Last week (June 7) we were able to have our first Sunday meeting for the first time in over a year. Fortunately we had the opportunity to have a good time in scripture for a couple of hours before the feast. As we were working our way through the debate or discussion, one big idea or revelation kept showing up and has been with me for a week. Praise GOD. Conscience, the Common Law of GOD, written in the heart and mine for right (doing the will of GOD). Where does conscience come from? What is the purpose of conscience? How do we use conscience to serve GOD? How do we get a clear conscience? You may guess that I like what we found in our search. Let me say thanks to the young people who were with us for that study. My impression is that they also enjoyed the discussion. I hope you will come again. We are trying to get back to a regular basis in sharing with friends. Sadly it seems difficult to get all the children, houses, etc., organized to share time with others. On family with 6 and us with 4 multiply the children aspect very quickly. Usually we are too occupied with some effort afar off to fellowship at home. All the visitors had fun picking on my Bible, or my care of it. The binding broke at Romans 9 to Hebrews 11, so that part of the word really jumps out at you. It is also the portion where I've done the most marking and coloring. Some parts have had 5 or 6 different colorings and markings. On the front side of the gap Romans 9:8, that is they which are the children of the flesh are not the children of GOD; but the children of the Promise are counted for the seed, (Isaac). Romans 10:1 Brethren, my hearts desire and prayer to GOD for Israel is that they might be saved (in the gap). Hebrews 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith (on the back side). …..And there is sure a lot in that gap. We started at Hebrews 8:8 for our little visit to GOD's plan. One of our young people pointed out the provisions in Deuteronomy 32 and we discussed how nice blessings are. Does GOD want us to have a guilty conscience? NO !! Does GOD want us to operate by conscience (His Law planted in the hearts and minds)? Yes of course that is how He wants us to bring forth a great harvest in Spiritual reward. GOD planted or put the Law in our Temple of Him. We are the ones who must choose to use it to overcome the flesh and it's lusts. This week's public debate has been the Church challenge over homosexuals. One Bishop on radio said the writers of scripture did not understand that homosexuality was genetic and that now we know it is how GOD made them so we must (embrace the abomination) be tolerant. GOD FORBID. Romans 1:26 I have an easy answer. It is the argument most often give for not being able to keep GOD's commands. Sex and or the lust of the flesh for sex is genetic. Solomon had plenty of concubines following the flesh and David's lusts cost thousands of men their lives. My argument is that my genetic disposition is to have four or five girlfriends or concubines on the side, (from the Mrs…heh heh, he likes to wake up in the morning). However, I choose to follow the order of the Spirit that my desire shall be to my own wife (this way I live). I accept my duty to overcome my flesh (genetic) I also joke that every wife has a genetic disposition to having four or five husbands. Every woman has enough honey do projects for a team. Her sexual desires may genetically be for more than one, but she cleaves to her one husband to show they are ONE flesh, (how does the roaming husband with more than one wife show he is ONE flesh to anyone? Me again). All of us have things in our past we are not very proud of and our desires may not have all been pure. (For all have sinned and come short to the glory of GOD). Chapter 7 talks about our Melchisedec Priest even JESUS our Christ King, Master, Priest; Sovereign GOD. And chapter 8 continues His praise. Glory to GOD! Hebrews 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ….purge your conscience from dead works to serve the Living GOD? He forgets! Can we? It seems to me when we fail to release the conscience we are not doing a very good job of tending the new Covenant of Law in our heart and mind. He has already forgotten; it is we who torture ourselves with bad memories. We fail to accept His forgiveness and forgetfulness. As a side note look at 9:8, the stone tabernacle at Jerusalem had to be destroyed. GOD was the power behind the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD, just as when Babylon conquered it five centuries earlier when we were so decadent we had to go into slavery to man again. Now we are in slavery to man again. Will we ever learn?

