too much away and not charging enough fees (tithe is a false doctrine). What horrible thing is there that makes us think we know more than God about his plan, will, and word while operating in his world as his property on his property for His pleasure. He gave us the perfect law of liberty .. Why would we want the perfect law of liberty to die ???? This is obviously another false doctrine created by greedy men for the profit in their own "love of money" false doctrines. Exact verbatim compliance with God’s Perfect law of liberty brings freedom in heart soul and mind; and, allows us the continued privilege of enjoying the perfect law of liberty in the "liberties granted by almighty God". Nothing else will do or can succeed. "To love me is to is to obey" and "if you love me keep my commandments" are examples of how God gave us the perfect right to be perfect in our compliance with his perfect law. All else is vanity of man. Now we get around to the trusts and trustees. The relationship is much the same as between the chosen and elect people and God. The trustee is not kidding any more about the trust than God about the perfect law of liberty. God did not wink and nod at Moses; and, the trustee did not "wink and nod" when the trust contract was formed with consideration. We treat our trusts and trustees just about as bad as we do our God. SHAME ON US ALL! In my brief experience with the Trust Congress I found about as much truth and loyalty to moral character as in the churches of profit. Sadly that happens to be less than you find in many bars or for that matter courts. In Ohio our attorney had lost the only other trust case he had ever tried against the IRS and had the false doctrine that the lower courts and Tax Court were so corrupt it was impossible for us and the trust to win. In that earlier case for whatever reason one friend was trying to protect the other friend when there was nothing to fear but fear itself. And the lawyer had hired a lawyer who knew nothing of trust or truth. The trustee was not subpoenaed and did not come to testify. I write that off as just our lack of knowledge and experience at the time; I am certain the trustee had adequate knowledge as he was my teacher and mentor. I had the privilege of calling the attorney to repentance from his limiting doctrine. He responded with a valiant and good effort conducting a very good trial; and it also empowered him to call the Judge to repentance from his error of prejudice. And the Judge proved he was capable of repentance; turning from his wicked prejudice to act fairly in the trial; in fact he may have actually been prejudiced for our friend. Truth is the most powerful thing in the world. In fact since God is truth it is all mighty. GET USE TO THE IDEA! This "sovereign truth" is the only thing that matters in the balance of power. There is no power in darkness; none in lies; and pretense is a false witness: Thou shalt not bear false witness!! We can only win and be at liberty to serve God’s purpose by being free from the lust of our flesh in the love of money and bondage of carnal lusts thus breaking all the bonds of man. |
The reason churches and religions tell such horrible lies about God is their greed and love of money; because, money is power according to the government religion and doctrine of lawyers. WOE UNTO YE LAWYERS! ("Take my yoke upon you for my tasks are easy and my burdens light" is the way Christ explained these erroneous doctrines of defeat; it is easy to do good.) This is the same sort of false witness as the Churches make in their rapture doctrines; according to this set of doctrines you do not have to ever be held responsible for your lawless inequity in breaking the perfect law of liberty. This is a lie and there is no truth or power in it. Man is certain to die and then the judgment to life or death. The gates of hell can not stand against truth. God is truth; show the God in you by being true and telling truth. The reason so many trusts fail are the exact same false doctrines, lies, and failures of our repentance like the once saved always saved doctrine. Behavior does count and will be judged in flesh and spirit. TOO MANY THINK ONCE A TRUST IS IN PLACE THEY ARE FREE OF ALL RESPONSIBILITY. WRONG AGAIN! Actions speak louder than words. We are not capable of repentance because of our phony money being our god and lust for more money being our only doctrine, goal and driving force. We love money more than truth and shall pay the price for that error of lust and greed. God is not mocked; and the trustee is not impressed. God’s people in America deserve all the wrath he has even to our justified and deserved utter destruction. Yet he chooses to withhold his wrath and give us his grace of time and conscience to bring ourselves to change our ways. When my people who are called by my name will turn from their wicked ways; repent; pray; seek my face; THEN WILL I---. The trustee has to call you to the same type of repentance. Then! We choose life or death in our actions with God and his Kingdom. We choose life and death in the trust by our actions. Choose ye this day life. The trustee is not Jesus or the redeemer and is limited by the law and history of your actions. The relationship of the trust and trustee must be respected; and, my