COVENANT KEEPERS
 In case you have not noticed the February newsletter has become March and is headed for April very rapidly.  HOPE YOU MISSED US AND THOUGHT OF US OFTEN.
Let me APOLOGIZE WITH NO REGRET OR NO PARTICULAR EXPLANATION:
I WILL CONCLUDE THIS WRITING TONIGHT AND GET THIS OFF TO YOU BEFORE IT IS ENTIRELY RUSTY AND OLD. As it frequently happens with my writings just before I mail I have a new important thought that needs to reach you.

IN OUR CURRENT OPPORTUNITY SOME MIGHT CALL A DILEMA I am writing on the eve of meetings with a Congressman and an Inspector general.  I am currently blessed with cold, fly, allergies, or pneumonia that is breaking up and expectorating where I can not sleep.  I say blessed because in this condition I must give God the credit for thoughts and deeds.  Tonight’s writings are being pushed to the front of everything I had already written and let go stale from lack of dedication.
PRAISE GOD FOR ALL HIS FINE GIFTS; if not for his mighty hand I would have died as an infant; or in any of the thousands of times I operated for my lust and pleasure instead of HIS KINGDOM PLEASURE.  We can speculate how funny he thinks our follies really are; after all he made us like this for his purpose and pleasure.

There are a couple of things I want to propose to all the bible scholars; and these just arrived.  It is currently fashionable as we approach the turn of the 2000 in our calendar for scholars and new babies to guess at the times we are in from prophecy  There  is a lot of wonderful writing and research happening as I write.  These Internet weirdoes do not sleep; it is easier to get on aol in the middle of the night and electrons do not even need to rest.  Thanks to you all.

I was recently given the radio tape of Glenn Kimball and subsequently acquired his books to read; unlike some I have not found the reading time but will soon.  He gives a wonderful explanation of why the calendar is in error as is modern theology about the age of the Master at his Coronation.

www.Ancientmanuscripts.com will access him for you.  He ties the glory of the stars to the time of the birth of HIS MAJESTY.  All of creation celebrated that day; the CREATOR I SUSPECT CELEBRATED MORE IMPORTANTLY THE CORONATION.  The eternal Kingdom founded on the day of coronation is the cause for all the Christian era.  My inspired thought is that Rome in its love of Mary forgot the true significance of the Coronation of our RIGHTEOUS EVER LIVING KING.  One might even argue there was a profit motive for this move; it allowed them to recreate the Levitical priesthood that had been abolished with the advent of OUR MELCHESADECK PRIEST.  The event that changed the world for all times was the trilogy of star success.  War was just a brief interlude as the Master demonstrated there is no force in darkness or evil; and threw off the grave after three and three.  Crucifixion is not one of the trilogy events but merely the beginning of the resurrection (coronation) event.  Second is the ascension on high to rest while we do our greater works; AND THIRD IS THE POWER DELEGATION OF PENECOST when he made us able to do those greater works by participating in his glory and greatness.  This firmly forever set the world anew with men capable through conscience to his law to discern and do good.  I propose the calendar of DOMINION (AD) would have begun at the end of that 40 year life on earth not the beginning.  But then so much in scripture has a generational base both are the same generation; however it is certainly profitable to the anti-Christ merchants and money changers to promote a baby.  FOLKS THIS KING JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH IS THE CREATOR OF ALL THINGS FOR BY HIS HAND ALL THINGS WERE MADE; OLDER AND WISER THAN THE AGES.
Lets play along for a moment and I know some of you are already lost and others mad.  OKAY!
There was no year zero so when all the heavens celebrated his birth in what we call 7BC it began the holy generation of coronation.  The TRILOGY or trinity of events in what we call 33AD is the ending of that coronation generation and the beginning of the KINGDOM COUNT TO THE JUBILEE GENERATION.  To be seeking to identify a year seems to me this night to be in error.  Your god is too small.  A year is too short a time for HIS greatness and HIS Kingdom needs and deserves whole generation for it’s JUBILEE.  The Jubilee is the time to restore birthright and inheritance; it takes time even for our finite little inheritance.

HOW ABOUT SOME SIGNS AND WONDERS for the present generation time from 1993 to 2033.  Well 1994 saw the first moral resurgence in congress in 200 years.  1998 saw the beast turn to its own vomit (irs) and consume it in new binding regulations.  If half the forecasters are correct we will see the toppling of MYSTERY BABYLON’S MERCHANTS not many days hence.  Truth has the capacity to reach every living being in the twinkling of an eye as the Internet expands.  People  in high places are discovering truth and making their choice to repent and serve or die.  China now has nuclear weapons that congress admits can kill Americans; lets see one third of the chosen shall parish by the sword; oops forgot the third that parish in the famine.  Which comes first?  Famine I think; though a nuclear war would certainly bring famine and great death from it.  But take hope five-sixths of all the forces arrayed against us will die in the war.  Now there is population control in the highest order.
FOR ALL YOU GREAT SCHOLARS WHO HAVE IT FIGURED OUT ALREADY; thanks for listening hope you are entertained.  For the rest my theory or guess at time is just one of those things that come to me in the night and insure I do not rest this body.  TAKE HEED; FEAR NOT; THIS IS FAR BETTER FOR MY BODY THAN SLEEPING A FEW HOURS.