CHARITY BEYOND REALITY I QUIT:

During the raising of my children and now our grandchildren there were times for limits. Now is a time for a limit. As the process develops for the legal protection and defense of the Trusts many things will occur. First I will exceed my capability of doing it all for the Trusts or you. The Trustee roll has always been and is limited. My limits may be higher than yours, but they are still limits. Thank you very much. I am not ashamed of being finite and limited. My first limit is enough time and talent to handle all the legal research and process. But then the law requires the entity LLC or Trust to be represented by an attorney with a license. No I do not wish to argue over Common Law, Right to Contract or special exceptions. Even these are yet to be proven in court. These paper entities are in and of the world. The fact is that when we are put in the position we must act promptly. Here are some of my ideas and since the Trustee is in control - - - - - a lot may happen. 1. For 5 years I've talked about setting up a special fund for the general defense of our concept and method. Now appears to be the time of necessity. 2. Every time one entity is left without a defense mechanism it endangers all similar entities. 3. We need no more bad publicity. Phil Marsh has that well in hand. 4. We need more technical and legal research as well as guest speakers for higher education. 5. We need to walk a finer line and to do so need more current communication. 6. Many of our family members can not afford to hire attorneys for legal processes. Should they be left unprotectd? 7. The I R S is fishing around on the fringes primarily due to those who are using the tools wrongly. It still puts us in a place of legal expense. Another opportunity for victory. 8. Others before me have spent a lot of time and money in legal research and litigation. One case can easily be $20,000.00 and can go a lot higher. In our friends legal defense in Florida is over $150,000.00 plus thousands of hours by those not paid for research and efforts. 9. None of us can afford to be using the entities wrongly. Truth must prevail. 10. More individual legal opinions are needed. We have the facility to make this happen. I only takes "money." 11. A general legal opinion may also be needed. This will be a lot of money. 12. Lawyers available and capable must be located and trained. They are hard to find and harder to train. Now how can all this be brought about? My first idea is an LLC set up just for this purpose of legal research, writing, and defense. It would be funded by a special assessment on all Trusts and LLC's. It could have a separate board to regulate and control it's actions. It would act to make moneys available for entities who could not pay for their own defense. It could loan moneys for short or long term use but always be sure there is a defense. Now this would actually be best done through something like the American Trust Congress; or perhaps American Rights Litigators could be a model for how to run the organization. Give me your ideas. Anyone with a lot of money that isn't committed is welcome to support or fund this effort. Please give freely. If you have personal heirs why not this family? I don't really like surety organizations, supporting each other in Limited Liability. All entities like all people need to be responsible for their own duties and damages. However, like the poor among us some need help. And charity is good for all of us; giving that is - - -. My model of this would develop a fund on the order of $50,000.00 to pay retainers, legal fees, or process costs to protect the whole. The weak link theory must be applied. I do not believe I am the weak link, but it is to everyone's benefit I be strong and where necessary protected. My plan is for IRS and civil litigation. GOD FORBID any more of us have to deal with a criminal defense. A lot has been learned by our friend's experience and more will be as the research continues. Internet research is a place all of us can play, but a hired (gun) researcher may be a good plan too. All of us need to be more responsible in our daily lives and in our use of the entities as tools. By law the Trustee owns the asset. It's legal defense is in the best interest of all Beneficiaries. The Trustees can invoke these processes. I'd just like some opinions. Especially I'd like to hear from other Trustees or groups. Is there a thread of Common ground that enables us to share? My personal feeling is that $100.00 per entity would get the program started and hopefully get a lawyer trained. Do you have a trained or trainable lawyer who can be trusted with Trust? We're all over the country so we need