"WE HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR BUT FEAR ITSELF"

MANY OF YOU OR PERHAPS ALL ARE RECEIVING fishing letters from the Internal Revenue Service, specifically agent Gruden. This is factually a fishing expedition with no bait; and the line has been cut off at the pole.

I cannot give you legal advise, just logical council; and perhaps a decent example. I have now passed my 19^th year in the pursuit and advocacy of truth. I have not and will not compromise with our enemies. You can bet there is not enough incentive on earth for me to risk God’s wrath.

For your information: In a recent meeting by IRS in Scottsdale the speaker acknowledged that the trust plans are legal; and then proceeded to lay out a plan for putting consultants and promoters out of business. This kind of solicitation is purely illegal; and your participation could be a crime. There is no legal, lawful, or Constitutional authority for any part of government to destroy legal businesses, or to prosecute and persecute people for following the law.

The Agency needs, and is fishing for, a few panicky, scared, faithless, weak pretenders. If the trust is real and legal you do not have any ability to give the IRS the testimony and information they need. If you were lying in the origin of the trust you have had a real hard time putting up with my persistency in demanding truth and that you live up to your word in the origin of the trusts. Guess what; I am intending to keep up the persistence.

I think "THE POWER TO DESTROY" by Senator Roth should be required reading for all of you who are worried because there is an agent casting the first line into the water. At worst case any civil jeopardy is years away. Of course there is the threat that you might have to be true to your word and cease hiding from truth and knowledge. Yes, I still think a seminar with less than a hundred in attendance is proof you are too lazy and cheap to learn the truth.

Let me address the proper civil action; possible consequences; possible process; jeopardy, and liabilities.

There have been many of you who have taken proper action so this will be nothing new to you. For the others it is time to stand up and be counted.

ANY TIME YOU RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THE IRS WE NEED TO KNOW IT. Email works well for this purpose and it is cheap; I can then instruct you to forward hard copy or fax if needed.

DO NOT CALL AGENTS ON THE PHONE according to senator Roth this is a sure way to have your rights violated. In Senate testimony it was revealed that it is routine for agents to falsify records of telephone conversations when adding data to computer files. (Of course it is entirely your decision on all personal matters.) ON TRUST BUSINESS THERE IS NOT ONE PERSON AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT MY BUSINESS BY PHONE WITH THE IRS, and I am certain you are incompetent in the law and procedures. Do not stick your foot in my mouth.

IF YOU ARE CALLED BY AN AGENT OF THE IRS you are perfectly in your rights to refuse to answer questions by phone or refuse to say anything other than "please reduce all inquiries to writing so I can have them reviewed by council or accountant and give a proper reply".

THE TRUSTEES ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN ANSWER FOR THE TRUSTS and likely should be the one answering for LLCs. There is no panic and we will not be ultimately destroyed if it takes a couple of extra days to answer any legal or proper inquiry.

American Rights Litigators, John Wilde, Due Process, and others are in the business of helping you make a proper response to any IRS letter.

It is likely that many or most of the letters are nothing more than a junk mail solicitation. I have asked John Wilde to compose a response letter that I will furnish for your consideration and possible use. Since there is no required response, and at least four who received the letter have been dead for years it is sufficient evidence that this is a blind fisherman casting crumbs upon what he hopes are troubled waters. They need you to bear false witness in order to carry out their goal of putting me out of business.

If you submit a letter basically saying "what are you talking about"; "why are you writing to me about Mr. George"; "what is your authority for writing to me"; "why are you wasting money on this fishing expedition"; or other questions of the sort it is likely to simply go away.

If you make no response at all many or most will simply hear nothing more. We can not answer, or help you answer the next question until it is asked.

NEXT in a few cases I would anticipate you getting a colored brochure on Abusive Trusts, and bulletin 97-24. That is all good educational material and worth reading so it saves you the expense of researching to find out the opinion of the IRS.

IN EVEN FEWER cases I would anticipate a new round of audits on trusts and LLCs the government thinks may be easy targets for compromise or scare tactics. In the conference meeting it is reported that they are looking for clients to help them put us out of business; and 18 months ago one district council stated that as his ambition.

