A  WISE MAN IS ONE WHO KNOWS WHEN TO TALK AND WHEN TO LISTEN and my wisdom says it is time to talk or rather write.
As for me and my house we will serve the LORD.  And that also means we will trust HIM without doubt or reservation all others must earn what they get.
I HAD JUST GONE TO BED AFTER STRUGGLING WITH THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE ON WRITER’S BLOCK.   GOD DECIDED I WAS COMPLAINING SO MUCH about my writing HE would do a little more delegating for what he wants me to say to you in this newsletter.
"We the people of Arizona grateful to Almighty GOD for our liberties do ordain this Constitution".  How many of you know where your state stands in it’s gratitude to Almighty GOD??  How much have you delegated (loaned or granted) to others (lawyers, accountants, government, churches and preachers)?  For that matter where do you stand in your gratitude for your liberties?
I think I am looking forward to a marvelous Y2K crisis in finance and government with pleasant expectation.  As far as I can tell that is about the only hope of having the federal political DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY come anywhere close to matching GOD’S plan and will for this people, land and nation.  The express limited political delegation of authority this whole financial and political scheme of confusion is based upon of necessity has to have it’s basis in and be from the liberties granted from HIS SPIRIT and POWER.  I believe the constitutions which create governments among men and the trusts we use are educational tools to help us learn to SERVE AND OBEY ALMIGHTY GOD IN HIS PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY.
FREEDOM IS A STATE OF MIND THAT MAY INCLUDE THE HEART:
LIBERTY IS A WAY OF LIFE THAT MUST INCLUDE HEART, MIND AND SOUL; JUST LIKE OUR LOVE FOR GOD AS COMMANDED BY KING JESUS; heart mind and soul is the only thing that is enough.   THE MINIMUM STANDARD OF LIFE.
"THIS DAY IS ALL POWER IN HEAVEN AND EARTH GIVEN UNTO ME" IS IN MY HUMBLE OPINION A CORRECT  STATEMENT AND APPRAISAL OF FACT……POSITIVE DIRECT FACT OF THE TIME AND EVENTS..
Then from that all power basis we see the fulfilling of HIS PROMISE NOT to leave us comfortless but rather to come AGAIN in the other personality to grant and give us power and to guarantee our success.  After all HIS word had already given us the "PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY" as a free unsolicited gift we had no right to or ability to earn or deserve.  Then of HIMSELF he came to bring us "SPIRIT AND POWER" TO ACCOMPLISH THE BUILDING OF HIS KINGDOM in the Earth (furthering HIS KINGCOM ON THIS CONTINENT).  We already have available to us all the knowledge and power needed for us to overcome all evil.  So why are we the people sitting around whimpering and crying?  This may in fact, as a people and nation, be our "sin unto death".  I could make a good case for the money lusts and political federation being so evil and corrupt (sinful) [lawless] it deserves to die and must according to the prophets die for HIS KINGDOM to be manifest in this BEULAH LAND.
Is there any doubt that the only DIVINE OR RIGHTEOUS PURPOSE that can be achieved by a federal demonocrazy that murders babies and robs widows and orphans is to bring HIS people of conscience to our KNEES in humble repentance.  Have we as a Nation so blasphemed the spirit and committed our sin unto death??????????????
As an experiment in self government we the people in the American States are a miserable failures.  We do not self govern or even truly try; we are so slothful and lazy we look for any thief or liar that will sell us FREEDOM from our responsibilities and absolution from our decadence for ten or twenty percent in the love of money religion.
The churches have delegated their Christian  duties and responsibilities to a federal demonocracy of lawyers and moneychangers who use the first fruits of your labors that belong to GOD to murder babies and strangers.  GOD assigned the care of the widows, orphans, poor and strangers to the church or rather HIS CHURCH.  And when the churches ceased from their delegated duty and responsibility the love of money government stepped in and granted the church corporations of commerce TAX EXEMPTION STATUS; IN GOOD BEHAVIOR (by government standards).  All the churches have to do is lie to the people about their {GOD’S] law and responsibility before GOD as HIS righteous GOVERNMENT.  NO CHURCH is Christian or SERVES GOD which ADVOCATES SURRENDER to the unrighteous AND TAXATION TO SUPPORT THE MURDERER.  Yes, I am quite familiar with the false doctrines taught about Romans 13.  GOD raised up Rome and Pilate for the sole purpose of HIS own example and to bring forth HIS EARTHLY CORONATION AS the only EVERLIVING SOVEREIGN KING.  AND you can make an argument that HE allowed us to set up these baby murderers for gods over us to bring about HIS divine purpose.  I believe it is only accurate to say our master has tolerated the decadence and treason of how we have treated his gifts of LIBERTY, LAW, AND SPIRITUAL POWER.