people and lawyers we can work with all around the country. Perhaps if we have a good I R S specialist we can send all that to one place. Bankruptcy, foreclosure, civil litigation, probate, estates all have to be where the property is located. As an example in the last 3 years Trustees have made nine or ten trips to Kansas on 2 cases and spent over $30,000.00 in legal fees and process. $20,000.00 went to a lawyer who was incompetent and un-trainable and a turncoat. His incompetence cost us a judgment for over half a million. In the other case we've gone without a lawyer and no defense and lost the same way. We were almost as incompetent as the lawyer. I am not afraid of any personal attacks and believe GOD has given me sufficient training to survive. However, it would make life hard if I or any Trustee had to spend a lot of time on his own personal items or defense. SO !!!! Give me a solution!!! No not Dave Miller. We should not be put in the Kansas position again. One has been able to squeeze out expenses the other must just find ways to avoid the expense. In both cases we are likely to loose some of the Trust Assets because we went into debt the wrong way. Is there a right way? NO. I promise you I do not relish the idea of working with or training attorneys. Because we are all different and our circumstances vary widely it will take a lot. In Phoenix, we have one attorney that is being nurtured and trained. I hope he is being trained properly and will become useful. Yes, I am saying that I have limits. Some are imposed by man's law, code, and custom. Others are imposed by the limits of GOD's grant of power and knowledge. Still others may be self imposed or brought by you and your needs. Perhaps even my wife and family cause limits to be imposed on me and my time. I am told by others that I possess unusual talents and knowledge, I accept that as a testimony to GOD's charity and generosity to me for all our benefit, especially HIS. It is up to us to use all the tools GOD has granted us in His mercy. To do the Will of GOD is right. Hopefully we can find a way to overcome the evil of the system. Probably just as soon as we overcome our own. When my people, who are called by my name, turn from their wicked ways - - - - - - - THEN Yes, I believe we are going to be victorious. Even though we do not deserve it, GOD is charitable beyond measure. He usually surprises me with more than I ask for or deserve. How about you? Can you defend your beliefs? Can you prove the contracts you are involved with to be valid? OR….. Do you understand we may need some special help along the way. Pray for me. I need all the help GOD wants me to have.

DID CONGRESS LIE AGAIN?:

Let's briefly examine both sides of the issue. IRS Reform Act 1998. The keynote part of the changes to the taxpayer rights is the burden of proof. 1. The Commissioner testified before the Senate that it would destroy the Tax Court structure. 2. There was also testimony that this would impair the collection process. In my view both of these are good things, since on the day that the President signed the legislation the IRS confessed that over 25% of the seizures done in the last 15 years were improper. During the investigation and testimony it was routinely admitted that agents of the IRS had cheated, threatened, coerced, extorted and defrauded the people. Did Congress fix the problem or only lie and cover up the lies. 1. Before the burden of proof transfers, the taxpayer has to be fully cooperative in the administrative process to tell the IRS all they want. In other words you have to give them all the evidence for the burden of proof before they have to carry that burden. (Buying your testimony?). 2. The taxpayer bill of rights is a toothless lollipop against an agent who shows no respect for the law or you. 3. Even though Congress promised to change the attitude, it remains one of threat, extortion and retribution. In the cases where we have asked for the provisions of the taxpayer bill of rights or the law, we got summary retribution and the issue of notices of deficiency instead of re-scheduling of the appointment. How much latitude did Congress leave the liars and thieves? Far too much, the Congress is still a bunch of cowards. How much change will occur in the courts? We have seen one of the worst judges insist that the IRS and DOJ follow the due process rules. WOW what a concept. Now we also get word from afar that the DOJ has decided to recognize the Trust in following the law. 1015(b) is one place for other methods of establishing the Trust….And the Trust can run a business. These attitudes are occurring in the first few weeks. Will there be more? Yes, of course. We are guaranteed winners.

