COVENANT KEEPERS JUSTICE? IS THERE JUSTICE HERE?
In recent days we've had bad news and bad news. Or is it good and we just do not appreciate our good fortune? We had our foreclosure trial in Kansas. What an experience! The bank's foreclosure railroad is still enforcing it's fraud. This particular experience can teach us all a lot. For your benefit I will attempt to recount. It is my sincerely held belief that the legal profession is the problem. The banking system can not be corrected with these traitors as the lawmakers. It is quite obvious from our story that our lawyer was the traitor to the cause giving aid and comfort to the enemy. The taxing system can not be corrected long term until something can be done about the lawyers. Hopefully there is at least one good one out there that will listen and hear. By the simple population of the lawyers, corruption has to exist. They as legislators have to constantly create more avenues for their brotherhood to prosper. Our Kansas lawyer was so bad he did everything but lead his client away in handcuffs. Our experience began 18 months ago. The first attorney we hired was going to just fold the trusts and let the bank have the land. We fired him fast. I do know a few attorneys exist who have moral honor. Usually they are not in the majority but rather a small minority. I have great respect for a few good men who happen to be attorneys. In this particular case there are few attorneys in rural western Kansas so the selection process is very limited. This one came recommended as a bulldog who likes taking on the system. That turns out to be in error. In court he was a castrated Pekinese. Let me try to recount how many times we were warned and did not heed the warning. I'll not attempt to pass the blame. If I had been more directly involved I may have saved some of the distress. The first time I met the lawyer was at the bank where he was trying to negotiate a 90-10 liquidation and we were trying to get on with business. Our attorney had a secret conversation with the enemy attorney on the phone. We only heard what he told us and I now believe he lied even then. Yes, I know there is a difference between the historic definition of lawyer and attorney. I suspect both have been corrupted over the last several years or the last century. Our advocate almost failed to answer the foreclosure suit and did not want to lodge the counter claim, because it might mess up his compromise for liquidation. It was obvious we had a problem when it took me 4 months and 5 requests before I got a copy of the answer. It was poor at best. The whole time and relationship is one of failure to perform and refusal to do as we asked. Thought the rules of court say the judge is suppose to be liberal in allowing counter claims, ours were rejected. This is likely because our attorney filed them a year late and mis-stated the motion. We had sat for a year from the answer before the bank's attorney filed a motion of summary judgment. Only then did our concil file the request for leave to file the counter claim. How would you feel about an attorney who does no discovery, not one interrogatory or deposition was done. As a result of our attorney's failure to advocate our beliefs, rights, or case the issues were narrowed to the simple railroad track. As a result of the issues being so narrowed all our efforts and study were wasted. Not one of the counter claim issues was brought forth. Our own attorney waived the seven breeches of contract and the four or five frauds by his incompetence. And he was better than the first one we had. Yes, this one was supposed to be knowledgeable in Trusts. He does not have a clue what Trust is because he could not comprehend truth as the basis of trust. At the insistence of the attorney, I went to Kansas three days before trial so we could do preparation. Mr. Attorney arrived a day late; he had 90 miles to cover and I had 1,000 or more. There were several issues we wanted to raise and there were opportunities. In the two days of preparation our attorney argued in favor of our enemy on every issue. By now you are wondering why we put up with that stuff. It is because lawyers as legislators and judges have set the system up so the Trust has to have one of these traitors. This whole concept is treason against justice. And since we are in the world's usury banking system going into mammon's ecclesiastical court we are required to have one of Babylon's alter boys for the secret rituals. The trial was another circus, our attorney was a toothless eunuch, who patronized the judge all the way. In cross examining the enemy's witness our attorney was so nice one observer asked if they wee going to kiss. In examining our witness our attorney acted like a prosecutor trying to trip him up and put him in jail. And when examining the two experts he favored their side; she was a thin blonde with a skirt, split well above the knees; ours was a retired cop, male and over 60. Now do I believe the noble esquire was influenced by a little knee and a split skirt? I really think he is just that incompetent and that untrustworthy for our cause. If he had been Perry Mason or Matlock it may not have made a difference. The judge had his ruling all written out with the exact numbers before the trial started. The judge was bored all the way through the trial but very fair about the rules and process. The judge was not the problem he ruled fairly by the pleadings and evidence. Our attorney was the problem from beginning to end. Oh by the way there were no fringes on the flags, state or federal and nothing ornate about the room. The judge was dressed in a blue suit. Tom Schauff from Tucson was there to try to help our lawyer with his cross examination of the bankers. The attorney rejected the help for two days in preparation and on the day of trial. The observers were ready to hold a lynching party by the end of the trial (for our attorney). When we got back to the ranch I was so angry I needed to go for a walk. My lawyer wanted to accompany me but I advised him to get far from me. The other client poked the attorney in the chest and gold him it was his fault and it was time to get off the property. That was Monday about 5:30 P.M. Tuesday morning at 9:00 A.M. we filed the Notice of Appeal based on incompetence of counsel and judicial misconduct. Tuesday afternoon we had driven 300 miles each way and filed bankruptcy on the Trust. No one else is liable unless the debt is not satisfied by the Trust. Chapter 13, will allow us to bring in an adversarial proceeding to expose the bank's breeches of contract and their fraud. Kansas history says they almost never refuse incompetence of counsel so in 6 or 8 months we will get a new opportunity. The judicial misconduct has to do with a Title 28 lawsuit our friend has filed against the judge and the bank in Federal Court. Ethics and rules say the judge can not act on a case where he is prejudiced by another action. It is a special conflict of interest that rule and law prohibit. For a lot more on the subject expect us to do a special format in May. I was going to bring in Tom for February but I need more time to check out the information and process. I am not sure at the moment if we'll do the Bank and Federal Reserve format, taxation format, or concentrate on the judicial process. We may need an extended format to cover more than one activity. Would you come for Friday, Saturday, and possibly Sunday. Of course fees have to be sufficient to cover the expenses and if we have to import speakers that costs too. While we were being railroaded in Kansas our friend in Florida was on his own railroad ride. Before this goes to print I expect to have a release of information from him.
