Life is quite an adventure for me these days. I am trying to get in the position to file all the back returns and amended returns to put us in the best position I can identify (there are just about 2000 to be amended; so if you are in a hurry or want to be priority be sure to let me know; and yes there will be costs involved but I am working to make that as small as possible). My loving wife has been a great help in doing mail merge stuff where there is a significant volume of paper to be generated. One return with exhibits wound up near 3300 pages, and while that is an extreme case the minimum will be double or triple the original number of pages. Now I know why lawyers charge by the page and double space everything they do.

I am the problem; if one remains; to getting this task done. All the blame and error lies with me. I know what I really want to do with my hired servants at IRS but am not getting the action I want from JW and others; guess that will be another task to do myself. On Sunday our pastor talked about hitting walls or checks in the spirit for something you are doing. BOY CAN I IDENTIFY WITH THAT SITUATION; I just need to be sure it is not my procrastinating flesh that is the problem, error, or sin in this effort. Joyce Meyer was talking about dead works as when we are trying to do something purely of our flesh that is not what God wants to do or trying to do God’s job in our own fleshly power.

Now on to good news; truth is spreading so fast it can not be stopped. Just yesterday from Dan Meador’s Website I picked up a well written dissertation on the project to "Stop Withholding Federal Taxes- Legally" by Jack Cohen. I do not know Mr. Cohen but must tell you this is another well written piece of information; no it is more than that it is a good explanation of where we are in this legal debate. We are at the only time in history where all the knowledge one needs to know about the acts and actions of the enemy are available; in fact rather than having to work hard to seek out the information you have to work hard to avoid getting truth at your door. What a wonderful time to be alive! Our enemy even regularly brags in the media at what its next battle plan will be; sounds like a dumb way to fight a war to me.

Today from the same source DM was a link for statistics and I find I have been quoting the wrong numbers on enforcement. John Turner that compiled these charts I copied is the same one appearing in the USA Today articles. Levies in 1992 were over 3 million, and peaked in 1997 at over 3.6 Million but by 1999 were down to 504,403 and continued to decrease throughout 2000. Liens in 1992 were almost 1.4 Million; and in 1999 167,867 is all the liens filed; this also continued to decline during 2000. Property seizures is even more dramatic dropping from almost 12, 000 in 1992 to 161 in 1999 and there was no noted increase in 2000; in fact the commissioner admitted seizures were down again in 2000. Hallelujah! Something is going right for the good people of America. Thomas Jefferson is quoted as saying freedom requires eternal vigilance; is suspect it requires the Eternal to be ever vigilant as we the people seek HIS help.

BLACK ROBED THIEVES CONFESS THEIR FRAUD…

I had the rare privilege of hearing a judge tell the truth about how his court works in Ohio Domestic Relations; Judge James Celebreeze.

My client and friend (one and the same) is being railroaded through the courts of OHIO as his "non licensed" spouse (she insisted on a purely religious marriage with no involvement from the state until she decided to have her rebellious brawling feminist way and needs her new god the state of Ohio to help her) steals his son and tries to steal money and property from the trusts also. He is very faithful to study and prayer and we know God’s truth will overcome all this evil.

In a hearing in chambers this March 1 the judge said the controlling factor in how he will rule is to protect lawyers from malpractice. This was done to help a hot pants mini skirted "obviously mal-practicing" "incompetent" lawyer avoid the rules of court and get away with her theft form her client.

I am determined to file petitions for impeachment with the Ohio legislature; disbarment with the bar for judge and hot pants both; and further paperwork barring the jurisdiction of the divorce court on the trust. Now I just have to get a clear enough head to get it all written. I know I have all the pieces needed to get the truth out.

BARRING THE BAR.. Thanks to Dan Meador and Larry Becraft this week I have figured out some of my mountains blocking my actions; AND ALL ARE BECAUSE OF THE CORRUPTION OF THE BAR ASSOCIATION AND ITS LAWYERS. This item reminded me of my spiritual block against the unequal yoke of the lawyers.

In realizing just how corrupt the courts and bar had become I was shocked back to some of our simple realities. "Woe unto ye Lawyers" was and is a very well deserved admonition and promise.