We can also expect to have all due process rights stepped on if we are not smart enough to protect them. Again you may want ARL, JW, or others answering and watching your rights. A $200.00 annual fee and $50. Per letter can be cheap service; especially for those too lazy and incompetent to defend their own rights. Don’t get too proud for truth; to thine own self be true.

The LLCs will get notices of beginning Administrative proceedings; though it will be entirely denied and ignored in that administrative process. But then when it is over the LLC will still have no tax liability due to partnership treatment. However this is a trick to try to eliminate the deductions from being applied so we have to do our part to try to push the process into recognizing the deductions. Sadly this means we are responsible for the proof of the numbers we put on the returns. So if you are in possession of records to verify numbers you furnished for preparation get it together.

At some point no matter what we do in these few trust and LLC cases the IRS will make up some numbers out of thin air and issue a Notice of Deficiency or Final Administrative Determination claiming outrageous lies and taxes. No the beast is not dead; and we can nurse it back to health by our laziness and incompetence. Knowledge is power and it is easily available; patriotism and freedom are the easiest they have ever been. This process can take a year or more getting to the deficiency.

DUE PROCESS OF LAW ON THE DEFICIENCY TAKES TWO POSSIBLE PATHS

Some people prefer the administrative process to the tax court process. I prefer using all the paths available to us, and delaying any determination and collection as long as legally possible.

Administrative challenges are exercised to the Assessment and collection process without the exposure, disclosure, or possible resolution in tax court. A. This does not go into applying the deductions to minimize the figures of tax due but rather the ability of the service to make the assessment or collect it. This is a valid process and exercise of Due Process. ARL prefers this process and does not engage in the Tax Court process.

Tax Court process consists of law and facts. There is an Appeal conference; time for discovery; trial process; briefing; and then decision time which can easily consume two years. By now we are three years in the future and all of us have learned a lot more and the changes wrought by congress have had time to take effect. Will it help? If John Wilde is hired to help with the tax court process it will likely cost around $2,000. for his help through the briefing process; we or you can argue the law and the facts.

THEN THERE COMES THE COLLECTIONS DUE PROCESS WITH ALL THE ADMINISTRATIVE RELIEF AND PERHAPS EVEN A SECOND TRIP TO TAX COURT. By this time we must be out there four years or more and can still use bankruptcy to defeat or stretch the process.

If Congress comes anywhere near the declarations and legislation they have passed there will have been a lot more changes in the IRS. No I do not count legislation until it has been signed by the president. If Gore is elected a lot of this can be turned around backward in favor of the Service. A republican majority in both houses is severely needed to gain on due process and rights. Is this nation and people moral enough or repentive enough to deserve relief? Are you?

It is entirely likely that the George case being passed around will be thrown out by the court of appeals on the violation of process and violation of bankruptcy law and procedures. But then if we choose to remain ignorant of the law and process we do not deserve to be protected from its’ abuse. I have written many times about this case and the abuses of law that occurred. Will you be knowledgeable enough to advocate the truth and prosecute the errors of the IRS.

If you are interested in my guessing I will have to tell you that it is up to us to prove we really were a trust or LLC. We know that state law gives the due process presumption to the trust under EXCLUUSIVE JURISDICTION; however, it is the policy of the IRS to violate all the law needed to get around the court and ignore the trust for tax purposes. Only with properly applied knowledge can you have the power to defeat all the claims of the enemy.

One of the founding fathers, I think Adams, is credited with stating this constitution is appropriate for a wholly righteous and moral people; and totally inadequate for any other. We are now a society of that other kind of people.

De Toqueville is quoted as saying "America is great because she is good; when she ceases to be good she will also cease to be great"; sadly we have long since ceased to be good as a Nation and People.

In 1774 Edmund Burke told parliament that a learned people such as the colonists could not be kept subject to tyranny for long. He called us smatterers in the law and stated that almost as many law books as bibles were being sold to colonists. (Today that should be computers and Internet access; it can double as bible and law book.) How long shall we allow the wicked to rule? It really is our choice and we keep on making the wrong ones just like our people have since the days of Samuel the prophet; or from Adam and Eve for that matter. It was dumb and wrong for history and remains so for us.