TRUST COLUMN:
HEY CONGRESS!!! WHERE ARE YOU??? AMERICAN TRUST CONGRESS THAT IS!
We've sure gotten quiet. Are we dead or just sleeping? I highly suspect my first expectation at the original meeting is in force and effect. Do you remember? I expected great dissent from all the rampant egos. Perhaps mine if the biggest of all egos. Perhaps truth hurts, especially big egos. I like including you and having the opportunity to share. You are all still invited to come see me. I still want to be invited to participate in your meetings. Obviously, our program, education, and indentures committees are on sabbatical. Perhaps after we sweat bullets on April 15th we'll want to talk again, well I'm still talking and doing. I got so advanced in my first Premier meeting I never heard of another. I really hope I did not disturb your commerce too badly. Have you decided to heed the doctrine of Joe Izen? The more Complex Trusts I read the more certain I become that the simple is for me. Every case I see hinges on control and proving it. That is the most important item of substantiation and the hardest. All the others are a matter of paperwork. This one is real life. You really have to trust and believe to prove control is properly held. I had high hopes for Pastor Jim, but I suspect his commerce got in the way. Yes, I'm just a cynic on some issues. There are hundreds if not thousands of people who could and would benefit if we could put our egos aside to actually give and take constructive suggestions and criticisms. I like the idea of being below the radar as one expert calls it. I have never considered myself an authority or expert but others seem to want what I have to give. See it is like this. I care so little about money and wealth, I know I would never steal to get either. If you have knowledge, I will sure take that if I get a blessing from you. If you teach me I will spread your knowledge and glory. I try to always give proper recognition to who gives me good and evil. Does anyone know why Howie was so upset with me at Dallas? I apologize for suggesting this be the Newsletter for the Congress. Obviously it needs its own. Does anyone have the courage? How many states have Trustee powers acts, uniform Trustee acts, uniform Fiduciary act or something close? Isn't that something we should study? How many good cases are there to see what government uses to attack Trusts or other fiduciary arrangements? I've got two and I'm making a special invitation to some of you experts. April 16, 17, 18 will be a review of two important trials and on the 19th I'm holding Trust church so you can get my ideas. Some have asked me about seminars but none have showed up when I do one. I will be walking through the fire over the next few months with administration procedures, audits, tax court and preparation for suits. I believe we need to go on the offensive and I do not mind being out front. Will you be there to support the effort?
WHICH FLAG WAS THAT?:
As a fun note on the courts let me recount a recent experience. This goes to the heart of the various arguments that have been posed about jurisdiction. I want to relate this simply enough for all the advocates. Superior Court of Arizona in and for Coconino County. Fournoy is the presiding Judge. I am not certain if he is elected or appointed, but I am not convinced it matters. I was there for a divorce, not mine. Curiously the Judge who in November had refused to make me a party by intervention had reversed himself in January so I was a third party. I never did go beyond the bar and advocated my position from the peanut gallery. The case prior to ours was criminal and the judge had on his black robe. During the break our Judge came in a shirt and tie with no robe and addressed the parties, yes me too. He even talked to me without a lawyer. How radical. When the Lawyers and Judge had done all their back room tricks the Lawyers came back into the courtroom. When the Judge reappeared he was wearing a blue robe, just a shade lighter than royal blue. Perhaps the robe had faded slightly from use and cleaning. Throughout the proceedings he addressed me (seated behind the bar) and no issue was raised over my Lawyer's absence. Another curious note was that the yellow fringed US flag everyone wishes to worry over was tucked back in the corner behind the easel and drawing pad for showing displays. Now isn't that a pickle for the Article or Title 4 flag folks. My position and belief is that it is up to us to communicate the need for appropriate acts by the court. Could it be the Judge came out in blue because he knew something about the parties? The idolatry of Title 4 sure was not in force for that hearing with the sacred banner banished to the corner. A lot of the other paranoia was not needed that day either. Yes; I am aware that Lawyers, Judges, and Bureaucrats act differently around me. Are you aware of why?