I have been blessed with so much open truth in the last month I am overwhelmed that any pretense can yet survive.  TRUTH ALWAYS CONQUERS EVIL, EVEN THE IRS AND POPE.  WE SHALL SAY THE TRUTH BECAUSE WE KNOW OF ITIS LIBERTY.

As this round of meetings and opportunities progress remember us in your prayers.  The prayers of a righteous man availeth much.  I hope God considers this weak pool of flesh  as needing his help in answers to prayer.  I am not the constant prayer warrior I once was; I have gone on to another level or part of the battlefront in Spiritual warfare.  Pray that I am right or soon corrected to prevent hurting others.  I openly trust in the wisdom and majesty of the Master to guide my tongue.  I often speak things I never knew or had reason to and know that they are true as any other unknown tongue can possibly be.
As time and space permit we will insert some of the things we have been given at the speed of lightning over the Internet.  It now approaches 5 AM and I shall attempt to nap for a couple of hours.  If you have not read Charlton Heston’s Speech at Harvard GET IT.
The courts are currently teetering on giving us some justice; Congress is working on calling of their lap dog IRS; the banks are conveying fear of the money collapsing; the stock market flirts with 10000, promises a test of it’s system and backs down 300.  AND THERE ARE CERTAINLY WARS AND RUMORS OF WARS WHILE THE POLITICIANS AND PREACHERS CRY PEACE, PEACE BUT THERE IS NO PEACE.

LET me CHATTER
Over the last few weeks we have had a group of new opportunities to demonstrate our knowledge and belief.
The Abusive Trust task force of the IRS is alive and well in beautiful Arizona; though it is now rumored to be winding down due to budget.  In every case we are experiencing there is abuse of process by the agents; and since the commissioner has said we need to trust him there is an abusive trust within the United States and the Service.
In this round the service is starting from the personal 1040 and examining that in order to move forward in it’s fishing expeditions for the trust (what they are finding is me).  Yes I am quite certain this is an attempt to find a weak link in the family for trust to allow me the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge as the liberty granted by Almighty GOD.  The district council has already declared that it is their goal to put me out of business.  That seems all together like an abuse of trusts to me.  This ministry and business will and must accomplish all it’s goals and those are delegated by Master and King.
In the Tax court cases the IRS attorneys are systematically attempting to get the cases dismissed because the trusts and L.L.C.s do not have attorneys.  I will get to attorneys later but let me note that there is the group that most abuses trust.  Our guy who had the trial in October is in the briefing process and has an attorney assisting in the briefing process.  Our friend is still very worried that he has lost because he was unprepared.  I have a different opinion.
In the IRS audit cases we are working diligently to be sure we transfer the burden of proof.  The Commissioner testified to the Senate that burden of proof would destroy the Tax Court system as a collection tool.  SO BE IT;  PRAISE GOD.
MY BEST INSPIRATIONS OF LATE HAVE BEEN ON THE SPIRITUAL WARFARE LEVEL OF ACTION.  I wrote the District Director a very pointed letter inviting he and his minions to flee from me seven ways.  And In the next few days will write also to the Taxpayer Advocate to insist the director and district council answer their correspondence.
In this new round the examiner expressly invites questions in her letters.  So in being cooperative we must ask questions.  I do not have a problem coming up with a few questions for each letter; and since she invited questions it has to be open to Problem Resolution, inspection service, Appeals, and the Taxpayer Advocate.

Our COVENANT KEEPERS meeting on February 13, 1999 seemed to be a very effective meeting of the minds.  Eileen, fresh from new research, spoke on COVENANT KEEPING and seemed to penetrate the gray matter of a fair portion of the audience.  That is a rather catchy concept of/for life and trust.  Of course I know none of you need encouragement or repetitive training.  One man use to say he had already heard it and therefore listening was not important.; he was in error but learned that too late.  I still need to hear the truth repeated and reinforced, even if I must hear it from my own voice, so if you are better and smarter than I why don’t you deal with the IRS on 20 or30 audit of tax court cases at one time.  It is a good mental exercise if you wish to stay young at mind.
One concept we can all comprehend is that if you take the benefit you will be required to perform specific tasks in respect to that benefit.  Remember benefit programs are also contracts and contracts require consideration from all parties.  If you do not wish to give consideration in specific performance do not accept consideration in benefits.  This is the reason In 1988 it was important that I surrendered eligibility for the federal benefit attached to the SSN in order to free myself from the attachments of the system; breaking the bondage to man.  I decided to take God’s word for the promise to take care of me, accepting the benefits of his COVENANT; AND ACCEPTING THE DUTY OF SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE IN MY COVENANT KEEPING.