George Washington declared Jesus Christ was the only King for America. Now we are a slovenly, slothful, lazy, ignorant population who refuse to be ruled over by Christ as King; rejecting the righteousness that made America and made Her great for the comfort and luxury of illegal and fraudulent usury schemes of bondage to man. Our flesh has great desire and great pleasure; and our conscience is severely hidden, concealed, ridiculed, slandered, seared, and sick unto death. The murder of innocent babies is only one indication of our gross sickness and lack of righteousness. Our churches have become great stone graven images to glorify the usury merchants and wealth and prove we are unrighteous, blaspheming God and Jesus. When is the last time your minister said it was your duty to God to reject all wicked rule. The pastors of the revolution said the worst thing that could exist was for the wicked men to bear rule in the Nation; it was sufficient cause for the revolution. WOW!

Just imagine how many widows and orphans could be cared for with those billions of dollars spent on luxurious buildings and decor. The Righteous King never said to build buildings of stone; however, HE did command that we take care of the widows, orphans, poor, and strangers among us. We have really messed up bad. And we are suffering just a tiny fraction of what we justly deserve for our lawlessness, inequity, iniquity, lust, and covetousness. Check on the just reward for all our idolatry and usury??

I am reminded of the scripture concerning the power of faith stating that faith the size of a mustard seed being able to perform great tasks like moving mountains. Do you actually believe in the truth and how we applied it to the trust structure? Or are you a liar and pretender who only looked for the hiding place for your money? Truth is the only path to success; we must fulfill our duty to God and country there is no rapture from those responsibilities.

Recently I have been rereading a lot of the sermons and teachings of the revolutionary preachers. The newspapers regularly published the test of very pointed sermons that were anti government and anti King. Tell me which newspaper in America today even accepts that Jesus is the risen son of God; much less that he is the REIGNING RIGHTEOUS KING to whom we as a people and nation owe all allegiance. Probably your newspaper like mine is owned by an anti Christ talmudist or a sodomite, or both. We are a sick nation because we willfully ceased from being good in our greed and lust.

We as a people laid down our just reasonable responsibility to ensure all men in government were righteous and moral. We elected a whoremonger with full knowledge for the profit of a promised richer economy to satisfy our love of money. Truth really hurts unless your conscience is so seared you can no longer see it. The root and means of all evil seems a lot like Clinton to me; he is the one who declared that we did not care about moral character so long as the money was easy to get. And we sold out to that filthy merchant of sex and money.

I stand in faith and knowledge; I give God the credit for imparting to me his wonderful gift of faith. Where faith exists in proper measure fear can not live. Fear died in me when I became willing to suffer and die for the faith in Jesus Christ and HIS righteous Kingdom. I thank God for giving me a conscience and dedication to truth. I do not even fear telling you the truth.

A few months ago I began to feel for the first time in years that I would like to have a church to fellowship with in celebration of the "liberties granted by Almighty God". We tried one of those big elaborate churches and I could not get the widows and orphans out of my mind. Then I tried a small local church and that was better. For quite some time we had meetings here the first Sunday of each month. At first they were pointed discussions, but they turned to feasts and social events and then failed because we had forgotten our purpose. Likely none of these local churches will be the proper solution for me.

I do most of my preaching to IRS agents. I can think of no one who needs repentance more. Do you hide your light under a bushel?

Remember when evil approaches a righteous man it flees from him seven ways. This current effort to sneak in and scare you is the fourth or fifth way of fleeing from me. The IRS is looking for every possible way to avoid open confrontation with me in law and in fact. Where there is no fear the tyrant can not reign.

How will you be accounted for in this contest?

Will your righteousness cause the enemy to flee from you seven ways?

Or will it move in and bring the seven wicked sisters with it?

God is not mocked by the squishy lazy compromised churches; HE remains righteous. Where do you stand in his righteousness? It really is the only way.

SO IF YOU CHOOSE PANIC OVER RIGHTEOUS WARFARE IN THIS CONTEST FOR TRUTH OVER LIES AND GOOD OVER EVIL go from me in peace and let me forget I ever knew you. Isn’t that what Samuel Adams said if you value safety more than freedom, and the chains of bondage to the righteous contest for liberty flee from us to the security of the master and may the chains of slavery rest lightly on your wrists.