I have said before that the IRS was not the problem; only a symptom of a society run and ruled by lawyers for profit; don use to call the law merchants to get the point across. Until we the people get the courage to do something about the corruption of the "woes" of the lawyers we do not deserve our prayers to be answered, our sins forgiven, or our land to be healed. A land that murders over a million babies a year yet in the womb really does need some serious healing to avoid the "wrath of God to comfort all who mourn" Is 61. That prophecy and promise was the next item after Jesus said what he would accomplish and advocated in His time.

I recall JW saying what he needed to do was sue the Arizona Bar Association under the right to work provisions since they have created a monopoly in the courts through a closed shop union in direct violation of Arizona’s Right to work law and our constitutional provisions. I suspect we will learn that Judges are just too incompetent to know enough law to deal with truth and facts so they need the lawyers to help them cover up their errors and incompetence.

DUH! Can anyone figure out why this society and nation are so messed up when we have lawyers running all three branches of the federal (and State) governments created to serve our just needs? Could it be their godhood, demagoguery, and greatness is a problem for our "liberties granted by Almighty God"; if the court has not granted the liberty it does not exist according to the lawyers. WOE UNTO YE LAWYERS!

Is it any wonder we see the continual erosion of the constitutional provisions for separation of powers when all those in control are woeful lawyers from the same monopoly closed shop union? Judges, Legislators, Cabinet are all lawyers or directly servant to the liberal whims of career government lawyers. For all his good spirit and attitude President GW named almost all lawyers to the cabinet and department heads in his administration and reign.

I do not see any occasion for the need for rocket scientists to figure out this simple puzzle. Lawyers make rules that say only lawyers can access the justice system designed for criminals (lawyers). You and I are routinely discriminated against because we are not a part of that title of nobility (prohibited by state and federal constitutions) monopoly (prohibited by law) closed shop union (prohibited by constitution and law). I see this with special disdain since the trust is currently singled out by IRS career bureaucrat lawyers for special discrimination in the court of pimps (alter boy lawyers) in suits from the closed shop union and whores in black robes (from the same union) protecting the pimps from malpractice.

‘WOE UNTO YE LAWYERS" MAY BE TOO MILD AN ADMONITION FOR TODAY’s FRAUD BAR STEALING THE FREEDOMS OF THE PEOPLE.. I almost fell over when the OHIO judge openly discussed his decision method was to protect the lawyers from malpractice; and his continuing discussion that proved the attorneys deserve to be sued. I have heard for years the claims of others about great travesties of justice being perpetrated in the courts out of prejudice but had never seen such a clear demonstration of lawlessness. Yes, the issue is minor; only stealing jurisdiction where none exists in law; (I took the trouble to look up the Ohio Constitution annotated to be sure I was not talking out of both sides of my mouth). I have made strong jurisdictional arguments in the past but have never been handed such a direct illegal challenge (opportunity) by a judge.

Larry Becraft repeatedly joins the "woes" by railing against anyone who would say anything a court might not like or may have ruled against in the past. If that were a proper standard Christianity would have disappeared into the bar association courts many centuries ago. Truth must again become the standard for the government and courts and especially lawyers who claim to be patriots and Christians, or even Jews governed by the Babylonian Talmud and Torah. I freely acknowledge the fact that Mr. Becraft may be the best lawyer the patriots have ever known; sadly it seems to me that he is shackled and handicapped (a conventional disability in law) by his many gods the courts made up of lawyer alter-boys and black robed rabbi priests in direct treason against the Constitutions, laws, and God granted Liberties of the Citizens.

We should give credit to several groups around the country who are doing the diligent work of documenting and publishing the errors of the courts. J.A.I.L. is the only name that pops into my mind at the moment; however I do see email and literature from several others; an old one was "the committee to save the judges from hanging even though they deserve it". I will try to post a couple of other references in email or web page when I see them.