When I was leaving the confusion and benefits of mystery babylon I needed to take nothing with me.  (Note: this is the reason why I think suits for refund of SS contributions are in error and often bring tragic results.)[ The GAO REPORT to congress subcommittee on the IRS audit quoted the leading criminal scam as one to seek refund of SS payments]. This became especially true of all my "old time religion" and other stupid ideas about GOD AND HIS KINGDOM.  That’s right I am already mixing religion with trust; the two remain inseparable in my heart, mind, and trust.

My most inspired thought this month is much like the ones I keep repeating; GOD is more than capable of doing his job for us and with us and about us.  AND HAS CLEARLY PROMISED TO BE DILIGENT WHEN WE DO OUR PART.  He often does his part even when we do not; that is his choice; just like it is the trustee’s choice to do more than the "obligations of Contract based on consideration".  "When my people who are called by my name-----Then will I" sounds a lot like a trust contract requiring consideration on both parts.  Abram gave all his generations in righteous service to ALMIGHTY GOD in consideration for future consideration in this life and that to come. It is an IRREVOCABLE COVENANT sealed by blood. And you think trusts that hold trinkets are tough or that the "obligations of contract" are some tough task.  Are really being cruel to you???  I think not.
It is worth reemphasizing that every contract requires communication of the terms and conditions; and more importantly consideration from both parties.
God and the COVENANT with Abraham is perhaps the best example of the role of trustee and beneficiary one can find; however due to our over population with lawyers we have messed up the simplicity with the ways and lust of the flesh; choosing the comfort of limited liability.  In the lawyers promise of safety we surrender right and liberty.  An attorney can put a one page contract that all parties can comprehend into a jumble of 30 pages for only a few thousand dollars and noone can comprehend the terms.
All of the examples of proper behavior we need are easy to find in that one little book of "Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth", (I like that acronym) and no one needs a Lawyer for Jesus is our only advocate.  In scripture Lawyers were condemned as regularly as devils and Pharisees; now it seems they have merged into a common group of secular religion  I find great strength and reassurance when someone gets the point and advocates it for others as Eileen did on Covenant Keeping.  I am quite confident it is inspiring and comforting to GOD when we get the point no matter how small or how dull and share it with others.  Truth is a fertile field for growth; lies can only destroy.
Over the years I have railed against perpetrators of false doctrines in the pulpit and the courts of law; and I work diligently to be careful not to repeat the error.
I have witnessed, as a child, the Assembly of God preachers and elders arguing that the baptists were headed straight for hell.  Once I recovered from the false doctrines about devils and hell they did not have anyplace to go.  Now I have to deal with these possibly misguided servants and people even more honorably and charitably than before.

Here is my problem in this false doctrine analogy.  I have argued against the Roman Road argument of once saved always saved; and still believe Jesus and Hebrews cite a specific exception to that doctrine.  And it is a little hypocritical to pursue and threaten the backslider if he is still saved no matter what he does with his salvation or how he acts in his flesh and lusts.  I do agree that all the saving was done "once for all" as the new added consideration in the amendment to the COVENANT with ABRAHAM; however, that ADDITION OF GREATER CONSIDERATION by gift and privilege can be abused, discarded, buried in our own lusts, blasphemed, and misrepresented.  And the King regularly suffers all these wrongs for the love of money in church and law.  When he added greater consideration we were required greater performance as our added consideration in the COVENANT KEEPING OATH.
Now I have to balance this way of thinking with the fact that Jesus only bled for a part of a day as the sacrifice to perfect and fulfill God’s Law; making it the heart, mind, and body spiritual law.  In His leaving the carnal traditions of talmudic religion behind still seeking a messiah while these merchants of error refuses to be ruled by Christ as King.  This "once for all" bleeding was soon ended and there remains no blood to continue what happened over 1966 years in the past.  All the blood was shed one day and can not be repeated.  Our passion and greed for more blood is in error; HE was once crucified and bled and can not be recrucified or continually bleed.  We have real definite responsibility in order to have that benefit (consideration) of salvation, or rather to keep it.  When we turn from our wicked ways, repent and seek his face we accept our place of responsibility in this ever present OBLIGATION OF COVENANT.  For the descendants of Abraham there remains a blood line Obligation for all those generations; for the rest of mankind it is the price of choice to be ruled over by KING JESUS; SEEKING to be included in the KINGDOM is volunteering for specific performance (consideration).  When a body seeks a benefit of God or man it takes on the obligation of performance according to the Covenant or contract.  LOVE contains all the law and the Prophets and marks our specific performance requirement (consideration) in entering the contract of service to the righteous KING.
I like to use the example of the teenager and the car; there is nothing we as teens could do to earn that privilege, yet our fathers were generous to us in our times of error.  That is a lot like God and his gifts.  And much like dad it was a requirement that we behaved properly following the rules and law to maintain the privilege and to say thanks for the gift and trust we could not earn.  The free gift of salvation and of Knowledge are like this; we have the definite responsibility of covenant keeping (consideration) to stay within the bounds of law and knowledge to participate in and appreciate the gifts of the spirit.
A few years ago in one of those discussions about the Laws of God being dead or hung on a tree PJ came up with the perfect answer; he said to the advocate, "since there is no law why don’t you just drop off your wife at my house tonight and pick her up tomorrow".  With no law it can not be wrong, adultery and covetousness would be no more.  Even murder has to be okay if you have done away with God’s Law. (Note the wife would be safe PJ is happily married).