We the sheep and children of GOD are continually delegating our spiritual power and warfare to the love of money merchants of GOVERNMENT’s CORPORATE RELIGION; and the government’s life and preservation in false doctrines of fear and submission.  Any church which tells even a fraction of GOD’S truth and advocates the church standing up to their proper duty and responsibility under GOD’s law to lead their community, state and nation to do good and punish evil will be run out of commerce by the very government that created their tax exempt corporation.  PRAISE GOD!
ALMIGHTY GOD DELEGATED THIS DUTY; RESPONSIBILITY; AND POWER to the faithful among us who earnestly seek to "SERVE GOD RATHER THAN MAN".  JESUS had it right when he estimated it would be one in a family and two for a city in this faithless generation, as the number of the whole population of faithful among us.
BE CERTAIN YOU UNDERSTAND I AM NOT A CONSTITUTIONALIST: OR PRO GOVERNMENT; I do not consider that document (graven image) anything other than the expression of how GOD"S people sold out the nation brought forth "FOR THE FURTHERENCE OF THE KINGCOM OF GOD".  The Constitution for the united States of America was and is the first governing document in this nation that left GOD out and gave people the credit for creative power and authority.  These people pushed GOD aside for their own commerce.  We do not honor KING JESUS by making commerce first and allowing government merchants to control Church doctrine and actions by the threat of cutting off the love of money commerce or tax exempt status.
ALSO BE CERTAIN THAT THIS GRAVEN IMAGE hewn by the hands of man MAY ITSELF PROVIDE THE TOOL FOR NATIONAL REPENTANCE.  Jesus regularly rebuked the Politicians (Pharisees) for failing to keep their own traditions.  THIS RIGHTEOUS KING also used the whip to run the commerce out of the CHURCH.  Does your church merchant of commerce need the whip?  Perhaps a little American Protestant Church history will help.  Were you aware that it was after the church quit doing its job for widows, orphans, and strangers that they were able to get credit at usury to build great obelisks and marble monuments to the greatness of government tax exemptions and purveyors of false doctrines?  Were you aware that the militia was in many cases church groups?  How about the fact that it was the preachers that led the congregation to war and in the military drills to prepare for war?   There were no 5000 seat auditoriums before the corporate commerce that abandoned the widows and orphans to the government under the lie that government could take care of them more efficiently and fairly.  ALL LIES and all are liars who tell that story of blasphemy.
ALL GOVERNMENTS CREATED AMONG AND BY MEN AND FOR MAN ARE PAPER PRETENSES IN THE CHARACTER OF CORPORATIONS AND CAN IN NO WAY FURTHER THE KINGDOM OF GOD.  And in fact we delegate to the state the power to create and control corporations OF ALL KINDS AS A PRIVILAGE OF THE STATE as paper entities (artificial persons).  CHURCHES ARE AND MUST BE REAL PEOPLE AND LIVING SPIRIT not paper CREATIONS CONTROLLED BY THE STATE.  People are creations of GOD, AND HE GAVE US FLESHAND RIGHTS; not  some LIMITED privilege of the PAPER STATE.  I for one can no longer be reduced to a paper entity (artificial person) in servitude to the state granting me their privilege of life and having control over my existence.
MY LIFE AND LIBERTY ARE GRANTED BY ALMIGHTY GOD AND I AM GRATEFUL ENOUGH TO TELL YOU; HE IS ALSO THE SOURCE OF YOUR LIFE AND LIBERTY.
IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT FIGURED IT OUT I AM STARTING 1999 HEAVY ON THE FOUNDATION THAT MADE AMERICA GREAT and the deserting of which has brought the United States to utter despotism (lawlessness against GOD).