TIME FOR GOD:

As we discussed our latest challenges and court appearance, some revelations occurred. First let me describe the setting: This was a bankruptcy procedure on a Trust avoiding foreclosure. The Topeka, Kansas U.S. courthouse has two flags; the US flag (probably title 4 in size and shape) and the Coast Guard Ensign directly below just as it is on shipboard. Coincidentally the US Marshall was describing to a news reporter the special jurisdiction on courthouse property. The old courthouse across the street is in Common quarters with the US Post Office, not Postal Service. This is probably a ceded enclave and the curb line would be the border between the United States and Kansas. We did learn a couple of things and have yet to determine whether or not to get the transcript. My memory is pretty good but sometimes I err in what was said by whom. Like you sometimes the thoughts of what I should have said dominate the active memory. We are now thinking over and plotting what to do next. My thought ran to no time for GOD. Perhaps that is just a selfish desire. Perhaps I'm in a place I really should not be. Do I have too little time left for GOD? Or is all that I am doing for Him and I'm just being a wimp? I certainly hope it is the latter. The reason I have some doubt is all the credit, usury, and legal process to hold on to the toys and trinkets. What really matters? As I look back over the last year I see a growing picture of dedications to man and man's process (mammon). I see my time consumed by the lusts and desires of our people for selfish goals. In one case we are fighting vigorously to preserve some of the assets in a divorce. At the same time the x-wife is working to destroy everything (oh those hormones). She is even working for and with the I R S to cause problems for the x- husband and me. By now I suppose most of you have heard about the Singleton case in Colorado that the Feds are trying to appeal on. Seems they can't buy testimony from witnesses. NOTE: "Section 201(c)(2) of Title 18 of the United States Code prohibits giving, offering, or promising anything of value to a witness for or because of his testimony." Wonder how many of us fell for the lies brought to life by Hollywood? "Section 201(d) further illumines the plain meaning of Section 201(c)(2). This subsection provides: Paragraphs (3) and (4) of subsection (b) and paragraphs (2) and (3) of subsection (c) shall not be construed to prohibit the payment or receipt of witness fees provided by law, or the payment, by the party upon whose behalf a witness is called and receipt by a witness, of the reasonable cost of travel and subsistence incurred and the reasonable value of time lost in attendance at any such trial, hearing, or proceeding, or in the case of expert witnesses, a reasonable fee for time spent in the preparation of such opinion, and in appearing and testifying." A note from the Mrs.: I'm sure there is someone out there who thinks it would be fun to be a turncoat on their Trustee just because they don't like his religion or politics. The woman in the previous paragraph who has spent time with the IRS trying to get her Trustee in trouble, has only caused herself the problem that she has admitted to her own crimes. They can not and may not use her testimony. Don't try to keep different books and think the IRS will be impressed. The Trustee definitely isn't. By the way you all need to get a copy of 26 USC (IRC) Section 1015. Seems the IRS raided an office in Utah. They related to another source that the IRS told them you cannot operate a business out of a business trust. The source assured them that information was in error. One of the attorneys was called by IRS counsel from Salt Lake City. The IRS attorney just came back from a conference in Washington DC on trusts. The IRS is conceding that trusts can run a business if they are run correctly and they will recognize the transfer of assets to a trust under section IRC 1015(b). It reads: "Transfer in trust after December 31, 1920. If the property was acquired after 12/31/20 by a transfer in trust (other than by a transfer in trust by a gift, bequest, or devise), the basis shall be the same as it would be in the hands of the grantor increased in the amount of gain or decreased in the amount of loss recognized to the grantor on such transfer under the applicable to the year in which the transfer was made." This section is only addressing the basis of the property at the time it is transferred into the trust and nothing else. The trust assumes the value the grantor had on the date of transfer. It does confirm and acknowledge that there is an animal other than a grantor type trust. The comment from our source is: Other than by an exchange, how else do we transfer into a trust. By purchases and leases at subsequent dates. Clearly the sec. Refers to trusts other than grantor type trusts (which we do not do grantor type trusts). So what's new? Anyhow, it's good to know that Washington is conceding what we've told them all along. The problem has always been and always will be "how they are run." The problem will always be that clients don't run them right and therefore we corrected it by use of the LLC. Anyone have a problem with that? Now if any of you have heard more about this conference just let us know. Now are you beginning to understand the "CONTROL" issue? The rest of the 1015: Basis of property acquired by gifts and transfers in trust. Statute - (a) Gifts after December 31, 1920: If the property was acquired by gift after 12/32/20, the basis shall be the same as it would be in the hands of the donor or the last preceding owner by whom it was not acquired by gift, except that if such basis (adjusted