We live by the covenant, one example is called a contract for trust.  It is our responsibility to keep our word in the contract for TRUST just as it is our responsibility in God’s covenant.  We have control of every act of our flesh and every thought of our mind.  AND ARE RESPONSIBLE BEFORE GOD AND MAN FOR THE QUALITY OF BOTH.
Revelation 18 says Partake not in her benefits that ye suffer not her plagues.  We have the free choice to choose good or evil and blessing or plague.  We say in studying government and law "whenever you are going to seek or accept a benefit it will have attached to it performance" as blessing or plague.
COVENANT IS A GOOD WORD FOR CONTRACT; because it is based in righteousness and can not be transformed to greed or love of money.  Covenants come only with proper behavior in GOD’S SPIRITUAL LAW, and our fleshly contracts are sure to fall when we try to use them for greed.  Many of us began our TRUST based in and on our greed of flesh and had to be converted to the truth of trust in the covenant.

Patrick Henry came up in conversation this week.  His declaration of certain victory when the cause is just; because Almighty God fights for the just remains a great inspiration to me.  This is the covenant concept where Patrick believed America was a Covenant Land honoring King Jesus, our GOD, in word and deed and therefore guaranteed the victory over all evil.  What a wonderful time for this example to be refreshed.
I was reminded in the book review I gave at the meeting that there are principles and concepts which are as true today as they were when Patrick was writing TRUSTS.  And I can assure you the trusts had ownership of property for probate purposes; many were written under the jurisdiction of the British King.  Of course we need to recall that it was 1083 that the Isle of Mann was established as a constitutional republic for the main purpose of tax avoidance.  Patrick was well aware of the foreign trust tax advantages and applied them.  We are so ignorant we quake in fear; and all because we have done just as Thomas Jefferson predicted.  We have valued safety more than freedom to the point we have neither.  It has been two generations in most families since there was a freehold or a freeholder.
It is a sad state of affairs that the nation brought forth for PROTESTANT CHRISTIAN FREEDOM OF RELIGION FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD has so blasphemed its King as to elect a Babylonian merchant for the love of money.  The lawyers have established the doctrine of greed and set themselves up in high places to commit us to voluntary servitude for lack of knowledge.  This establishes a strange religion entirely wrong and blasphemous of the true KING; and done by promoting and capitalizing on the lack of knowledge in the people.
Historians wrote "America is great because she is good; and when she ceases to be good she will cease to be great".  I propose the idea that we have ceased from our good and our greatness as a nation; and we choose our blind self serving false doctrines to escape our responsibilities before GOD and to each the other.  We as a people and Nation shall suffer our just reward for all our breeches of the COVENANT KEEPING to which we pledge our oath and surrender our lust and greed in consideration.
God is not mocked; He is letting us have our generous helping of free will to be idiots and carnal fools following what feels good in the lust of the flesh rather than forcing us to participate in  truth.  He knows and we should be aware that we will come around to serving HIS purpose in our lives.  Too bad we are not smart enough to do it without great pain and anguish.  You can identify the problem in the false doctrines if you can remove the beam from your eye to see the truth about you.  During my 25 years out there in the great unwashed of filth and lust for flesh and money I KNEW THE DAY WOULD COME FOR MY COVENANT WITH GOD.  And that day arrived Labor Day weekend of 1985.  Just as God had promised my gifts of the spirit were measured out as is appropriate for me.  Your gifts are certain to be different than mine and your purpose though different will by God’s word and promise of assurance be in agreement to enable us to aid one the other in accomplishing HIS DIVINE PURPOSE in both of us and in the NATION AND BODY AS A WHOLE.  My personal Covenant is a Part of the Bigger and better National COVENANT (Hebrews 8 to 10).  And we shall be Keepers together in one grand and glorious purpose for furthering the Kingdom of God, just as the Mayflower Compact pledged before they set foot on the ground of Beullah land.
I view the current dilemma with the IRS as a test of my faith in GOD and the job HE gave me to do.  I am certain we shall have the victory, at least to the extent you and I KEEP OUR WORD IN THE CONTRACT AS COVENANT KEEPERS.