NOW LET US EXAMINE THE NEXT STEP IN THE CHAIN OF DELEGATION.  After the people delegated away some of their liberties granted by Almighty GOD in ordaining the states.  The elected federal representatives of the people created the FEDERAL DEMOCRACY and THE NATIONAL REPUBLIC in the UNITED STATES and the united States of America (also called the Union of the several states).
PLEASE NOTE several does not just mean more than a few but also separate and equal.  Each State was guaranteed a Republican form of government; however, the federal territorial jurisdiction (United States) of Article 1 Section 8 clause 17 had no such guarantee.  I believe this was directly and intentionally done with LOVE OF MONEY COMMERCE in mind.  The kind of commercial control sought and achieved under the Constitutional Territorial Jurisdiction was a part of the commercial love of money plan; this was no accident.  This Federal Democracy was widely published and sold as guaranteed to always be kept so far from the people they should never have any cause to worry.  This is also the reason for creating a sovereign seat of government separate and without the states’ territorial control.  All these activities had to be secretly designed planned and done; then sold to the people as for their commercial good. (Much like the economic love of money sales pitch that defends and protects Billy as President and managed his election even when we knew he was a liar and adulterer.)
Washington DC does not have common law, extradition treaties, or a full faith and credit compact with the several states; it is a special unlimited commercial jurisdiction.  There is no common law; Individual Rights; Balance of powers; or respect to the "liberties granted by Almighty God" in that Commercial Federal Democracy.  Everything is granted by privilege of the all powerful, democratic legislative federal government.  And the greedy merchants who saw to it’s creation may have been guilty of treason against the several States instead of heroes to the Nation.
YES, IT IS TRUE THAT THE  "Constitution for the united States of America" is a document of limited and specific delegations of authority; however, contained therein is the "United States Constitution" that enables the federal democracy and bureaucracy.  DO YOU THINK FOR A MINUTE that the Several States and People who had just thrown off corrupt central government intended to create another that could operate entirely outside the limited powers delegated in any place at any time?  THERE IS NOT A CHANCE THAT WAS THEIR INTENT.  And I believe they did not have a clue what 1, 8, 17 would evolve into in a couple of hundred years of the Several States neglecting their responsibility to the people and the  "LIBERTIES GRANTED BY ALMIGHTY GOD" THAT IS THE state’s only lawful BASIS FOR EXISTANCE.

HERE is another rebuke of false doctrine that just ran through my mind;  Swine flesh is not suitable for the people of GOD to eat no matter how it is fed or bred.  Swine was always unclean and can only dirty up HIS TEMPLE IN YOUR HEART AND MIND.
I AM HAVING A LOT OF FUN!!!
NOW BACK TO POLITICS;  the "way" and manner in which a delegation is made is also important.  THE LORD GIVETH AND THE LORD TAKETH AWAY!  Rush Limbaugh says his talent is on loan from GOD; I prefer the language of scripture and the GIFTS of the spirit which must be POWERS.  Once a power is given that is a grant like our liberties are granted.  A grant is not paid for by the receiver but rather by the grantor or giver.  GOD PAID THE PRICE FOR OUR LIBERTIES.  The people and states paid the price for the powers, territory, and jurisdiction granted to the FED.  And that grant went with a very big mortgage attached.  We are still paying for the love of money greed of our forefathers.  We have only debt and usury to leave as a bondage for our children in commerce.  Shouldn’t this be a great incentive to give them truth.
GOD did not grant us life, knowledge, or power without strings attached.  JESUS commanded that we love the LOVE THE LORD our GOD with all our heart, mind and soul.  And explained that love was obedience TO ALL his COMMANDMENTS.  All the power we are delegated is for the purpose of obeying HIM TO KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS AND DO THEM. This is the meaning of loving the MASTER.  And our brother can only be loved IN JESUS KINGDOM AND RIGHTEOUSNESS.
We followed HIS example, at least on paper, in the powers we delegated to the states and the Fed.  We even ask our liars and abusers to swear an oath of allegiance to the piece of paper BEFORE ALMIGHTY GOD.  Then when their oath is broken we want to be greater and more forgiving than GOD himself.  IF blasphemy of the Spirit is the sin unto death for us; where is the standard for Bill or the feds?