This nation can not heal until it can repent of worshipping lawyers and judges as gods who are the only ones who can know the law or have access to justice. Then we will also have to repent of making our very human preachers, pastors, priests and rabbis gods over us for their hiding and claiming secret meanings and doctrines of scripture. Shame on us all for our laziness. There is no doubt in my mind that this ecclesiastical secular humanistic church of the love of money merchants of false law has to be radically changed before we will again enjoy our "liberties granted by Almighty God". Years ago I saw a report in a magazine that claimed over 40% of all lawyers were talmudic jews and almost the same number were homosexual.

What a terrible blight of evil liars we have in our nation that was founded upon strong reliance upon divine providence and Christian principal. SHAME ON US ALL FOR TOLERATING SUCH EVIL --- AND ALL THE MORE FOR LUSTING TO HAVE IT SO. We have this kind of society because of the errors of the past, the sins of our fathers; and we have been too greedy and too lazy to correct these sins and errors in our own lives.

My father, grandfather, and their grandfathers were farmers who paid no attention to government and laid down their responsibility to keep the government in check and away from our natural liberties. Dad and grandpa were very grateful for all the money they could get out of the government for free with no conscience at all that their grandchildren would repay it all with great usury interest to that same national socialist government. Just in the last 25 or so years a few men have awakened to the cost of the present tyrant (history reports that tyranny always grows until the cost to overthrow the tyrant is less than the cost to continually live with the tyrant).

Some lawyers get thousands of dollars an hour for their robbery of the innocent and for turning the guilty free; how is this justice? A cheap lawyer thinks himself more valuable than four plumbers, electricians, or carpenters.

FB is probably the lawyer I respect most of anyone in that profession and he was almost as outraged as I at the illegal improper application of rules for prejudice and to protect the other attorneys from malpractice suits; especially since they so badly need to be sued and run out of the profession. Hotpants, the rebellious wife’s attorney, had failed to file a response to a motion for five months that was due in 14 days; and, the judge still let it go by to protect her from justice by suit for malpractice. She really got upset when she made her feeble attempts to cross examine me about the trusts and my control of assets in a hearing on the motion for summary judgment that should never have occurred. The good news may be that FB is now in a position in the bar association to at least try for reform from within the bar. If he could make his personal moral standard about cases the governing doctrine of the OHIO bar truth could spread.

On at least three occasions I have had lawyers tell me they would not represent us if we were intending to try to protect the trusts because it was against IRS policy. When our justice system is controlled by bureaucratic policy and not the law enacted by our elected congress we have a real problem that will be our sole responsibility to correct.

WE THE PEOPLE CREATED THIS MONSTER OF INJUSTICE, LAWLESSNESS, and FRAUD to suit our own lusts. It is we who have shirked our diligent responsibility for generations and we who must decide it is time we uphold our part of the contract and duty to control and discipline our hired servants in court and government.

I often use the example that we do not go hire a lawyer to find truth but rather to get an advocate of our own selfish opinion or lust. Accountants are almost as bad; especially the certified kind that live in constant fear of their lawyers causing the loss of their monopoly license and ability to steal more than they are worth from the people.

WHETHER IT BE OUR GRANDFATHERS OR OURSELVES WHO CREATED THE PROBLEM FOR PROFIT; WE OR OUR CHILDREN WILL HAVE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BY PAPER OR BY BLOOD; I remain hopeful and prayerful that we will decide the price is right to solve it by paper through peaceful redress in courts, congress, ballot boxes, and through the grand and petite juries. If we just started suing all the agents that violate rights we would bring about change in that government.

Our lawyers in congress cleared the way for that process five years ago and we are still not carrying out our responsibility; at least in part because of all the rules our lawyers in the courts and bureaucracy have put in our way to deny us justice as planned and enacted by congress. (If I were a conspiracy theorist I might see a plot here to trick the people into thinking the congress was doing their job just to keep getting reelected when that is not deserved.)

MY SINCERE APOLOGY TO CHARLIE

I did receive one complaint about the content of the last seminar being very disappointing. It seems I spent more time on the ideals of trustworthiness than the mechanics of business or the current case dilemmas we face due to the corruption of the courts and the lawlessness of our hired servants in government. I do readily acknowledge that I do not like to talk business all the time and feel we all need more encouragement in our principles than in our details of money handling. I in fact do not like discussing items that only affect a few with the whole audience. So CC the next seminar you attend is on me and I will try to avoid that being when family is visiting or we have a guest speaker so we can better concentrate on your needs and desires; however I do think some of your desires need to be covered by needs for knowledge being priority. Are you sure you know enough about your own trustworthiness?