During the intervening time since our last communication I have had a few good experiences from the web.  LET ME BE CLEAR AND CONCISE I DO NOT HOLD THESE MEN OUT AS GREAT EXPERTS OR THE ANSWER TO ALL; but rather, as sources of information that still need discrimination.
Larry Becraft is an attorney who has written a good research paper on federal jurisdiction; I like it because it agrees with me.  He however believes it is of no value in taxation.  www.Becraft.com will find him.  I believe congress reset the clock on case history in taxation in RRA 98.  And the pledge of the Secretary may be of value.
www.Dueprocess.com is the writings of John Gliha.  This newsletter and web page also have some good ideas; it is a mix as some of the ideas and methods I disagree with.  He is scheduled to be in Arizona for a seminar on Administrative Procedures in April; I plan to attend and inform you then of my value appraisal.
Glenn, Bill, Sailor, and others have forwarded so much to me I have not needed to go look for myself; thanks guys.  I like knowledge being free of all the effort, I do read them all and keep some.  God is the example of giving all we need easily.  Thanks to all the sources of more information.  I need all the help I can get.

ATTORNEYS AND CAUTIONS

In the current cosmos we have a big problem; it is man made and intentional.  Whether it is our intent or theirs is the only reason for my dilemma and debate.  ‘And we lust to have it so" is a foundation for trouble in many of our problems and beliefs.
PLEASE NOTE WITHOUT PERSONAL OFFENSE there is a remnant fraction of exceptions in the legal profession just as there are in every walk of life.  However I see no indication this remnant will influence the whole for healing by and in truth.
Let me state some ideas and see if you can grasp the anti-Christ nature of this false religion.  I am speaking of the Bar Association as that terrible secular religion, and the court room as the temple of confusion for greed.
It is Bar member lawyers who have established the customs of prejudice and greed in the court system where they claim God is exiled and reduced to needing a Lawyer to appear before the black robed (priest or rabbi) bench of confusion.  We were told in a federal case in 1988 that Jesus needed a Licensed attorney to come into or speak to the court.  This came from the same judge that told another man if he mentioned the Constitution in HIS court room he would be held in contempt.  This self serving false religion of lies for profit is created by the bar member for the bar member and of bar members.
How did we get so far from justice and the origins of America??
By our own laziness and greed.
History is the teacher of the past to enable us to avoid the same pitfalls.  But we have repeated history at it’s worst.  This nation was created by Protestant Christianity’s refusal of the legal and ritual corruption of Europe’s (im)moral code and churches.  Now we have copied all that un-christian corruption and invented more because of our laziness; AND have our government license our lawyers’ lying about the constitutions, laws and God.
In defense of the legal profession; we can be assured; if we were diligent to our duties before God and the Law this corruption of court and Law could not have happened; there would be no place to profit in procedural trickery.  Now we have a monster of case history and statutes created by lawyers, for lawyers, to the profit of Lawyers.  Only in our accepting the responsibility for our own actions can we hope to restore to the principles of law this nation was founded upon.  So long as we wish to hire the best liar to advocate and protect our greed and lust; or to argue that wrong must win because of some legal trickery or technicality; we can not hope for justice.
The courts regularly talk about some jurisdiction called statutory jurisdiction.  There are no such concepts in the Constitutional Justice system; nor in the common law of natural conscience.  So where did this problem come from?  US of course!  When we decided we wanted the benefits of a statutory system of law we signed on for the obligations of contract to specific performance.  The statutes are the specific performance obligations in the contracts set up for profit by a law system that becomes it’s own religion and code of conduct that has nothing at all to do with right or wrong.  REMEMBER ALL LAW IS SUPPOSE TO BE A TERROR TO EVIL AND A BLESSING TO THE GOOD.
Every great SOCIETY AND nation in history has come about in moral revolution.  And each has begun with real summary justice in some form of Natural or Common law no matter the religion.  When right is right and wrong gets it’s just reward there is little need for lawyers and even less profit in law.  When lawyers repent and restore to justice and Law the rest of the system can heal and would be forced to change for the better.  However that is just exactly the same as religion it is in fact an ecclesiastical religion.  When we stick to the simplicity of God’s natural law as the creed of our churches and lives there is no room for great ritual churches and PROFIT.  Levi found a way to create enough rituals (traditions) and false doctrines to gain control of people and make a lot of money through wrong uses of the temple and false doctrines about the tithe.  Jesus ridiculed, opposed, condemned and destroyed levi and all the attachments of the carnal commandment of ritual servitude including the profit of the tithe; even destroying records.
In early America the only law book which was needed or allowed in any court room was the Protestant Bible in fact the Geneva bible because the Protestants and Separatists did not like or accept the King James as a valid version.
And then, for greed and lust, we copied the religions and Bar associations of Europe.  And the rest as they say is the result of copying the wrong parts of history.  As a result of laziness and greed we corrupted and compromised to the point of utter destruction of education, religion, and the law.
I wish I had a clear vision of the solution; all I can think of is copying France to Exile the lawyers; or the colonies where lawyers were classified as criminal, and the dregs of society.  OF COURSE in the colonies and early states we would have just executed the lawyers and the pastors along with them for what is now taught.
Sadly I see too many of our people who the American Bar have convinced that they can not do anything for themselves or succeed without a lawyer.  It is not too hard for me; however, I am barred from justice or truth by the acts of the bar for the profit of the bar.
Court has become the secular humanistic temple of anti-christ attorneys; and only an attorney can get you access practicing as an alter-boy in this corrupt corporate secular church..  And if you by strange chance get an opportunity to bring truth into that church of the bar you will be as rejected as was the King himself.  The good news is that these Pharisees of profit are not out to physically execute you as their predecessors did with Jesus.  These alter-boys and Priests of the black robed church of confusion are only out to get you into servitude for love of money.  Of course it is the love of money that causes us to want to turn from our just responsibility to the shelter and safety of statutes and bars.