This week (February 2) I was privilaged to experience first hand the Kansas Judicial railroad. In a farm foreclosure case against a Trust we were treated to real terror. We'll have to decide if we want to publish our correspondence to our lawyer. He did a real good job for the other side. Banks have more money! The observation for this artilce is that the judge wore a business suit instead of a robe. Nice blue color to the suit, pale blue shirt, red tie if you want to try to make something of it. There were no fringes on either state or US flag though both staffs had a fying eagle for looks. This judge came in the door without a call for all to rise. In fact as he stepped through the door he said remain seated. Now here is a real lack of protest on the deocr and decoram of the court. Yes, we were railroaded but the conductor was our own attorney. He did not agree with or prosecute any of our complaints. Our attorney made it easy for the judge and the bank plaintiff. So the moral is that it may not be the judge and decor that are your problem getting justice in the courts. Wel we've fired the attorney, filed notice of appeal and bankruptcy. When this is all settled I'll try to be sure you get the whole story. I do have a request. If any of you have experience and/or knowledge about UCC 4's or Title 28 lawsuits now is the time I need your help. Over the next year or so we'll have our metal tried and tested. I guess I'm about to become an active litigator whether I like it or not; however, I am sure we'll be blessed with a way to find joy in our task.
ANOTHER VIEW ON JURIES… :
Biblical doctrine gives us the image of the congregation as a final arbitrator of any ought or crime. We also see hundreds of years where the judges reigned, was it because the juries were corrupt and incompetent? The story of my friend's trial brings up the subject. In the future we'll ask him to tell us more of his story. I will give you a brief outsiders recap. I have written earlier of the July 1997 trial and how incompetent the Prosecution was in that event. The February trial was equally as incompetent for the Prosecution; however (comma), the Defense counsel also displayed his incompetence. The jury found my friend guilty in a wholly unrighteous act. We'll discuss later if there is an implication to our future. The first jury was in tune with the issues and evidence from the beginning of the Prosecution to the completion of the Defense. The second jury was lost in the complex details of Corporate taxation from the very beginning and the confusion showed on their faces. Their confusion was made worse by the fact they were not even given notepads so they could try to keep score. This second jury had to try to remember all the complexity of seven counts for two defendants, and all the corporate complexity. This was wrong on the part of the judge. America's jury standard for a panel on one's peers is actually laughable. The Biblical comparison of one's church congregation to Washington's admonition that if a man's 12 closest friends would not find him guilty he should go free does not exist. In this case my friend is a learned scholar with both Juris Doctorate and Accounting Master Degrees. This training coupled with over 40 years of experience in tax matters and accounting puts his peers as a very specialized group. There was not one person with any business or accounting experience on the jury. The two who seemed to have some contact with the issue was a waitress and a Wall-Mart worker. Perhaps one day we will be privileged to know how the jury found guilty a man who had not even signed or prepared the documents the charges were based upon. The second trial was as laughable as the first. The Prosecutor was reprimanded by the Judge for wasting court time, and the Judge had a problem with the evidence when the prosecution rested. However, again he failed to act properly to dismiss the case on motion. There were several examples of incompetence of counsel and judicial misconduct. The Prosecution was shocked by the verdict as was the Judge and all parties in the courtroom. The Judge did not give the jury notepads; there were large holes in the jury instruction; there was no proper instruction on the law; there was a legal opinion for the reliance defense that the Judge excluded from evidence; no exhibits were available to the jury to consider since the case was so complex; no admonitions about the legal requirements were given to the jury; the Defense attorney demonstrated his (their) incompetence in several ways. Even with prodding he failed to bring out the meaning and implication of 871(h). Even with prodding he failed to emphasize that the tax due was zero. He failed to argue or bring out that the IRS was testifying about forms that do not exist. There is no such thing as a 1041(NR), yet the expert keeper of the record testified one was not filed by the Foreign Trust. Defense counsel was weak on cross examination of prosecution witnesses. He also failed to properly bring out the proper testimony from defense experts. This is probably because he refused wise counsel on the questions to ask on the corporate tax issues. He also failed to bring out the proper testimony from the attorney who wrote the legal opinion. This legal opinion was specifically about the structure and application in this case. The first trial wound up used as practice by the Prosecutor. There was one different issue; the corporation. In case One there was no corporation, and in case Two it was the central issue. Defense counsel failed to adjust to that change. In the first trial there was one defendant so the optical image could not look like a conspiracy. In the second trial there were two defendants so the optical image could look like a conspiracy. When the Judge acknowledges the case is so complex it can not be followed in notes by the jury the optical impression becomes very important. That too is proof of judicial misconduct. I remind you I am fully confident in the innocence and morality of our friend. There is no doubt in my mind that the co-defendant is incompetent in his chosen profession; however, incompetence is not criminal activity. Case history and law indicate that the proper venue for the accuracy of a return is the civil process. That same civil venue and jurisdiction is where the collection of tax is suppose to be aired. This case went from audit to criminal not to the civil process for tax or recovery of money. The Trusts were not made the issue in this matter but merely the accuracy of returns and the recovery of moneys for taxation. The prosecution had no idea they could win on the integrity of the process in the Trusts. The mixing of corporate taxation with the Trusts made a corporate issue available to the prosecutor. Juries are easy to bring to the issue of disliking and disbelieving the corporation. All the publicity, history and personal knowledge of jurors who have never been or had a corporation, is that it is a tool for cheating. To this jury it appears the simple fact that the corporation did not pay tax or enough tax meant guilty on all charges. Their optical vision of two defendants was enough to make a conspiracy though one never prepared or signed anything for the corporation. Nor participated in any agreement to do anything wrong. The central issue for the prosecution in the Trusts was control and that is our most familiar teaching. We may have to do more in the future to prove our control though I have no idea what that can be. The jury was not a proper jury of peers. Can that process be brought back? In ancient Israel, juries (elders then the congregation) were abandoned for the Judges. In modern England, Japan and others the jury system has been abandoned in favor of 1, 3, or 5 Judge panels. Even the lawyer judges have some education. The jury is one of those concepts that is suitable for a wholly moral and righteous people and totally inadequate for any other. When our people ceased from the strict moral code of Puritan and Protestant the common moral standard for a jury of peers disappeared from off the land. The definition of nation was one common religion, one body of law, one race of people and a fixed body of land. When America compromised her religion for profit we ceased from our identity to a nation much less a Christian nation.