Perhaps I should explain so not one of those HE HAS GIVEN ME is lost.  The only spirit available to the constitution and oath is the spirit of Almighty God that granted the liberty to HIS people in the first place.  The Spirit of the LAW IS TO DO THE WILL OF GOD; JESUS MADE THIS VERY CLEAR IN HIS TEACHING OF THE DECIPLES ATTOP THE MOUNT IN MATTHEW 5.  When the president breaks his oath of office; oath of faithfulness to his wife; and oath before GOD to tell the whole truth and does not he has blasphemed the Spirit of the LAW and that is the sin unto death.  SPIRITUAL DEATH.
WHEN OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES break their oath before GOD to serve the people and the law they blaspheme the spirit of the law and that is the sin unto death.
 BUT I TREMBLE AT THE IDEA WE AS A PEOPLE ARE IN EVEN WORSE SHAPE; the politicians have pledged service to man; but, we have pledged service to GOD IN JESUS NAME….
HOW IS YOUR DELEGATION DOING??????????????????????
Almighty God delegated to us the knowledge and power to protect and serve the perfect law of liberty.
When Ben Franklin exited the convention he told people they had "given" us a republic if we could keep it.  This is as stupid and wrong as the feel good religions that boss GOD around in the lies of name it and claim it doctrines; OR, those who teach how much the master owes the slave and is controlled by the will of the slave.
Simply put our delegates can not be expected to do better with our delegations of power and authority than we do with our delegations from the master.
YOU SAY YOU WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO RESTORE TO IT’S PROPER ROLE AS DELEGATED IN AND BY CONSTITUTIONS AND LAWS?  The solution is simple: set a proper example of staying within your properly delegated authority in the Kingdom of God.  As a people and nation our politicians are at least as good at remaining within the lawful delegations of the constitutions and laws as are the mass of the people at staying within our delegations from the Spirit.  Yes, there are a few notable exceptions.  HOWEVER, MOST OF WHAT WE IMAGINE ARE EXCEPTIONS are just as exceptional as we in the keeping of law and staying within the confines of our delegation of power and authority within the KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS____.
ALMIGHTY GOD gave us free agency to choose the will of the spirit or the lust of the flesh.  AND WE ROUTINELY MAKE THE WRONG CHOICE.
The constitution gives the legislature free agency in 1; 8; 17 to choose good or evil; service or rule; and they routinely choose the evil of ruling their master by deceit, fraud, rebellion, and force of arms; IF WE WERE NOT SO QUICK TO FORGIVE AND VOLUNTEER MORE MONEY: WE MIGHT HAVE TO CALL IT TREASON….

TRUST COLUMN

THIS IS THE TRUST COLUMN AND ALL ABOUT TRUST;  YOU DO NOT GET TO MAKE A HIGHER AND MORE MORAL DEMAND OF LOYALTY TO OUR PERFORMANCE IN THE CONTRACT THAN YOU FREELY GIVE.  THE government is not required to give total respect to the contract and trust while you only pretend.  Yes, I know my little flock is the best that we know.  BUT then we wear our blinders and rose colored glasses while looking in the mirror.
IT IS OF NO GREAT CONSEQUENCE TO ME THAT you were misinformed by your consultants or just manipulated BY your understanding of your own lusts of the flesh and false doctrines.
The churches of America are a major contributor to the breakdown of truth; in trust; and misplaced loyalty to government.  THE TRUST IS NOT JUST A PIECE OF PAPER TO TELL SOME CONVENIENT LIES.   Nor is it a shield to hide behind to do things which are evil, greedy and selfish, or lazy.  It is a contract for specific performance.
 TRUST IS A WAY OF LIFE AND LIVES AS YOU DO for good or for evil.  We get to choose; the trustee by what they delegate and how much force is applied to containing you within the legitimate delegation of authority; you by your own integrity.
IF YOU ARE UNINFORMED AS TO YOUR DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY FROM GOD YOU HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO READ, STUDY, AND then DO THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT FOR DELEGATION of authority.
IF YOU ARE UNCERTAIN WHAT YOU HAVE DELEGATED TO GOVERNMENT YOU HAVE THE DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO READ; STUDY, AND ENFORCE THE CONTRACT of specific limited delegation of authority..