Jesus said "You are either for me or against me"; and I in humble service to truth say if you are for him we are on the same team so lets go on to total and final victory. God guarantees the total and certain victory when we do the right thing for the right purpose; the furtherance of his kingdom as stated in the Mayflower compact. Only in the truth and advocacy of right do we have any hope of anything other than utter destruction.

Tax Law and Research some years ago was hard work. In today’s Internet environment and open publication of tax regs in plain English you have to have your head hidden in some lukewarm compromised corporate church or udder slavery to anti Christ love of money to avoid obtaining good and usable legal facts and knowledge of procedure and application

I really do not care about the money it is only a tool to be used to further the Kingdom of God and all the other uses are against HIM. Yes; He has granted you and I an enormous amount of grace to get over all our evil works and turn to seek His face and Rule. And when we finally get around to forsaking our selfish lusts and desires to seek him he is quick to forgive and grant us power to overcome in equal measure to our faith. Can you forgive to be forgiven? God requires a like measure from us to our enemies and those who would rise against us. Do you have enough forgiveness to acquire the power of the spirit that overcomes all evil? I trust God in total and complete surrender to his will and the righteousness of His Kingdom.

I did not care about the money when I walked away from a half million dollars and the business I had spent twelve years to build. I do not care about the money now. Its’ only purpose is to enable us to attack the wicked men in high places and pull down their strongholds to let the truth and righteousness shine throughout the unlimited infinite kingdom of God.

There are many good and effective ways to advocate right over wrong and good over evil. Ministering to your hired hands at the IRS with the same kind of charity and mercy as God has given to you and "forgiving that ye may also be forgiven" is a good prescription for how to live our lives.

How do you spell freedom? Servant of Jesus Christ is the only true freedom for it spans the bounds of time and nations. PERFECT LIBERTY BY THE PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY IN THE LIBERTIES GRANTED BY ALMIGHTY GOD seems to me to be the only proper way of life; and, that which he promised by the power of his spirit granted to us to accomplish all things for good.

So take your fear and your panic and repent of your evil works.

For the simple price of obedience to right and justice you too can have the faith needed to cease from fear.

There are dozens if not hundreds of ways to flee and to fight. I choose to fight all evil and never flee for fear.

MAY GOD GUIDE YOU IN ALL TRUTH AND WISDOM TO SAY AND DO THE RIGHT THING IN ALL YOUR WAYS; IN JESUS NAME; AMEN

Yes it is that time of year again; and you are late as usual.

All the information for returns to be filed April 15 should have been delivered no later than the first of march. It is simply foolish to think you can send in information at the last minute and other people have more time than you. You have one or a few returns to deal with while the trustees and preparers could have a lot more.

It is also decision time. For all these years I have donated the time, effort, and expense for the extension and returns. Only a few actually listen to instructions and furnish the proper information.

Remember every number on a return is put there under our (my) oath, we must have verification of all our claims. You have no right or authority to make me a liar, or to expose me to the penalties of perjury.

All information for extensions needs to contain correct name; proper business or trust address, ID# is not an option, make sure it is correct. If I do not get information I will not spend the extra time to search it out to further your laziness and failure to follow directions.

All information for returns must contain correct names, addresses, ID#s, verifiable numbers, beneficiary and member names, ID#s, addresses, and %.

ALL ADDED TIME AND EFFORT DUE TO YOUR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH INSTRUC-TIONS WILL RESULT IN BILLING FOR ADDED EXPENSES IN PREPARATION AND FILING.

LACK OF INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN NO FILINGS AND PENALTIES; NONE OF YOU ARE IN DIAPERS AND ALL ARE FULLY CAPABLE OF DOING THESE SIMPLE JOBS.

Penalty letters are one example where the trustee has out of personal charity done a lot of work without cost to you, the trust, or LLC.

Over the years we have succeeded in 163 of 164 penalties and will likely succeed on that one also. That adds up to over $80,000 not paid, and a lot of overhead and expense for the enemy. I average two hours on these issues and you can bet it costs the service many more hours and dollars.

It brings me great pleasure to know that I am keeping the IRS from harassing a lot of innocent people by the overhead they have to spend on me to get nothing.

Also in RRA 98 is the requirement that the agent do a financial analysis on the likelihood of collection versus the cost of the collection; all non profit attacks are to be dropped. That is me or us; dropped in frustration.