people reject me just as they do God. I bring you only truth and trust. It is not a grievous thing to tell the truth or to trust another man. Rather the experience should be celebrated and cherished when you find another worthy of truth and trust. God gave the one and only perfect law of liberty and we traded it for the false doctrines of slavery through the love of money false doctrines of profit in the churches. Woe unto ye pastors, hypocrites all! Trusts and trustees have the gift of freedom from financial and money lust drudgery, credit, and fraud. This trustee works daily to free you from your own bondage created by your own greed; just as God does for all those who serve and obey; especially the covenant people Israel. I think of this as an opportunity to learn in the little things so we can work our way up to the actual important stuff in the PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY. Sadly I must almost every day battle someone who has another greed that needs usury and fraud of credit to stroke the lust. GET OUT OF DEBT; "THE BORROWER IS ALWAYS SERVANT TO THE LENDER" yes every time. You are not an exception to God’s law and can not be an exception to truth in trust. If your error has been graciously tolerated it is now time to change you. Right is a right; there is no right to do evil and wrong things. There is no substitute for truth and trust; it can bring us to that perfect liberty God wills for us. However we must be willing to turn ourselves from our wicked ways. THERE WAS NO WINK OR NOD WHEN GOD MADE THE COVENANTS; nor when we made the covenant contract for trust. It matters not to me who first created the trust. If it is to be a trust in truth it must have these settled facts locked down without exception. In state law if put to the test it is a substance judgment; we are judged by our actions (works) just as Jesus said it would be. It is nice to know the truth remains sure and consistent without compromise or waver. Can you and the trustee in your situation pass the two personality test. Only licensed psychiatrists consider schizophrenia as an acceptable doctrine of multiple personalities. There is no doubt profit is at work in psychiatry. **The trustee and beneficiary must be distinctly separate personalities.** **There must be real, verifiable change in ownership of assets; and actions in the commercial intercourse of those assets. This is the repentance of turning from the past of evil works to a new life in works of obedience.** **There must be good and legal purpose in the trust.** (This is called economic reality.) **There must be verifiable consideration in the contract or covenant for trust both at the origin of the contract and year by year of it’s life. Remember the trust is a living citizen; however it can not fog a mirror to prove it is alive. Since the trust is paper it must have some papers to verify life.** (Yes this includes regular payment of trustee fees.) I am grossly ashamed of some of the things I have seen that pretended to be trusts. All the legal language, jabbering and palaver you can print will not replace one true sincere act of trust. Substance is reality and must be true. At the young age of forty I was confronted with opportunity and motive to repent and change myself by turning from my wicked ways. The next day I was a new man having nothing to do with the old selfish carnal life and ways of greed and lust. People who knew me before found me very different; my oldest daughter says I became a stranger she did not even know or recognize. Trust is that big of change for most people. We are taught by church, parents, and public schools that no one can be trusted. WRONG! On all counts God can be trusted and any of his people truly serving him in the perfect law of liberty can be trusted to do that which is right. Even me. The current court cases, and perhaps future ones will become tools to teach truth in the very temple of the moneychangers overcoming the false doctrines and errors of former generations. I have been very addled in mind lately in dealing with the IRS. I again think I am missing something simple and obvious. Truth is so alien to that system and the priests of it’s false doctrines (CPA & ATTORNEYS fit into the list of tax collectors) the tax court judges. Will we win every case; yes, of course no matter what the judge says we will have won because we will not in any way compromise with the enemies of God (truth). We will stand for truth no matter the carnal consequence. I am greatly blessed of Almighty God in the liberties he has granted me. And greatly humbled by this privilege of sharing small insights with you. We have had at least one man flee in fear to the safety of the government and IRS in their promises which are in direct violation of their own code. Shame! Perhaps the proper message for me to relate is that truth never has to flee in fear of anything for truth is power. The ones who oppose the truth can only depend on trickery and illusion; it is really tough to operate with no power. YOU CAN NOT BE A BEACON IF YOUR LIGHT DOES NOT SHINE!! DO NOT WINK AT ME I MIGHT TAKE OFFENSE IF I THINK YOU ARE FLIRTING;;; AND THE NOD IS TO ME THE SIGNAL YOU WILL FULLY COMPLY WITH THE INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT IN TRUTH.