If you remain unsure of the extent of power and authority delegated to you by the trustees you have the contract to read, study, and live by.
We try to use the simplicity of TRUSTWORTHINESS as a teaching tool to bring you AND US to be more loyal to all the delegations of authority.
Do not tell me you voted for someone to delegate your liberties to without knowing and liking their moral code.  And do not bother telling me you did not know or are not sure of my moral code and trustworthiness in the contract.  The fact that I allow you a lot of comfort zone in studying truth is just my form of patience and grace.  Twelve years ago a friend said I was the most patient man he had ever known.  I did not even know what patience was until I acquired this extended family.  Your patience with your delegates in government is how you express your understanding and copying of GOD’S grace.
Almighty God has given us four thousand years to figure out how to live within the confines of the perfect law of liberty; and the IRREVOCABLE TRUST COVENANT.  We have allowed our government delegates 220 years to figure out how to live within the confines of our delegation of authority.  It seems to me we need someone telling them the truth about their job according to the contract of our limited delegation of authority three times a year (something like the three eight day feasts a year in scripture for studying GOD’s Law.  AND THAT IS WHY I SPEND some of the trustee fees studying the contract and discussing it with our delegates in congress and their delegates at the IRS; no one needs truth more than those delegates who need to repent.
Most of you have had years of time to figure out how to live within the strict confines of your delegation of authority in the trust contract.  GOD does not owe us anything he has not already provided; we owe HIM total loyalty, obedience, and praise; HEART, SOUL AND MIND.  As a comparison we do not owe congress; they owe us total loyalty, service, obedience TO THE LETTER OF THE LAW.   And the trustee does not owe the delegates a lot; the delegate owes the master all loyalty by acting trustworthy  in the contracts.
WHOM DO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR DELEGATION AND HOW WORTHY ARE YOU OF TRUST IN DELEGATION.???????????????????????????????

WRITER’S BLOCK

ABOUT ONCE A YEAR I GET IN A POSITION WHERE I CAN NOT WRITE.  And there is always a wondrous breakthrough.  But then you think this all come easy for me.  Last week I gave a couple of our men a scare.  We met for lunch to discuss business; I took along this lap monster and when they saw what I go through and how poorly I type they gained a new perspective on some of my dedication to your needs.
I know this false impression is of my own making; I could complain, whine, whimper, and make excuses for my shortcomings.  I prefer to live the confident sure life knowing GOD has promised to provide all the knowledge and tools I need to serve the flock HE has brought my way.
I got in such a stew getting ready for Tax Court and writing the certiorari for the Supreme Court that I was even unkind to my wife and the children.  I made the whole trip to Massachusetts in an ugly funk and suffered greatly for my errors and bad attitude.  Like you I do not like knowing I am without knowledge and am unprepared for the task ahead.  But unlike most of you I do not often complain and never expect someone else to do it for me whether or not I respect or pay for their time.  Even in my self serving funk I AM TOTALLY CONFIDENT IN GOD’S ABILITY TO SUPPLY ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED. And I know it will be in HIS time and not as I would choose.
Now I am working to catch up on all the other things I let slide while I was dedicating myself to the future of trusts in general and our family of clients in specific.  In the process we have learned a lot and are even more sure than ever that we are completely weird, particular, and peculiar.  PRAISE GOD FOR FAITH, KNOWLEDGE, AND THE COURAGE TO DO THAT WHICH IS RIGHT OVER THAT WHICH IS EASY.
I have been blessed in the same time with the opportunity to again get to see why I hate most lawyers.  One of our weak disciples again found a way to connect me with a lawyer and spend an extra ten hours of my time ( which he will have no respect about paying for).  Once a Lawyer has proven to me three times in one conversation that he is a money hungry liar I loose interest.  On this occasion the lawyer first stated we did not have a "real trust" then said if you do it that way it will work; then goes back making uninformed negative statements; then says what we are doing can work if we keep the records and our direct control in order.  This particular lawyer I had heard before on the subject of charitable trusts and knew I did not like his attitude that only HE knows how to do trusts that work.  One thing I am sure of; the plan and method he is using is a hollow shell game allowed by privilege of the IRS.  AND HE HAS ALREADY DECLARED HE WILL NOT LITIGATE TO PROTECT WHAT HE SAYS OR DOES.  I did gain one confirmation of my theory that we will have to get into and figure out the charitable trusts to have a working tool to avoid the National Sales Tax if that is the way congress goes next in their attempt to cover up the fraud of the IRS.