for the period before the date of the gift as provided in section 1016) is greater than the fair market value of the property at the time of the gift, then for the purpose of determining loss the basis shall be such fair market value. If the facts necessary to determine the basis in the hands of the donor or the last preceding owner are unknown to the donee, the Secretary shall, if possible, obtain such facts from such donor or last preceding owner, or any other person cognizant thereof. If the Secretary finds it impossible to obtain such facts, the basis in the hands of such donor or last preceding owner shall be the fair market value of such property as found by the Secretary as of the date or approximate date at which, according to the best information that the Secretary is able to obtain, such property was acquired by such donor or last preceding donor. Section (b) is above. (c) Gift or transfer in trust before January 1, 1921: If the property was acquired by gift or transfer in trust on or before 12/31/20, the basis shall be the fiar market value of such property at the time of such acquisition. (d) Increased basis for gift tax paid: (1) In general: If - (A) the property is acquired by gift on or after 9/2/1958, the basis shall be the basis determined under subsection (a), increased (but not above the fair market value of the property at the time of the gift) by the amount of gift tax paid with respect to such gift, or: (B) the property was acquired by gift before 9/2/1958 and has not been sold, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of before such date, the basis of the property shall be increased on such date by the amount of gift tax paid with respect to such gift, but such increase shall not exceed an amount equal to the amount by which the fair market value of the property in the hands of the donor at the time of the gift. NOW ARE WE READY FOR SOME FUN? THIS TRUSTEE IS NOT ONE WHO WILL RUN AWAY FROM FUN, NOR WILL HIS HELPMATE. In another case we are selling a house from one Trust and buying a house in another Trust. The problem is that pesky credit and that the first Trusts money has to get to the second Trust in order to do the buying. BAD PROCESS, but doable with extra work and minutes. In two others we are fighting to hang on to the old homestead while fighting off foreclosure of all the assets because we engaged in credit at usury. GOD is not mocked. Now we have 5 tax court cases, four more audits that will wind up there, and about 20 letters in a fishing expedition. Are you scared yet?? Many years ago I went broke and got rid of all my distractions that interfered with GOD and me having time together. Now I am in the place of worrying over all those Trust assets. Which brand of hypocrisy suits you best? Mine is smarting at the moment. I choose to believe that GOD wants me to minister to you where you are. This of course is to let me call you to come out of her. Partake not of her benefits that ye suffer not her plagues. Her, mammon, mystery Babylon, the system of man's merchant greed (666). Her benefits - - now here we go! Could this perhaps be the participating in illegal activity like credit, usury, greed? Could lies and sins for all to see (license) be a problem? Well lets look at credit. How can we argue with scripture? Neither a borrower nor lender be - - the borrower is servant to the lender - - even the one hundredth part. Usury; Destroyer of Nations is a fact and book we need reminded of occasionally. Usury (even the 100th part) is the only theft crime in scripture that Ezekiel reveals that carries the death penalty. The book shows the history of moral decay and corruption of usury. All nations that have set up usury systems have fallen. When will it be America's turn? (Sorry folks it already happened - wife again). We have usury currency, usury politics, usury banking, usury government and even usury religion. Can this continue? "You are either for me or against me." "Fear GOD rather than man." "Whom ye fear ye will serve…" All these come to mind. The IRS or GOD you choose. The long and the short of today's hearing is that the Asset Protection Trust is not eligible for protection under bankruptcy. Nor is it eligible for the discharge of debt in bankruptcy. Yes, the Statutory Business Trust registered with the State under Corporate Status is eligible; it is a State creation. Without your SSN and corp. status you do not have the privileges of bankruptcy either. Second to this issue is the statutory (mammon) requirement that the entity (Trust) be represented by counsel (bar attorney license). In this Judge's opinion and understanding, allowing the Trustee to act for the Trust would be to allow the Practice of Law without a license. Yes, I know he is wrong. It matters not that the contract may impose a duty. Perhaps the proper argument is that the private contractual Trust for Asset Protection is not an entity. There go those pesky definitions again (like Christian). This problem contains another trap. The State of Kansas does not have a suitable form for the registering of a Trust as a Business Trust in order to access the usury discharge system. We went through all this process with Kansas in 1989 and 1990. No form is yet available. I was surprised by the fact that other Trust entities are denied the bankruptcy provisions of law. Banks and insurance companies are regulated under the State Trust department and have no ability to bankrupt or be released from debt in bankruptcy. How about SS, Highways, etc.? Obviously we have a lot to learn about this process. And there is no doubt it is a benefit from the usury government system of merchant law. Yes, of course, it is exercised in Commerce and Maritime