WISHES; WISHES; WISHES: WHO HAS A WISH??

In a recent matter involving a precious widow it was reemphasized to me that we are on the whole sloppy about expressing our wishes to the trustees.

I know we all have the attitude that we are immortal and that the trustee knows anyway. However that can be proven to be error on all our part.

The biggest reason for the wishes list is to allow you to express your wishes; whether or not the trustee chooses to carry them out as you desire. If the trustee does not know your wishes and have them in writing you just make the trustee’s job harder and more expensive to execute (I do not use tarot cards or crystal balls and if I simply read your mind even you will question my actions). When you are no longer here to complain about your loss of control in the trust contract it will be your heirs turn to complain about the trustee carrying out your wishes; however, if your wishes are written out properly the trustee can execute much more easily; and settle family disagreements with the utmost of diplomacy.

Whether you realize it or not your children and family are very likely to all become a bunch of greedy spoiled brats when you are gone. Each one wants only to remember how special they were to you and what you had promised them; or what they have decided you should have promised each and every one of them. Under the pretense of doing what you wanted anyway they will each express their greed over the crumbs and small change you leave behind they think are millions dedicated to each of them with no consideration to law, truth, trust or other heirs.

To make the trustee most effective you have to give him the tools to work with; properly expressed wishes is just the simplest tool you have for the future of trust and family after your death. Trustee protection is only as good as you allow it to be…..

Let me meddle some more in your life while I am in this frame of mind… All your wishes need to be expressed to Trustee, Family, friends, heirs, and lawyer if you use one of those vermin. A medical power of attorney to a trusted party who will carry out your wishes without being blinded by emotion of their own desires is a valuable tool. Too often whole estates are wasted by children trying to keep a parent alive who is very ready to go to their just reward. If you do not want your children’s inheritance squandered on useless machinery after your hope of recovery is gone you need to say it in a living will and back it up with a medical power of attorney. If you do not own enough of an estate to be squandered the Hospitals and lawyers will be happy to steal your heirs money to keep you on machines after you are ready to be gone from here.

I HAVE COME TO AGREE WITH THOSE WHO SAY THE TAX COURT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY; HOWEVER THERE REMAINS ONE VERY SIMPLE CAVEAT ::: there may still be good reason for going through the process to create a record for a later appeal; or to delay the assessment process until other preparations are made for how to handle any eventual collection process. As situations develop through the tax court I see even greater evidence that the bar association needs to be put out of business and the vermin run out of America. Paul Harvey and George Washington are given credit for calling the lawyers vermin; I am just repeating the rest of the story form Harvey. We even have lawyers lying about what judges say in court and attaching the truth to the lie thinking we are too dumb or too lazy to read or to question the great and noble godhood of the lawyer.

Tax court judges and IRS lawyers openly declare that they will freely ignore any and all law for federal tax purposes. The law says at least 14 times that local law and the governing instrument of the trust are the controlling law for tax purposes; both lawyer and judge have sworn their oath to faithfully execute the laws of the united states; Tax Court rules say local law governs; yet lawyer and judge conspire to ignore all this law and the supervising courts back up the theft. So long as we the people will tolerate this kind of behavior in those hired "to serve the just needs of the governed" we do not deserve even the shadow of the inalienable rights ("liberties granted by almighty God") Thomas Jefferson so skillfully wrote about in the unanimous declaration and our forefathers put into the preambles for all the states’ constitutions.

Great men, and humble men died to make this a free nation based on the rule of law where rights were the doing of the will of God in exercising our liberties. In their strong reliance on Divine Providence those Patriots in the 18th century they gave us example and opportunity and we routinely squander both. Shame on us for failure to rely on the divine providence that made America the greatest and freest land ever.