Where do we stand now?
I stand more confident than ever in what we do and how we do that job for you.  None of the accusations or attempts by the enemy are of any profit in the spiritual warfare.  Every time I start to get discouraged or role in my self pity for my workload one or more of you add to the stack.  WE are special to you because we help you be lazy while we are yelling at you to do your part.  I am hard to convince you are overloaded with one business and one life to deal with; we handle a lot of businesses and YOU are often surprised how much I know and how determined I am for your success and mine.
I have had a dose of reality in our ugly divorce case.  As much as I would like to just dump the ex-wife into the hands of the IRS trap she has tried to bait for me it just can’t be done that way.  I have to protect her for free in order to insure the ability to protect you.
OH BY THE WAY IF YOUR TRUSTEE FEES HAVE GONE UP SEND A THANK YOU NOTE WITH THE CHECK.  If I know your trustees they are working harder and smarter than ever before.

BIRTHRIGHT DEFENDERS

Mary Christmas to all and to all a GOOD NIGHT.
If this message sounds picky and disgusted you are right.
We have come through one of the worst months of display of the anti-Christ nature of the flesh ever witnessed on the shores of this re-gathered nation.  SHAME ON US ALL!
To point out how sad, sick, and horrid this is we have but to look at our elected representatives in congress OR in THE MIRROR.
In watching the impeachment hearings in the house it was very noticeable that the Republicans had some sense of the law while the demoncrats were only about defending the lust of the flesh.  AND ALL THE DESIRES OF THE FLESH FOR ADULTRY AND FORNICATION ARE OKAY AS LONG AS THE STAINS ARE NOT ON ME and the economy is good so their love of money can override conscience.  This so clearly demonstrates our lack of conscience as a nation no one can miss it.  I hear all the talk about the senate being more reserved to the law and without the emotion of the house and have no reason to believe it is true when they are already declaring their determination not to follow the law or constitutional requirement to convict.
How did a nation brought forth to further the kingdom of GOD get so far from that plan????  Greed and LAZINESS are the primary ingredients of our national blasphemy.  Even among our own group the excuse is usually I can’t take care of my responsibilities in the law and do my money making job…hogwash; I do not believe you.  You choose to be negligent and ignorant in the law so you can feel justified in blaming someone else for where your MORAL CHARACTER has sank to in the dark abyss of profanity and sex.  It is not even hard to keep up with your responsibilities in law if you simply decide it is more important to do RIGHT than to please the flesh with entertainments and feel good lies to justify immoral conduct and excuses debauchery.
I KNOW I HAVE BEEN THERE; and you are amazed by what you think is my special knowledge or talent.  WRONG AGAIN I am in no way special with perhaps the exception of dedication to do that which is right.  It does not matter to me what makes the flesh feel good; that is usually wrong anyway; it is greatly pleasing when the spirit within me feels good and right and I would love to have that every minute of my life.
I WAS A GOOD PASIFIST THROUGH MOST OF THIS Christ-less season of commerce for making the flesh feel good.  From pulpit to porno palace all are decked out with spangles and lights to please the flesh.  And few or none have a clue as to what would be proper in our spiritual warfare of good over evil.  OH YES! I know your church for 39 minutes or an hour really tells the story of the master’s birth so that makes up for TWO MONTHS of anti-CHRIST lust and greed begging for more things we have not earned and lying to the children about the source of gifts.
There are a few who are catching on that I really do not care if it makes your flesh feel good or if you have more toys and trinkets of luxury to entertain your flesh.  Most of our people could use some doing without and learning to appreciate their daily bread.
The thing I was most pleased with the Republicans about was just an expression of IDOLATRY in their expression of worship for the traditions of man in COMMERCIAL LUST OF THE FLESH (the graven image constitution).  None had the will or MORAL COURAGE TO SPEAK AS THOMAS JEFFERSON DID; HE SAID THE FIRST QUALIFICATION FOR OFFICE WAS HIGH MORAL CHARACTER.