NOW LET'S LOOK AT ANOTHER ANGLE ON OUR 7TH AMENDMENT RIGHT TO JURIES! DO YOU REALLY WANT IT?
As I see it in the current circumstance that may be worse than just hanging on with the judge. Yes, I am aware of the jurisdictional standing. Yes, I am aware that a proper jury could judge law and fact however, there is no way to commit trust that the jury could make a proper decision under present political circumstances. What benefit is there to an arrangement that gets you 12 randomly selected bodies who may not have a clue on law, facts, or your beliefs? Could it be that the problem remains you and me? We have the duty and responsibility of knowing law and facts; and of ministering truth to others. In our friend's case having a jury was not a benefit. The only ones who did not get the fact basis was the jury. The Judge was in shock, the Prosecutor was surprised, Defense attorneys cried at the miscarriage of justice by a locally selected jury or incompetence in fact or law. If the jury is as inconsistent in your case as they were in our friend's two cases you or I might be in trouble. If you argue for a jury and get it, it could be to your great detriment. How could you hope to get a consistent order and rule without a common religion and conscience? Under your seventh amendment provision all controversies of law and fact can be decided by the juries. The problem is that the constitutional provisions were written in a very innocent time of moral character. We were yet very pure in our religion and the moral understanding of those who sat on juries. If I recall correctly the only ones with suffrage for political processes including juries were the landed property owners all very moral Protestants. Moneys were a premium and people were familiar with trusting and being trusted. In the days of Moses the congregation was to judge much like our jury concept. That seems to have deteriorated to where justice was left to the judges for a few hundred years. Are we now at a time to reconsider? A lot of people are looking for a way to seek justice in this current system. My view is that it is really hard to expect a group of people selected at random to understand any of the views you want to air. We know that the judges seem to be prejudiced against anyone who does not wish to bow. Sadly the people are just as prejudiced as the judges. If the case is complex or your views are out of the ordinary you can easily loose out. With the jury just as the judge. For most of us the ideas we wish to argue are complex and personal. The complexity would certainly escape this jury. If the jury is the reliance you wish to seek there may be a problem you have not considered; their lack of knowledge. Seventy-nine percent of the surveyed population still support the government and Clinton. That means 79% of those jurors in the pool are against the changes you advocate and have no respect for truth or justice or moral character. Sadly 78% of America's population claim Christianity in some form of doctrine. How can those two numbers be real? Could Christians possibly support adultery, murder of babies, perversion, and lying. Yes of course we've Judaized Christianity so perversion is the normal order of the day for us goyim. Your battle for a decent jury is matched up against the perversion doctrines of Romans 13:1. Most of you have some ideas it is reasonable to resist evil in government. However, you are dealing with jury pools made up of those who don't know how to get out of serving and those who think 30 or 40 dollars a day is good for their time. Yes, I know I am analyzing it to death; or maybe to life. Trustworthiness in the jury is a lot like trustworthiness in other areas of our lives. It exists in but a small fraction of those you know - - even our best friends and business associates. How can you be sure of getting a jury from that remnant fraction who have some connection to truth, trust, and intelligence about government and law, much less taxes or civil disobedience. I guess I'm trying to say the problem is the depletion of knowledge and integrity and getting a jury made up from the general population may not help your cause. Would our friend have been better off with a trial by the Judge? Could it have been worse? My Judge in Kansas had already made up his mind and really did not pay any attention to the trial except the errors of our attorney. This second jury was lost from the beginning and really did not pay attention to the trial. It took the Judge 40 minutes to instruct the jury and that was not enough or proper. How could they review thousands of pages of paper, three days of testimony, 40 minutes of jury instructions and do all the paperwork needed for seven separate charges in three hours including a smoke break of 15 or 20 minutes outside the building? As you contemplate demanding a jury you need to consider how to deal with the false doctrines on Romans 13 and the gross lack of desire to do just and right. Please consider that you need people who choose to be responsible in their actions. And that is a jury hard to find. This is not the mid 1700's where the normal was responsibility and integrity of conscience. How do you select peers? Can you find 12 Southern Baptist trumpet players with 50 years of business experience? How about getting just half of your jury that comes somewhere near a peer? Or would you settle for just one who had some experience with opposing government or pursuit of truth through peaceful redress at law. How about one who had ever seen a corporate return? All the great stories about the jury doing the right thing against the will of government date back a long time. In the modern court room most juries have no clue of law or rule, and even less conscience or sense of responsibility, even if they do and happen to be in their 70's the others get them thrown off the jury to get at least one conviction. Forty minutes of instruction by a Judge who is unskilled in the intricacies of corporate taxation and lawful procedures to minimize the tax certainly was not enough in this case. Our problem is like ancient Israel, we also do not have righteous Judges. Oh yes at the Supreme Court level they do pretty good because at least 5 must agree and that helps a little. In the 9th circuit court of appeals there are probably half a dozen really good justices, but that is out of 28, so your chances of success are minimal at best. If we can get an embanc review the chances are better of a decently just ruling. But this