rule. GOD forbade it so when we participate, we are against GOD. And this is the source of my problem…GOD or mammon? Choosing or losing? Another part of my problem comes from the sheer number of my trust family who lust for, beg for and demand credit and usury. You want everything now and demand the Trust and I participate in usury for the lust of your flesh. It itches and I am scratching. During the last month over $500,000.00 in new debt has been created at usury by that greed and lust. Yes, I know you are the personal guaranteers. So what! That just means we are both on that wrong path together. We are participating in that Destroyer of Nations and at least you lust to have it so. But now I'm in a trap to participate in your lust. Bah! I am not pleased. In the world but not of it is our goal. The borrower is always servant to the lender of it. If Rush Limbaugh is correct he is GOD's servant because his talents are on loan from GOD. However Rush is also a usury merchant and participant in usury schemes for profit serving two masters. Or none - - This is part of how I take and make time for GOD: Advocating truth even in my frailty is just something I love to do to honor my King JESUS. Scripture also speaks of those who refuse to be ruled over by Christ as King. These have a real serious problem. They are about to become parts of the footstool. "Whom ye fear ye will serve" "You can not serve two masters" " Choose ye this day whom ye will serve." Are we headed for footstool in our usury lust and credit? No I do not know the way out of the problem, where you can take your pride, lust, greed and usury with you. But then if we turn from our wicked ways (lust, greed, usury) we will not need to take these problems along. If we are in truth coming out of her we must cease from her benefits to avoid her plagues. We can not serve the bankers of confusion and Christ JESUS. This is just double minded, double speak from the usury merchants of religion after more debt units for their own lust. Our King JESUS is a jealous GOD, He does not want to share and we are wrong to ask or demand such sharing. We are begging for lukewarm worthy to be vomited out. Yes, I know you just have to have that $30,000.00 idol and status symbol car. You could not possibly do with one you could afford and actually deserve. Yes, I know you just really must have that new $250,000.00 or $300,000.00 status symbol nest for your pride. WRONG. You only lust for it in you covetousness and selfish greed. Yes, of course I'm preaching. This is the GOD column. No, I am not agreeing with the idea that any of the things you lust for and buy on credit at usury are a good thing, or necessary. It may be comfortable; it may feel good; but, it is not necessary to be in debt at usury to mammon. One couple that has not corresponded or replied to questionnaires recently had the Trust sell one house and buy another at more usury and debt. All this was set up and planned before the Trustee knew anything about past or present situations and problems. Where is the reality of control? Where is the substance of the contract? Is any of this what GOD wants from us. Not in my humble opinion. Can the farmer hold on to the land and avoid the plague of foreclosure brought on by the participation in the pleasures or benefits of the whore system at usury in credit? The fact that the usury judge wore his back robes of confusion as a servant of that usury whore system's idolatry is not wasted on me. We did not belong there and even mammon puked us (the Trust and Trustee) out. My GOD is an Awesome GOD. He Reigns within the heart of man just as often as we seek His rule. Doesn't sound very often does it? My job is an awesome job! I love it. I am so glad GOD gave me you to help. GOD's job is too hard for me, I can't imagine having to deal with a thousand million wimps and crybabies lusting for things they should not have and begging for solutions they can not deserve or afford. Just let me have this shot of heroin then I'll change to crack. I think I have a load with just a few like you. How much more is he glorified if I do this minor little service without crying or begging. As we were headed toward the courthouse I prayed if it be possible let this task pass from me. None the less not my will but thine be done. This was unusual for me. My usual prayer is that GOD will glorify Himself in me or by my actions. But maybe it is really the same. At any rate the result was that the task has passed from me. Whether it is temporary or permanent is yet to be witnessed. I certainly do not wish to be guilty of rejecting His call for me. I also do not wish to interfere with His call for the others to whom the task is passed. Yes, this is my favorite privilege in service to GOD. My opportunity to write and minister is my most humbling reward for service to JESUS as King. Yes, I have time for GOD. You are not important enough to stop that; however, you are where I do most of my service to GOD. So - - - Thank you for creating the opportunity for me to spend time serving GOD. Now stop it - - - the greed and lust. As I soar through the skies of our American States I think how small and insignificant we are on the grand scale of the earth. Isn't it wonderful that our Awesome GOD chose us and called us His own? Isn't it wonderful that our Awesome GOD gives us the opportunity to glorify Him by doing good works? Isn't it wonderful that our Awesome GOD can glorify Himself in such infidels? Isn’t it great that GOD grants us little bits of His Awesome power through the Spirit of Life, His own Holy Spirit? Isn't it time we acted awesomely grateful by doing and keeping His commands and laws; even those on usury, credit, lust and theft?