The problem originates with us and will ultimately be cured by us.  I constantly advocate that we do all we can without the Lawyers; or for that matter even the paralegal.  Most paralegals fancy themselves as a lawyer without a license; and lust to have the recognition of the secular church of the black robed priests (whores) of babylon.
This week I received word of a group of attorneys who are opposing the status quo of fraud in the courts.  I truly hope these alter-boys pass the test of truth; trust; and justice.  It remains natural for me to be skeptical.  My basis is personal experience and exposure.
Sadly I suspect that we will not see any substantive change in the moral code of the nation and people so long as we follow leadership composed of lawyers practicing their own Licensed corporate false religion of anti-christ greed.
AND THAT WILL NOT OCCUR UNTIL WE RESTORE TO OUR PROPER RESPONSIBILITY TO OTHERS.  God set up the moral standard for the American states and this people of promise.  We are the ones who turned from our moral responsibility in lust for the riches of the land; deserting the Creator in pursuit of the wealth of the creation.  We are the ones who shirked our responsibility to GOD, LAW, and country.  We are the ones who went begging for another false rapture doctrine; begging for the benefits of a society ruled and governed by merchants of legal process rather than the truth of justice based in conscience.
Some years ago we studied the differences between the definition and application of legal and lawful; and I assure you we wish to be a lawful people and nation.  At some point the ever increasing population of incompetent lawyers will be destroyed in the restoration of our national moral character.  Bill Clinton points squarely to the legal profession’s ultimate evil.  The license permits the maneuvering of definitions and statutes to create case history that pretends to be law.  And the membership of the bar has agreed by their oath and contract for membership to perpetuate and perpetrate the lies and profits by legal procedure totally repugnant to law and justice.
For America to restore to her greatness we must return to the foundation that made this nation great in it’s origin.  Law and Justice must again become our hallmark of this society.  And we will have to resort to being fair honest and responsible in our private and public demonstrations of love for others and service in love for God.
Natural Law and the perfect law of liberty is our liberties granted by Almighty God.  He condemned and rebuked the lawyers.  What will be our greater work with reference to lawyers???  Shouldn’t we call a legal procedure merchant of confusion a legaler?  You have to know the profession is acting legal instead of lawful.
When I am forced by a fraudulent Legal system to hire an alter-boy of the black robed confusion temple it makes me sick.
We must solve this dilemma to regain our proper standing in the Law.  And this can only be accomplished through knowledge.  This people is destroyed and this Nation vacated for lack of knowledge; and that has been our choice; "we lust to have it so".  This lack of knowledge is self induced to avoid the responsibility of Law.  So we lusted for the creation  of the LIEsensed bar profession to give us an escape from our duty to law.  Just as we lusted for the false rapture doctrines in the churches to avoid our proper responsibilities.  And both are just as we wanted. SHAME ON US!
No real change can come in the legal system; the government system, or the confusion of the alphabet soup agencies until we are ready and able to return to our moral responsibility to and before the law and our own conscience.
Every case in history that is adverse to our rights and the truth of God’s just laws has been created by incompetent practice of legal procedures and process.  These Licensed agents lie to argue both sides of the same case; and all very surely for the love of money.  There would be no bad case law if we had a system of justice or moral lawyers who were not licensed to lie and steal as legal merchants.  If the practitioner had knowledge of law instead of legal procedures all would agree in the cause of justice.  Had lawyers been dedicated to the truth of law rather than profit we would not have hundreds of thousands of volumes of confusion and strange interpretations. But then if we had truth of knowledge in religious teachings  we would never have been available to the false doctrines in the practice of law.
In truth every case that protected any evil act by man or government through procedures and technicalities is already struck down by truth of law.  All law is a blessing to good and a terror to evil.  Every legal merchant of law who advocates technical loopholes as a strategy to free evil from justice need to be expunged from the practice of law.
When you come advocating the evil of practicing the legal profession in trickery instead of truth you are not my ally and blaspheme God and law.  At some soon time we must refuse all error to do that which is right.  I do not believe we can continue to serve the legal profession in it’s false doctrines for profit.  There must be a right and proper way to exercise the law in our lives as a terror to evil and a blessing to the just.  Our original purpose in permitting the legal profession was to protect us in our own laziness and greed; and that remains the reason for our turning to the lawyers for more lies.
Only in turning from our evil ways and returning to truth in law can we find freedom in God’s perfect law of liberty.  Only in this can we be Covenant Keepers.
Are you capable of trusting God for truth and justice even if your nest could be lost?
Are you sure enough to keep your faith when I trust God that way, even if money or trinkets are at risk?
Are you prepared to turn from the evils of usury, theft, greed, and lusts of the flesh?
Are you capable of going without false doctrines in legal process in favor of responsibility?
Are you ready to turn from the evils of false doctrines in the churches of profit?
Where would we be if we merely stopped the false doctrines of ignorance (lack of Knowledge)?
 How about the love of money doctrines of the tithe to support the greed of Levi?
Or the lies that say we can not have justice without a lawyer "woe unto ye lawyers".?
Does it cause you to fear and quake when I refuse to bow before man?  Or hire a liar?
Are you ready for COVENANT KEEPING?
The plain simple truth is all we should ever need to be true to all in word and in deed.
Are you ready to give and receive simply truth in justice and in Covenant Keeping?
We must bring ourselves to that willing and able position.  We were already granted the power and agreed to the responsibility of law.  Why should we use legal procedures and Lawyers to avoid and blaspheme truth in LAW?
We must be responsible in all things.  God requires that specific performance in our Covenant keeping.