is rarely done. Yes, I still believe GOD is in control and we are getting about what we deserve as a people and nation. Out hodge podge assembly of perversions does to deserve much justice. When a friend is caught in the traps of a failed justice system it comes home to roost. The only way to have good Christian justice is for us to be just good Christians. When we function by love of money commercial merchant law, at admiralty and maritime how do we expect or deserve common law justice of right and wrong? I often surprise my friends by what I say and how it is delivered. It may be possible I will have another opportunity to help my friend. There are a lot of good grounds for appeal and perhaps he has been tested and tried enough for now. One thing is for certain we know more about the criminal system than we wanted to, and our method of learning is far from the pleasant methods we would chose. My purpose is not to scare or worry you, Good does triumph over evil. Sometimes we have a hard time identifying the sides or the actual purpose GOD has in mind. America was great while she was good. Only by turning from our wicked ways can we hope to again see our greatness. Does my friend need this trial and tribulation to comprehend the fallacy of the rapture doctrine? Do his children need this to bring them to greater moral good? It seems to me we support and coddle compromises to mix our puritanical Protestant justice with Buddhism, Islam, and Judaism as well as witchcraft and atheism. How then can we preserve a justice system based on moral conscience in a jury? Other religions do not operate by the same principles and we have ceased from our moral standards of truth by GOD's Law. I accept my own share of reasoning, and questioning, perhaps even responsibility. I was not there for this preparation as I was for the first trial. Could I have made a difference? Would it have helped? We'll never know - - - One little cute correlation for you. The first day of my friend's trial was the same day of my Kansas trial. Coincidentally the Prosecutor in his trial was very confused and disorganized all day and even upset the Judge over wasting court time. Maybe my prayers were helping after all, just in the more important trial. Sadly the result was bad because by the end of that first day the jury was completely lost. Maybe I needed to be more specific as to who should be confused and confounded. One thing for sure we have another powerful object lesson on control in fact both or all three trials come back to control and honoring the contract of trust. We are still responsible for our actions!

BIRTHRIGHT DEFENDERS:
DOES GOD WASTE RESOURCES? NO OF COURSE NOT!!!:
For years I've had a serious difference of opinion with vegetarians. I believe that to be a false religion based on incorrect interpretation of the Bible scriptures in Genesis. There are a number of passages misapplied. I'll attempt to be simple and logical. The first error occurs in Genesis 1 and the relation of pre-Adam mankind. Where I raise the question comes in 2, 3, 4. First the Almighty slays the animal or animals to make Adam and Eve clothes (the first blood sacrifice for the covering of sin). Do you actually believe GOD slew the clean animal and it was not eaten? Second Abel was a herdsman and made the sacrifice of the herd; do you propose it was not eaten or that the herds were not for food? Third Noah had a clear explanation about clean and unclean. Do you realize GOD had Noah take the male and female by sevens of the clean, to me that makes clear sense it was for food. If Noah had eaten the unclean the species would have become extinct 2 - 1 can not breed; 7 - 1 does real good, 3 pairs. All through the story of Israel we have reports of herds. Why would they raise great herds if it were not for food? In the desert when there was vegetarian only we complained until GOD gave us clean birds for food. Now, it does seem strange to me that we were not eating from the herds, but we were suppose to be learning to follow GOD's orders, so manna was our vegetarian diet until we pleaded for meat and received quail. Throughout the Levitical order we made regular blood sacrifices and ate the meat. All the vegetarians I know are weak and frail in their immune system. I do not believe we are designed to operate without clean fish, clean fowl, and clean beasts. All are clearly and simply described in very plain instructions in scripture. GOD did not kill animals for their skins without the flesh being food. It was good and proper for Adam and Eve and it is good and right for us. Yes, I am particular. I like the best quality of clean foods I can get. In some cases that is Burger King or Subway. Now I have some other strange ideas for you, I frequently see the argument for pig flesh. Let me kill the primary false doctrine in one sad revelation. "What GOD hath cleansed let no man call unclean." READ the rest of the story, it is repeated twice - it is the story of the man that Peter was to go and see, not the animals. The story does not end in one passage. There is not one scriptural reference to suggest that GOD cleansed the unclean animals. These are the scavengers, garbage eaters and filters of all the corruption and swill. If you wish to eat poison to test GOD's ability to heal you, I have sympathy for you. If we know how to do something right and choose wrong instead, we are tempting the predictions of Hebrews 6. We were never given the instructions to take an unclean beast and make it clean through diet. GOD didn't give us that option. Take a look at water pollution. Are you aware all the reports of terribly polluted harbors and waterways, directly follow the lust of the people to eat the filters for cleaning the waters. Plagues came right after the popularity of killing and eating the animals who kept down the population of rats and those who cleaned up the decaying corpses. GOD is not the waster of the resource, we do all that in our lust to out do GOD in order to create our own Godhood. Shame on us. Eating unclean pig, shellfish, shark, eagle, hawk or crows is no smarter or more proper than the churches who play with snakes or drink poisons to prove GOD's word. Tempting GOD is not a good idea, especially with knowledge. These are all false doctrines of destruction. Self-executing statutes are a lot like eating pig and shellfish. You can do it and you will get the direct result in your flesh. The same is true when your doctrine causes you to refuse clean meats for