PLEASE DO NOT REGARD MY STATEMENTS AS A HOLY ATTITUDE; I AM AT LEAST AS FRAIL AND HUMAN AS YOU AND SOME OF THE THINGS I MUST DO ARE HARD FOR ME. I listen to half a dozen preachers on TV and ours at the church together with anyone else who is willing and able to give me help and encouragement. Brother John from Texas is often an encouragement and stimulant for me. RS in Wisconsin greatly encourages and inspires me to be better at all I do as one of her roll-models.

At about new years I wrote on my display pad "I will be the best that I can be at every thing I do; and with God’s help in Jesus Name I will be even better". I need to be reminded daily of my goal and duty.

This mountain of paperwork before me on the desk can not just be ignored or good people will be hurt; I must conquer it or cast it into the sea where no one is hurt by it. I can conquer it one page at a time, though it often seems more pages arrive than I can cast out in a day.

One of my major problems is I hate to say no when you ask me something whether or not you are capable of doing it yourself. I still like to lead by doing not delegating and often my wife gets to play solitaire on her computer for hours while I stew over my piles of pages because I do not allow her to know enough about me and how I do stuff to help me. (See I can be a real dumb chauvinist too.) The other part of that equation is I try to leave her free to keep the children out of my hair, pretending I am better at something than she; or that I am incompetent with the children.

I know I have to change to make the team more effective for everyone’s benefit and admitting my frailties is as hard for me as yours are for you; especially to my wife. (sound familiar anyone?)

BC; KW; KS: and many others work hard to bring out the best in me and I keep discovering flaws I do not want to admit even to myself and God. An important part of that scenario is that it also brings out the best from them, and perhaps even you. Or rather we must help each other let God have more control and bring out the best in us all.

IMPRECATORY PRAYER is a right not a privilege for all the children of the LORD and was bought with the price of JESUS blood and is exercised in JESUS name. Yes, I know many of you do not like that name but it is the only one that makes HIS enemies spit if they accidentally say it. I like having His enemies spitting mad. YHVH does not offend a Talmudist; in fact it is their favorite name for Christians to use, right next to Yahshua. The Talmud blasphemes my living KING and FRIEND Jesus Christ by saying HE is not the Messiah of Scriptural prophecy and even calls him the bastard son of a Roman Soldier and a prostitute. I want to make Jesus’ enemies mad enough to spit so I use Jesus name every time I am around a talmudist.

MY FRIEND JESUS ALLOWS ME TO USE HIS FAMILIAR NAME as a friend not the ritual proper Hebrew name as a servant; He knows I am not fluent in speaking the ancient Hebrew language and would mess up the pronunciation anyway. Yes, you bet I serve my friend willingly and gratefully; not as though I were forced but because "I like it like that".

Jesus gave us the example of friend for a reason; it is suppose to be something our feeble childish sheep minds can grasp. Consider how you treat your flesh friends; I will declare you treat flesh carnal friends and acquaintances who pass through your life far better than that real true friend of spirit who dwells inside your heart and mind all the time.

Oh What a Mighty God we serve; What a friend we have in Jesus; and many other good songs try to teach us truth and we are only entertained. I like the example of the teenager and the car keys; there is nothing we can do to deserve dad giving us keys; yet he does. Then there are rules we must follow to keep using the keys; the same is true with our friend Jesus and all the marvelous things He has provided for us and to us.

DOING HIS WILL, AND KEEPING ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS IS THE GREATEST OF MY "LIBERTIES GRANTED BY ALMIGHTY GOD!!!!!!!!!! Through that simple honor and duty I get a lot of things I never could deserve: just because HE chose to call me friend. Are you a true friend; or just a selfish beggar?

BACK ON TRACK; all who are prayer warriors for the KINGDOM OF GOD wherein my Living Friend Jesus is King of all need to set up and take notice.