George Washington declared that America has a king named JESUS.  Did you hear any of these compromisers stand up for truth.  Livingston was probably the only one demonstrating any personal moral courage.  Instead of saying WHAT I DO TO PLEASE MY FLESH DOES NOT MATTER; he acknowledged he was wrong and immoral.  He should have been forgiven while the adulterer caught in the act should be stoned.  Bill and Monica were not caught in the act; he has too many others protecting him from discovery (security).  Bill can be comfortable in his ability to be a whoremonger; womanizer; and abuser because the women liberals support him in overwhelming numbers (perhaps they truly want some of Bill themselves or like the cover for their own whoredoms and adultery).  Just one more evidence that women’s suffrage is wrong.  The HOUSE is demonstrating it’s female emotional traits while the Senate promises to act logical and male based on the evidence submitted.  YES I KNOW I AM IN TROUBLE AGAIN I MADE A CRITICISM OF FEMALE CONTROL BY EMOTION.  So be it!
My intention is to always be submissive to the spirit’s leading and care little or nothing of the flesh and it’s pleasures.  YES; I HAVE A LOT OF PLEASURE IN MY FLESH but none of it requires immoral conduct or profanity.  My flesh is greatly pleased when I can hear a six year old boy explain why we do not do the SANTA (a cute rearrangement of satan) thing or not even consider the tooth fairy (lie) when his teeth fall out.  It thrills me that the girls from 3 to 8 have not missed the lies of commerce for the season of selfishness and greed.
Yes they like to see all the decorations and lights; however they are well aware of the truth and reality.  I view this as a great pleasure when they will argue with others about the lies of santa and the flesh traditions of spangles, lights and beads.
CHRIST is not the reason for this season.  LUST OF THE FLESH AND COMMERCE are THE REASON FOR THE SEASON; AND ALL THE LIES CONTAINED THEREIN; purely for the pleasure of the flesh our religions created a bunch of lies so they could get more of your love of money commerce.  America’s churches are as corrupt as were the Pharisees who prosecuted and persecuted the MASTER wrongly.  The tradition of celebrating HIS birth is one he never taught or participated in; and there is no evidence of a bible teaching of making the birth the most important commercial love of money holy day in the life or year of our KING.
THE SON OF GOD AND HIM RAISED FROM THE DEAD is given many times as the most important part of his life and the religion based on his life.  Whether you accept the conception as divine or not it would be more important than the birth.  Conception and birth would be done quite privately in their traditions and ours.  Yes, royalty celebrated when conception was confirmed and the love of money royal family of the Rockefellers still start the commerce with conception by establishing and funding the individual trust for that new life.  Isn’t it strangely coincidental that this same money royalty encourage, support, and pay for the murder of your conceptions.
Let me say it plainly.  IT IS WE WHO HAVE ALLOWED; ACCEPTED; ENCOURAGED; ENABLED; AND PROFITED from the immorality of the LOVE OF MONEY and the LUST OF THE FLESH that created Bill Clinton as president to be worshipped above the LAW.  We knew he was an immoral braggart and womanizing abuser before he was elected the first time; and yet; we as a nation elected him twice.  YES WE; I DID NOT DO ENOUGH TO PREVENT HIS ELECTION.  And neither did you.
IT IS WE IN OUR LAZINESS ABOUT TRUTH LAW AND GOD’S WILL who have allowed our churches to decay to such a sad state of commerce and fraud.  We do not need unregistered churches that can yet tell lies from the pulpit to extort the tithes of Levi or recreate the Levitical traditions of priesthood and Pharisees of profit.  JESUS’ church and temple are not marble, wood, carpet and steel.  The CREATOR OF ALL THINGS has no more interest in federal reserve notes and checks than he did in the GRAVEN IMMAGE OF CAESAR ON THE ROMAN COIN "render unto fraud the fraud" but RENDER TO GOD THE FLESH AND SPIRIT THAT IS OF HIS CREATION AND HIS HABITATION as his temple and kingdom.