vegetarian and include unclean fungus as a good dietary supplement. How closely related to the shellfish's high Iodine, Mercury, and other toxins from waste is our obesity? Could that Mercury and Iodine be why our thyroids are all shut down. Beware the ways of the East (Orient, Babylon). Now, here is the strange quirk - In the generation who eats more "bad" stuff than any generation since Noah, we see the largest, strongest, fastest, longest living generation since Abraham. Many of us in spite of all our disobedience will live to well over 100. I plan on 120 or so. Yes, I have prayed for lengthening of days; Let me continue. A few years ago Ozone and Peroxide were the key to better health and long life. Just what we needed was more oxygen and the anti-oxidant effect of the ionic oxygen. Recently I was told that it is vegetarians who live over 100 years; (check the average age of 7th day Adventists and other groups who stick to the idea of vegetarians 50 - 60 is pretty good, these are not just starting out to be vegetarians after being raised on meat, they are those who do it from childhood). Also that it is drinking alkaline water to correct the PH was the key to health and longevity; we have Olive Leaf extract that will cure and prevent almost everything; pycnogenols are widely touted as the ultimate solution; how about DHEA; PROHGH; Garlic has always been one of the greatest cures for what ails you. I feel certain that if one checks the record you will find that small group who simply follows GOD's dietary suggestions, statutes, ordinances, or laws will have as good of health and longevity as any group east or west. Where would we be if we ate all the clean foods, took the herbs for medicine, added essential trace minerals and alkaline water to our Ozone machine and peroxide? We may still live the number of days in the health GOD has ordained to us for HIS purpose. We have the opportunity to say thanks GOD by the things we do and the way we do them. No, it can not earn us HIS grace, mercy, gifts, redemption, or salvation. As a teenager I could not earn the car keys. However, I could say thanks by my obedience. That same obedience had a lot to do with continuing to use the car keys. I suspect obedience to GOD (love) also has a lot to do with the continuation of our privileges and blessings upon HIS earth and in HIS Kingdom. JESUS said there is a sin unto death; and Hebrews 6 seems to me to define that act which is beyond repentance. As a slave and indentured servant by irrevocable contract, I do not want to temp my Master to allow me to be ill by the self execution of my own lust of the flesh in unclean foods. I also do not wish to deny what HE has cleansed and called clean for food. It is one of HIS gifts I can seek but should not reject, refusing HIS gifts is very bad politics. For seven years I ate fish once a week, chicken once a week, steak once a week and turkey four times a year. Beyond that I was close to vegetarian. I still like a lot of fruits and vegetables along with a good steak, prime rib, fish, chicken or turkey. Yes, I think you should be as selective as possible in your meats. All the meats should be cooked well done. Burnt is the way scripture calls it. Most meat related problems are from under-cooking and still getting the blood. A good piece of meat cooked well done kills off all those bacteria, viruses and parasites. Pork is probably the exception, I don't know if it is possible to burn out all the corruption, but then it was never food. It was the garbage disposal and place for the casting of demons. If you really want to eat from the legion of demons to test GOD's charity it is your free choice. Although I think it a very dumb choice you can still choose "I place before you good and evil, life and death, choose ye therefore life." GOD has put before us clean and unclean choose ye therefore clean. Please do not reject those things HE has called clean. He never called any of the unclean foods clean that is a false doctrine for the lust of the flesh. Yes, I do recall the story of Daniel in Babylon and I agree that vegetarian would be better than the unclean meats of the heathen. They even eat things like tongue, chittlins, testicles and liver, all the corrupt parts full of the blood. Our men in jail are better off vegetarian than on ham and hot dogs or potted meats. Jails always feed what is cheapest, it is just a matter of money. That is not all beef bologna Sheriff Joe is serving and I would choose the peanut butter sandwich over ham. Some of the hot dogs are turkey or chicken so there are occasions when clean meat remains available. Of course GOD blessed Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach & Abednigo and in those conditions I have little doubt He would bless you also. I do not however agree that GOD made all things clean for food at Calvary. Poison is still poison and snakes are still snakes. I am reminded of Howard Freeman's story of the little boy and the snake. Snakes are always snakes and unclean animals are yet unclean. GOD made the clean animals clean from the beginning, but he only cleansed His Chosen People from their (our) error of breaking His Perfect Law of Liberty. We had the choice of Good and Evil; we choose evil; He cleansed us from our error. Today people try to be Daniel when David is more the order of the day. Do you really think they kept great herds of sheep for the wool and not the meat? Daniel was a passive solemn protester who refused the dross and unclean of Babylon and honored GOD by being true to His faith. GOD took care of the lions s He did the executioners furnace for Shadrach, Meshech and Abednigo. David was not passive or a coward. No I am not saying Daniel was a coward, he was already capture in war as a prize of conquest. David was not in bondage to man so he was free to serve GOD as a valiant warrior. And he did so to the great Glory of GOD. If we look at Isaiah 61: 1-4 and Luke 4: 18-21 we see the prophecy which was fulfilled in the ears of the people. Next we can see that JESUS mainly acted much like Daniel, patiently and peacefully resisting and teaching until the time come for Him to act like David. He did take the whip to the money-changers. They like our bankers thought they had the people so enslaved and convinced of their need for money-changers they would not resist. Even the Priests and judges favored the money-changers just like ours today. Money and it's power or lust had to be driven from the Temple for truth to reign just like