WE NEED TWO SEASONS OF FASTING AND PRAYER FOR THE REPENTANCE AND HEALING OF OUR LAND; I FAVOR OVER PASSOVER AND AT PENTECOST. Surely we can fast and pray the three days Jesus spent conquering all evil and the grave for our benefit as HIS friends. Water only please; and the time you would otherwise spend on meals is to be spent in prayer, scripture reading and singing of songs of praise and worship. So it is most convenient we will use the calendar as set up in the bible from the equinox of spring (quick explanation from the Mrs.: We are children of Light not moon children of dark so we go by the Solar times that God appointed in Genesis for the seasons, Spring Equinox is the time of renewal in the earth, we count that as the first day of the year just to make it simple. The Bible says nothing about waiting on a moon schedule it says the 14^th day, period, for the Passover, and the 15^th day for the Unleavened so that is what we do. This year March 20 was the first day of spring, then we count 14 days and 15 days from there. Just for fun watch and see what happens on those days in this country) so it is time to act by the time you receive this newsletter (even if it late do the fast anyway and remember me in your prayers). If you need healing in your body in order to participate in fasting and prayer that needs to be the first order of business.

All of our hired workers in government need to be bound to their oath to faithfully execute the laws of man as counseled by the laws of GOD; the oath is so help me GOD; and, HE has certainly helped them by providing his laws in the hearts and minds of people. So help me God is a prayer for HIS governing help to properly protect and defend our "liberties granted by Almighty God" by faithfully executing the laws created to serve our just needs. That short prayer should be enough to bring all God’s help they can stand with our prayers of agreement and imprecatory prayers to destroy all the evil from out of their hearts and minds. They ought to obey God rather than man and through our fasting and prayer in agreement God is sure to help them by their own prayer and oath.

Talmudists of all sorts need to be slain in the spirit just as Paul was on the road. For every knee to bow and every tongue to confess we will have to make this false doctrine enemy HIS footstool. We need to subdue these enemies through the spirit of God and bring them to bow before and serve our righteous KING JESUS as loyal subjects for a footstool. Bowing and confessing enemies make a good footstool.

Let us not forget every man and woman who will mount a pulpit or podium in America and all of Christendom as teacher, preacher, evangelist, bishop, or priest. All need a new awakening of their responsibility to set aside denomination and doctrine for the simple truth of God’s plan and will.

Now the imprecatory prayer part is that every tongue that rises against us in judgment we condemn as our heritage as heirs of the promise of Isaiah 54:17. I as David hope the enemies bow and confess so we may get the glad news of their repentance; and invoke the wrath of God to comfort all who mourn on all those who refuse to bow and confess, turn from their wicked ways to uphold their oath and pledge.

Pentecost will come 50 days later on May 22, 2001 and lets just call for two days; the one before in preparation (21) and the day (22) itself. My prayer will be that we will all speak with new tongues and in a new language (for lawyers and judges that may need to be English) that God will teach us for the bringing forth of HIS Kingdom and order in all our lives. Do not resist when you feel a new language coming upon you in the privacy of your prayers for God may want to speak to you in a special way in a language only your spirit and HE understand, (remember that according to Paul in Corinthians that also means moanings and groanings like a good cry or when you don’t have the words to convey). He can read the thoughts and your heart. I can assure you if God chooses to endow you with a special language for private prayer it will be the best teacher for your spirit you have ever had or known; or ever will know.

Fasting is a tool to get us off the will of the flesh and attuned to the Holy Spirit dwelling within us. Likely none of us spend enough time just visiting with our best friend Jesus; like every best friend He really wants to spend time with us.

I use to fast a lot and it was easy; now restarting the custom it is sometimes hard but then I do not feel the need I did back then since my special prayer conversations with my friend are so powerful at assuring me I am not as bad a friend as I tend to think. See my flesh gets in the way too; however, I have practiced at moving it out of the way. It really gets easy with practice. The flesh learns it is not in charge anymore and becomes more obedient and appreciative of the diet I choose. If you have a physical problem that prevents fasting at a minimum adapt God’s food laws for the week of the fast. In fact by adapting God’s food laws all the time you may just get rid of the malady that prevents your fasting and prayer.

PRAISE GOD IN THE HIGHEST!

We have a new opportunity coming with BLM….

In my neighbor’s case that was tried last August we received the ruling last week. The judge denied the government’s requests and gave us time to work through the needed process with the new administration. This should prove rather interesting as my neighbor remains an unrepentant beast who has no respect for law or persons. He has plans that just do not need to be even thought of much less acted on so lets pray for his spiritual slaying also. I need a good neighbor.