A BRAVE MAN OF CONSCIENCE I WAS PRIVILEGED to hear the following speech live on CSPAN. My appraisal is that this father is serious in his beliefs. His daughter was killed at Columbine and this address to congress was given as testimony in person at the same time as a memorial service for his murdered daughter was taking place back home. This man had the conscience and courage to go to congress and miss the memorial. He believed it to be that important. Praise be to God for such a man. Thursday, May 27,1999; 2:00 PM; 2141 Rayburn House Office Building " Since the dawn of creation there has been both good and evil in the heart of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter Rachael Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher and the other children who died must not be in vain. The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used. Neither was the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain’s heart. In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA, I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don’t believe they are responsible for my daughter’s death. Therefore I do not believe they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachael’s murder I would be their strongest opponent. I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy - it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of that blame lies here in this room. Much of that blame the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that express my feelings best. This was written way before I knew I would be speaking here today; Your laws ignore our deepest needs Your words are empty air. You’ve stripped away our heritage. You’ve outlawed simple prayer. Now gunshots fill our classrooms. And precious children die. You seek for answers everywhere. And ask the question "why"? You regulate restrictive laws. Through Legislative creed. And yet you fail to understand That God is what we need. Men and women are three part beings. We all consist of body, soul, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our makeup, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual influences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation’s history. Many of our mayor colleges began as theological seminaries. This is historic fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God and in doing so, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine’s tragedy occurs, politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately look to pass more restrictive laws that continue to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts. Political posturing and restrictive are not the answers. The young people of our nation hold the key. There is a spiritual awakening taking place that will not be squelched! We do not need religion. We do not need more gaudy Television evangelists spewing out verbal religious garbage. We do not need more million dollar church buildings built while people with basic needs are being ignored. We do need a change of heart and a basic acknowledgment that this nation was founded on the principles of simple trust in God. As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his own eyes; he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right. I challenge every young person in America and around the world to realize that on April 20, 1999 at Columbine High School – prayer was brought back to school. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vein. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your conscience and denies your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your fingers at the NRA - I give to you sincere challenge. Dare to examine your own heart before you cast the first stone. My daughter’s death will not be in vain. The young people of this country will not allow that to happen. ****************** I admire the courage to come forth with truth. It seems a shame that such a precious thing could happen to be ignored by our legislators. We all need to get out of our shells and be truthful with our legislators. If they do not have the conscience to do that which is right we need to remind them of their error. This truly is taxation without representation. And it is our right and duty to change it. At least some of the media will turn this around to say he was out for personal fame and profit not affected by his daughter’s death. SEMINAR ANNOUNCEMENT !!
THE NEXT SEMINAR IN PHOENIX IS SCHEDULED FOR THE THIRD SATURDAY IN AUGUST
(21). THERE IS LITTLE DOUBT THERE WILL BE VALUABLE TEACHINGS GOING ON AT THAT
TIME. It is no longer acceptable to just sit back in the comfort of ignorance.
The last seminar cost us $400 to put on because you said you were coming and did
not. I have to pay for lunches and room in advance. This time you have plenty
of notice, it is the cheapest time for hotels and airlines to visit Phoenix, and you need
the information. Due to poor attendance and hotel arrangements where I have to
guarantee the Lunches in advance I am raising the prices. $150 per body (husband and
wife are one body) a second person (OTHER THAN HUSBAND AND WIFE) with the same trust or
organization will be $60. Widows and orphans will be given special prices and
treatment. Outsiders and invited guests such as IRS agents will be complimented at
my discretion. Seminar handouts will be a provided as a part of the fee.
It has been a standing policy of the trustee that everyone was required to attend or
acquire tapes of at least one meeting each year. This will now be enforced in
particular where you say you will attend and do not. Knowledge is power and I will
not endorse your refusal of truth and power. If the teaching has been available
three or four times and you choose to refuse knowledge it will get expensive for me to
baby you and clean up after your choice of lack of knowledge.