today. JESUS must have gotten some good deer, ram, or bull meat because His testosterone was up that day. We need the bullock, ram, and buck for food not the eunuch (steer). Good nutrition is needed for a proper Temple to be inhabited by GOD's own Spirit with power. There is no evidence in scripture that CHRIST refused the fish He fed the multitude. He could have as easily fed them grass if He were a vegetarian. He also collected the 12 baskets for later as the leftovers. The leeks and onions of Egypt seemed good compared to the manna of GOD until He added clean meat. He is well aware of His design for all of creation he first weakened us by the vegetarian manna to get us where we could be taught. Now lets be purists, I do not believe meat should always be the main course. If you listen to your body, it will tell you how large your portion should be and what vegetables should be with your clean meat. My body likes fruit in the morning with perhaps grains of cereals or pancakes and a little egg for protein. I like salads and vegetables all the time, but it never seems enough without some clean meat. Salad bars are my favorite place to eat out, but not purely salad, I want some meat too, so I guess its buffets actually that I favor most. Sitting in a jail cell does not require much testosterone or meat protein energy. Charging and slaying giants needs a far different diet than passive resistance in captivity. JESUS said He would sit until all His enemies were made His foot stool. Whether you interpret that as every knee bowing or slaying them in His presence, we have a very important job to do and I think it will require a lot of animal protein strength. Pork is not a good fuel for strength and endurance. It is a fast burning fuel, but runs out quickly as does the shellfish. This is perhaps why with oriental food we are hungry so soon afterwards. It burns up too fast. Bullock, ram and buck are good clean fuel foods for the "vengeance of our Lord to comfort all who mourn "after all that is the next prophecy of Isaiah 61 after what JESUS said He fulfilled. Is that not a greater work He commissioned and commanded us to do? Good beef, lamb, deer, elk, salmon, rooster, tom turkey are strong fuel for dragon slaying and giant killing. In those days there were giants in the land. Goliath was over 11 feet by the royal cubit, 9 feet by the standard cubit. On my trip to Florida, Hulk Hogan was in the Houston airport at 6' 8" 300# he seems pretty big to me. All the governments of the earth have to be subdued to bow before JESUS as King. How often do you let your favorite bureaucrat know you are in that army? It is fun to ask a bureaucrat if they mind if I draw my sword and to give them notice I am praying for them. Yes, I pray like David and my Bible is the sword I draw for Spiritual warfare. Think about the kind of throne our righteous King JESUS inherited; the throne of David. That is a warrior King's throne who was not a captive slave but ruled rather vigorously with power over all his enemies. Yes, thousands died when David failed to act properly. JESUS does not fail to act properly and does not suffer the lusts of man. He overcame all that in His tender youth. He was raised (trained) in the way He should go and has not departed from it nor shall He. Clean is still clean. Herbs are for medicine and if we use a vegetarian diet we constantly need medicine to help us keep up our strength because we need clean meat. Yes, I too take herbs to help make up for the pollution of poison I breathe and drink as well as the ones in the vegetable I eat, yes meat too. Obviously I have reached the point of calling the army to war against the giant and the dragon system of confusion. We need good beef suppliers who are not afraid of raising bulls. Our lovely widow from Nebraska tells the story of the butchers worrying that she has brought in her herd bulls for slaughter. She knows the value of bullock. I prefer rooster to hen and tom to hen in my poultry. I don't know how to tell the difference in fish so I don't worry much over that idea. If you want a study in longevity check those people who drink alkaline water. I bet they eat clean meats and good vegetables with a lot of minerals. Balance is a good idea and I do not see very good examples of healthy soldiers in those who refuse the vegetables either. Both are good food for us along with the nuts, berries, and fruits. GOD has provided great bounty for us and we should be grateful for the meat, fruit, nuts, vegetable and herbs. He made such a good feast of clean foods yet we are easily tempted to attempt to improve on His order of things (blaspheme). Lust for power. False doctrines in foods made up out of the lust and denial of man are just as bad as false doctrines about JESUS made up the same way. This Son of David by genealogy was not to remain the patient passive student. At 12 He challenged the knowledge and religion of the Rabbi's of Babylon and their Talmudic Traditions. He was an outcast hated by all the preachers and pastors of the day. Sort of like you if you tell simple truths or ask simple questions. He did both. Can you do more? Can you teach more simple truth or ask more simple questions? A Biblical diet of those things GOD hath called and made clean as food is the proper path to health. The more idle and submissive you wish to be the better your diet needs to be. Exercise using all your muscles filled with animal protein and testosterone is a requirement for lengthening of days and the condition of those days. I've watched one Mormon vegetarian couple be continually sick for years. Is it the false doctrine about food that makes them so subject to false doctrines about JESUS CHRIST, or is it the other way around? All the pure vegetarians I know like to cheat a little on cheese & eggs to get some protein of clean animals. Yes, they all like honey and bee pollen to get that animal help also, and I don't know a one that does not seek organic vegetables with the benefit of animal manure for fertilizers. Why not go to the source not the symptom? Organic plants do the best job they can to bring you animal proteins, minerals, and nourishment, but we still need the clean meats that GOD made clean for our strength to fight the dragon and kill the giants. We need that good animal testosterone to overcome the false doctrines and demons in our minds. GOD knows and provides all our needs. Clean meats are a necessary part of that provision. Praise GOD for bull beef and buck roasts.