BIRTHRIGHT DEFENDERS, GOD PREFERS US NAKED - - NO SECRETS:

No, I am not moving to Shangri-la or any other nudist colony. Those are carnal for the pleasure of the flesh. We must be naked spiritually to the pleasure of GOD. Adam was not aware of shame until he partook of evil for the pleasing of his flesh (wife). One of the Pharisaic rituals I battled in my family was dress. Yes, I believe in rather modest attire. That form of dress best suits me. One brother, Dad and Mom were overly ritualistic or Pharisaic about dress. The sad fact is they were wrong. As a tool to explain this Dad, until the later years of illness always had long pants, long sleeves, T-shirts and often tie and jacket to go out in public. My #2 brother is the same. Mom even pinned handkerchiefs in the neck of dresses and added sleeves or ruffles to cover up more. I've never had a good explanation for any of this, but it reminds me of the Pharisaic cults in New York and other places. They would advocate a woman be so covered as to leave not even an ankle exposed lest it be a sexual temptation. I don't know what the covering of the man was about. As I think back on Adam and Eve, they sewed fig leaves together to make garments. Was that a bikini and loin cover or a whole robe. If you are not familiar, fig leaves are large and two as a bikini top cover a lot of flesh. God came along and fashioned for them coats made of skins. Now GOD may have made short or long coats. Did they button high at the neck? But now consider if they were comfortable in the nude or with fig leaves did they really need heavy long coats? All this comes to another round of debate on the proper attire. I will concede that I think much of the modern fashion is grotesque in what it shows and how. I do not on the other hand find the Muslims black robes and veils as a requirement of scripture. My guess is that GOD wants us innocent enough and with a clear enough conscience that we do not make sin of nudity. The lack of long sleeves and long pants is not the problem. It is rather the carnality of our minds to create lust over a little cleavage. If we do not lust or covet what we see then ankles or knees should not be a problem. This would be easy if we were all people of good conscience and intent. However, we are not all people of conscience with good intent. The level of dress would then seem to be what is acceptable to those around us. It should always be of value to not be offensive to others around us. How short can the skirt be without creating lust or covetousness in someone else? We have to be defensive dressers just like defensive drivers. What does our action cause someone else to do, think, or lust? Do unto others should help us be less of an offense to others in our demands or our displays. GOD wants us to have very clear consciences without lusts or covetousness. If we do have clear conscience then ankles, knees, or elbows should not bring about lust or offense. When we put ourselves on display do we have the proper thoughts? Do our young women expose themselves without shame or intent? Do our young men just appreciate the beauty without lust or coveting? No, of course not, it is part of the mating rituals for the flesh. Do our young men wear skin tight jeans and muscle shirts just to show how well they are taking care of GOD's Temple? Of course not; they are always trying to create displays for mating rituals. GOD is not mocked. Is GOD pleased by our actions? Do we have the conscience for nudity to not be a problem? Dress always has a purpose. I can't get anything done without pockets so I'll never be a nudist. I am too beautiful to show all of me to anyone but my wife (yeah right). In Eden dress had the purpose of covering shame in an attempt to hide the sin and to hide from GOD because they were ashamed. The rituals the priests created or copied from Babylon form much of the modern Pharisaic traditions. Most religions are trying to re-create the Levitical order and priesthood for the power and profit by covering and hiding. When our two year old takes off her pull-ups and goes running around it is for comfort (no shame). She has no carnal lust or covetousness and unless someone really sick is nearby causes no offense. We teach our grandchildren to be modest because we do not want any of them attracting perverts. Besides brothers are not to see their sisters naked according to GOD's law. They don't need to learn wrong ideas early in their life. Conscienceless, covetous creatures are perverts of lust. Jeremiah talks about blushing and showing shame. If we are not doing anything wrong should we be showing shame??? I use blushing as an example of cleansed by fire. It is the fire of GOD's Holy Spirit that heats up our blood and makes us blush to burn up the error. It is His power of Spirit and Law within us that makes us show shame and blush. Melchisedec wants us to have a clear conscience. Levi profits from our dirty consciences in his lust and greed. Melchisedec frees us from the