ENOUGH ALREADY OF THE WHINING AND COMPLAINING

NEXT LET ME DESCRIBE FOR YOU WHAT I AM NICKNAMING THE WEEK THAT WAS AND IS AND MAY SOON BE.
I began my week on Monday with a lawyer for one of our family telling me in essence that there was no hope with truth and that we would have to lie to have a chance; he also has my man convinced that if he does not compromise and run like a foolish coward to the arms of the IRS criminal charges are coming.
I finished this week at one of the best meetings I have attended since the IRS recruited me as an enemy.
I have said enough on the subject of lawyers; I did not meet any good ones at the meeting to change my opinion.  The fact is that Judge Rizzo was very unkind to lawyers and judges; and not much better to legislators who just happen to be lawyers.
By Wednesday I had re-gathered myself to the point that I could speak civilly to others.  I had walked around for two days speaking unknown tongues of legaleze and pain.  I was hurt that my friend was so weak in his understanding.
On Wednesday I decided not to commit capitol murder and to try to do all in my power to see that the attorneys and everyone else understood the need for simple truth.  I remain totally committed to the truth and it’s exercise and advocacy.  I also returned a phone call to "THE INSPECTOR GENERAL" for treasury and agreed to meet on neutral ground.
This man is real and has a lot of knowledge of the law.  We met for two hours; his purpose in calling me was to find out why I felt an agent was engaged in unlawful activity as a part of an overzealous collection activity.
I had received seven letters in the present round of inquiry by the task-force and had answered with some very on point questions the agent is not capable of answering.  She had forwarded the letters to the Inspector General; probably because she felt threatened.  Truth can be a very scary thing.  None of my ideas or evidence was dismissed as wrong, improper or off point.  As I laid out the scenario of what was and is happening he took 8 pages of notes and asked for the evidence to back up the allegations.
 As a bonus I gave him a copy of Banister’s report; he said he would read it.  Yes I believe this opportunity is a reward for persistence and prayer for truth in truth and about truth.  This is the way the master chose to reward me for refusing to compromise truth about trust.  I had a very good time in that meeting and in telling the story later that night at our regular study meeting.  Joe Banister was glad I had used the report that way but refused when I offered him extra money for that use.
I am considering having the meeting tape transcribed since it was the first and only time I tried to tell the whole story.
When we got around to the activities of the district council in violation of the law the Inspector General got real interested and asked for corroboration which he now has a part of and more will follow soon.  The District Council has at least exercised undue influence on an appeals officer; lied to the court; and violated civil, constitutional, taxpayer, and disabled American rights.  And there are witnesses.
I have offered to have another meeting with this IG; one other witness has now spoken with him and assessed his interest and credibility.
HE AGREED THAT USING LOOPHOLES IS CORRECT IN LAW.
HE UNDERSTANDS I AM NOT A SHAM TRUST PROMOTER.
HE IS THE 1203 OFFICER;  yes that is the one with the authority to terminate agents.
The old internal affairs we had experienced a few years ago; who made agents change their attitude and behave was changed to the inspection services under the 1996 taxpayer bill of rights.  NOTE THIS with RRA 98 these officers are no longer employed by the IRS but now are for real TREASURY OFFICERS.  NO ONE in the IRS can give this man orders or prevent his investigation from following the law.
Let me give you my perceptions of this lawful exercise of truth:

WE WIN - WE WIN - WE WIN !!