CHRISTIAN RADIO:
After years of not listening to the entertainment dribble of Christian radio, I have begun listening again. The major motivation is the children and wanting to get better quality sound in their ears. Even Christian dribble is better than R & R. The second cause is that two of our cars' radios do not work well on AM so if I'm going to listen at all it is FM. On that band it is music, sports, or Christian and I pick the latter. Last night on the way home I listened to GCR and a female talk host. I do not recall the name of the program. She was counseling a drug addict who had called looking for help. If the radio preachers had been that good years ago, I would never have stopped listening. I did not hear the whole program but she was definitely leading him down a proper path to discover who JESUS really is in our lives. And in his weakened mental condition he was grasping the concept. She used an idiom of language and word picture along with scripture to get across the identity of JESUS as GOD. I liked it. The example she used was the young man's understanding of H2O, yes water. However, she led him quietly through the comprehension of "these three are one." The method was so simple I must copy and share it. H2O is commonly understood as water, the dominant one of it's personalities. H2O is also easy to see and comprehend as ice in it's other personality that is easily seen. The third personality is steam or vapor and may be seen or unseen depending on it's heat and other conditions. I felt that was a real good way of explaining GOD the Father, GOD the Son, and GOD the Spirit. The counselor went further to explain the H2O of all three personalities is JESUS. I did appreciate her consideration and effort for the needy young man. The true identity of that Super Persona is JESUS the Father, JESUS the Son, JESUS the Spirit (husband, J C's comment). The simplicity of the origin in the all is one and the end of one is all should be clear to everyone. All of creation is out of GOD's majesty and for His purpose and pleasure. The earth is mine and the fullness thereof the world and they that dwell therein, Psalm 24. Like it or not you are a possession and property of JESUS CHRIST our King. I happen to like it. I do realize that the majority need others to share with and a "church" community to stay any where near on point, and I am aware that children need a lot of training to get where they can seek truth and discriminate the lie. My problems with most churches, especially the large ones is that they too often distort the truth for profit. Let's see if you can see my reservation. We are told that law is too complex for us to understand. Preachers tell us scripture is too hard for us to understand. Both the preacher and the lawyer are in error. Scripture is easy enough for sheep and children. Remember the disciples never went to seminary schooling. Law can be read and studied out by anyone who trusts GOD's promises. Lawyers are just the ritual priests and altar boys of mammon's Babylonian confusion, ecclesiastical church (court). Too many preachers are busy being the altar boys and priests of Levi. Levi has been fired. Levi was the teacher under the punishment and covenant of law during the time of Moses and following. That covenant of law was amended, passed away and replaced by the Melchisedec priesthood, spiritual covenant. Look at Hebrews 8, 9, 10; even though your preacher tells you it's too hard: JESUS said it was easy. I choose to believe JESUS over the Levites of yesterday and today. YOU CHOOSE!!!
From the Mrs.:
For all of you who have decided to panic over the phone number, in the December/January newsletter we told you on the last page that the (602) 404-8446 number was going to disappear. That is due to the fact that the people moved and the new renters didn't want to carry on the forwarding number for us. So now the number is on the front page of the newsletter as (602) 465-5068, Fax is (602) 465-7852. The business cards that J C sent last March-April has the (602) 465-5068 number on them. Please don't panic it just meant you didn't read the newsletter and now we know who does and doesn't. So far this has proved to be one our busy years, not just keeping up with everyone's Trusts, the grandchildren, the new business and the IRS fun. J C has done more seminars this year since January then usual. I may even get to see him once in a while this year. Want you all to know that the children are doing just wonderful. The oldest one Brittanie (7) is now in ballet and T-ball. She has decided to try and catch on to her math, and is reading at a 6th grade level. John (6) is now reading at a first grade level and basically skipped right through kindergarten and started first grade. He is in T-ball and wants to try basketball after this T-ball season. He is improving all the time, though some days we try to regress. Rosemary (4) decided that is she was old enough to play T-ball she could learn to write her ABC's and started to learn to read. She is doing quite well and I'm not hurrying her at all. Amber (THE BIG 2) can spell her name for you, say several sentences, and likes to learn new words with you spelling them for her. She will benefit the most and be quite an early learner. So if I am a little behind in getting stuff back to you I apologize, my schedule went haywire for a while but I'm getting back on track. I got selfish, we bought two printers and I wanted both of them to work so I could double my output. Well unfortunately the original release of Windows 95 didn't support that idea, the newest update did, so now I can have some fun getting caught up again. Hope you all have a good Spring. We are so far. At least we haven't had the weather get warm enough to worry about the snakes yet. Oh well, won't be long and Grandma will be the first one out the door to check for the buzz tails. Look forward to seeing you all at one of the seminars this year. We are trying a new schedule to see if that will accommodate more of you. The next one is in May, then August and then in November. That way it won't interfere with any holidays, or be too hot. May will be warm, usually in the 90's sometimes it will be 100°. August is usually in the 100's but it is the time of the rainy season and the thunderstorms here are pretty spectacular, especially the sunsets. November is usually in the low 80's to high 70's. So we hope more of you will come enjoy the weather and the seminars.