price of the errors we've made having paid that cost for us. Levitical priests reduce it to profit in tithes, offerings, penitence, building funds, etc. There is no secret what GOD can do - - what He's done for others, He'll do for you. The issue of GOD wanting us to have nothing hidden has little to do with clothing. Those who wear the most clothing often have more to hide than the nudist. The Father does not want secret rituals or pretenses that His love is hard to find. No one needs to buy their way onto the path of righteousness. The straight and narrow is not a toll road; however, there is never a traffic jam on that path. GOD wants us to be open and honest about the simplicity of his calling and love. Adam had no cause for shame and no reason to hide until he turned from obedience to GOD and harkened unto the woman (flesh). All religion should be simple enough for sheep and children. You do not need a hierarchy in the Church of GOD with one Priest and one Advocate. All religions with secret rituals and restrictions are anti-Christ rejecting Melchisedec for Levi. I do not care if it is a college of Cardinals, Papacy, Bishops, Boards of Elders, Synods, Associations of Deacons. All are hiding truth from the people of GOD. They will not enter in and become a stumbling block for those who would enter in. All Pharisism to conceal the simple truth is wrong. All Pharisaic attitudes about dress are wrong. GOD wants us to operate rightly by His righteousness and have nothing to hide. He already knows every hair of our head and no doubt the other end too, He knows our needs and even the desires of our heart. It was impossible for Adam to hide his body or his shame and it remains impossible for us. It was unnecessary and wrong for Adam and is for us to hide. My Dad and brother caused a lot of discord by trying to demand certain dress, manners, and looks. Just a little rouge on Mom's cheeks became the garb of a harlot or showing a knee the look of a prostitute. The problem is when one fraud is created by one Pharisee the next one has to have a longer fringe, tighter collar, higher pole or plainer suit. None of this is of any value to GOD. And it is always selective interpretation that gives us trouble. Those who interpret the woman should be covered or no tatoos should be used also decide we should not wear beards. It is all part of the same scripture wrongly applied. If our conscience is clear enough in His order of righteousness we have nothing to hide. Treating others as we wish to be treated is the only useful formula. If we want others to pick at our dress, custom, or manner then it is fine to pick on theirs. If we want only constructive compliments or council based on knowledge then that is what we must give. It works carnally and spiritually. If you want others to change start by changing yourself. Yes, you have a right to express your displeasure in the dress or manner of another. However, you are required to use the loving methods of Christ. And they still have the choice. We are required to be sure there is basis in scripture for our criticism. In most of the Churchianity there is no basis. In Dad's sharp tongued criticism of haircuts, makeup, and clothing there was no basis in scripture. Do as I say not as I do is the other part of these false doctrines. No one has a just cause for making up their own doctrines to go beyond the duty of love. GOD is Love. Using His scripture as a way of creating hateful and hurtful doctrines is wrong. Stop it. GOD prefers us innocent enough to be naked without shame. GOD wants us to be simply right enough to have nothing to hide. Yes, I have an ambition to know simply the truth, where we have nothing to hide. Naked and innocent before GOD is not naked before man in the flesh. Thanks to my wife for helping me find GOD's will about innocence and nakedness. GOD so wanted us innocent before Him, He suffered and died to pay the price to purchase our innocence. He bought Israel out of her whoredom and redeemed her a an innocent virgin bride. Why should we be ashamed of beauty or fear it. But then my family has a lot to hide. How about yours?

We have had quite a summer so far. It finally got hot. Went to Oklahoma for the seminar and let the kids stay with J C's nephew's family for four days. They had a ball but the 4 year old does not want Grandma to ever leave her that long again. J C gave me a birthday present of flying to Massachusetts to see our grandson, hadn't seen him for a year. He was 4 months old when they left and 16 months when I got to see him again. I'm glad she has the redhead. Heh, heh, he is my Mom all over. Looks like her and is the strawberry blonde, blue-eyed kid she was. We also have received the news that the IRS will be really facing problems with the Trusts now, just like it was reported earlier. I am so grateful that our GOD had protected us all the way back then. If we ever doubted that we were in the right ministry to help set His people free, we are not anymore.