The week finished with the opportunity to go to the meeting in California and meet Joe Banister in person.  The outcome will be that Joe and another ex agent will become very useful.  The surprise at the meeting was how much do it yourself information the speakers have developed to spread the word and the deeds; AND THE SECOND AGENT, A TEN YEAR EXPERIENCED EXAMINER, who had also quit the IRS because of determining that the law does not fit the American Constitutional system.
OPPORTUNITIES ARE RARE AND WE HAVE BEEN GREATLY BLESSED WITH THIS OPPORTUNITY; WE MUST IN ALL WAYS ADVOCATE THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH; SO HELP US GOD.  The prayer must be that we are able to serve in this small way.
If you are having problems there are three people or offices you need to know.
1.  The inspector general has offices in every district and you have a right to complain if any of your rights protected by the constitution are violated; if any statutory provision is violated; if the taxpayer bill of rights is violated; or any of the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities act; or even if an agent is just impolite and uncooperative.  Only if we complain can we hope to see results.
2.  Appeals office has the authority to overview most of the processes, procedures and actions of examination and revenue agents.  We need to keep these people very busy
3.  District Council and Tax Court may be the best thing to come forth as we cause the Inspector General to look into the breeches of law and prejudice in the procedures.
It is my opinion that the tools we obtained through RRA98 can be very helpful and healing.  Congress whether intentional or accidental has given a lot of tools.  When the law required the regulations be written in plane English they wrote enough to let us win.
NOW IT IS UP TO US TO STAND FOR TRUTH AND TRUST IN GOD TO GUARANTEE THE VICTORY BY HIS WORD.  Just as he guaranteed the victory to  the new states in 1776 HE CAN and will guarantee our victory when our cause is just.
TRUTH MUST WIN; AND WITH IT WE CAN COMPLETE THE TASK OF RESTORING THE IRS AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO THEIR PROPER ROLE.  THIS MUST BE OUR PROPER GOAL;  Justice must be our creed.

 As you can see we, especially J C, have been busy.  We had hoped that our Creator would open the doors of knowledge for us to help us get through this mess.  As it turned out HE had a flood gate waiting to be opened.  It has been hard to sleep at night with all the thought process going through.  Many things are now falling into place and boy have we all been asleep all these years.  We happened to catch the last hour or so of a very good series of "The Men Who Killed Kennedy,"  it was on the history channel, if you get a chance to see DO JUST THAT.  The one ex-marksman/assassin for our side made the remark that he had been approached to kill a fellow man, would he have a problem?? No.  Until he found it that it was to take place on American soil to an American.  The CIA has no authority to assassinate anyone on American soil, or an American they are for the use of other countries.  The MAFIA IS HERE FOR THE USE OF OUR GOVERNMENT.  THINK ABOUT THAT ONE!!!  A lot will fall into place for you in some of the history we have heard or TV shows about the MAFIA always getting away with whatever they do.  THEY ARE WORKING FOR OUR GOVERNMENT against whomever OUR GOVERNMENT deems to be their enemy.  That one will have fun in your head. So on it goes, more information and knowledge thanks to the TV that so many think is evil.  It is now coming out to tell the truth, lies can never hide truth for very long.  Lies always come out, truth always wins.  We just need to be able to know the difference or what to understand when they admit it.  Pretty sad to think that our people in this land are so wrapped up in small thinking that they can’t decipher what GOD puts before them.  The show on TV was the GAO report on C-SPAN.  The Congressmen and Senators aren’t nearly as stupid as those promoting themselves as Pastors and patriots are.  They do understand the separation of powers, the Constitution and what it really stood for.  It is interesting to see which ones have that understanding.  That is the fun part, and they have my respect for speaking out and saying so.
 The children are learning also who is really the bad guys and the good guys.  We know those who think that because a man goes to work as a cop, army, marine or whatever that they are the enemy.  Well put yourselves in their shoes, which one of those patriots are willing to go into a murder scene, stop at an accident and pick up the body parts?  Walk in their shoes for a mile then make your judgment, we have met several who probably have more understanding of what’s going on that the patriot dribble on the internet.  At least the children don’t worry about us getting out and arguing over our rights because we have something to hide in the car.   We have had one these idiot thinkers staying at our place and it turns out he is the cause of his own problems, we have the paperwork to prove he would steal from his own daughter.  That one makes me a wee bit upset.  He has even accused of us being like him "you know the ones who believe in over throwing the Government"  Not on your life, this Government was set up right in the first place and it takes the right men to make it run right.  Since we don’t the right thinking public to vote the people in the Government will only reflect the moral of the voters.  Believe this man is not of the right moral or mind to ever think he can judge anyone.  As if any of us do.  I am not a happy camper with this man, I can forgive a lot, but not conniving on a child, especially his only one.