As I work diligently on man’s traditions called secular law in order to rebuke man by his own traditions just as CHRIST did with the Pharisees (preachers) and scribes (lawyers) of his day it becomes more clear the history once repeated in a sermon by Pete Peters of Colorado.  All new nations are brought forth in a moral rebellion of the people and all fail in the moral decay of the people.  We have exactly the moral character of president we as a Nation deserve.  OH YES; I AM PAINFULLY AWARE THAT YOU ARE THE EXCEPTION; AT LEAST IN YOUR MIND.  And your church is the exception; and even your congressmen are good guys.  Check that beam in your own eye.  We tell our biggest and most destructive lies to ourselves.
SANTA Clause and the other lies of Christ-less-mas are a good place to start in the process of "TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE".  For without that foundation you will not be true to others.  And if you do not begin from a foundation of truth you can not help build a temple in your flesh the KING CAN OCCUPY AS HIS THRONE AND TEMPLE.  Looking at your flesh temple for a moment; If the KING arrived on his white horse, HOW DIRTY WOULD IT GET visiting your temple?
I never could figure out why a mother would not want credit for loving her children enough to give them gifts no matter what the occasion.  This is of no importance to me… THE TRUTH is the only basis for our life, mission, and business of helping you.
WE DESERVE A GREAT DISASTER IN THE YEAR 2000, AND EVERY OTHER YEAR FOR OUR ANTI-CHRIST LOVE OF MONEY LAZINESS AND GREED.  If it feels that good in the flesh it is probably wrong, immoral, and against GOD..
WE AS A NATION DESERVE LOUSY LYING RELIGIONS BECAUSE TRUTH IS TOO HARD FOR US.  OUR PULPITS TELL US WE CAN NOT DO GOD’S WILL AND LAW;
AND BY THAT DIRECTLY CALL KING JESUS A LIAR AND FOR THAT LIE WE GIVE THEM THE TITHES AND OFFERINGS SO THEY CAN LIE TO EVEN MORE OF GOD’S PEOPLE AND EXTORT MORE MONEY THROUGH MORE LIES TO BE ABLE TO LIE TO MORE.  We even send missionaries around the globe to lie to others.
Paul emphasized the resurrection but never spoke of or celebrated the birthday.  It is obvious to even the casual observer that the 25th of december was not the time of JESUS birth.  There is no reported occasion of celebration of birth in Jesus life.  I hope we can look at enough truth to at least put aside the love of money and lust of flesh to stop lying about JESUS CHRIST especially from the pulpit.
You are suppose to train up your children in the way they should go so when they are older they will not depart from it.  Instead of this we as a nation teach the children it is okay to lie about holydays like christmas, easter, halloween, and all the anti-christ jewish and islamic holydays.  What are the children suppose to train their children to do when they have only this basis of lies to begin from?  Judaism was a capitol crime when America was Christian.  JESUS had and taught no tolerance for the lying traditions of the flesh of man.  And to immigrate into this re-gathering of Israel Christian nation you had to swear loyalty to Jesus; even Mary was not permitted this was a SEPARATIST,PROTESTANT nation brought forth to further the Kingdom of GOD in JESUS name upon this continent called America.
I managed, throughout this idolatrous season, to be reasonably courteous to you in your traditions and religions.  You do not give me the same respect or courtesy.
I can assure you that I would like to have the luxury of believing it was right to live lies and be lazy and that as long as I listened to the lies from some pulpit and paid a Levitical tithe I was assured of an easy path to an eternity of luxury and greatness.  HOWEVER THAT WOULD BE JUST MORE LIES AND I REFUSE TO PARTISCIPATE even if it would be easier for your flesh or mine.
We are engaged in a real SPIRITUAL WARFARE of good versus evil; and, WE WILL WIN.  GOD has assured us of the victory by his spirit based on our keeping and doing his law.  AND JESUS HIMSELF SET THE EXAMPLE OF KEEPING THE LAW IN HIS FLESH WALK ON EARTH; then returned as our comforter to guarantee us the power to succeed in doing the easy and comfortable task of doing and keeping the LAWS OF GOD in our flesh and spirit.   We will do the greater work HE ordained for us.
We deserve a great economic collapse just like Jerusalem when the tables of the moneychangers were overturned by our master IN HIS WALK TO TEACH US HOW.  We have such lust we can not do without our greed and usury; SO HE WILL HELP US AGAIN BY DESTROYING greed and usury with the love of money.  When the banks and Usury collapse perhaps we will understand the WILL OF GOD to OBEY HIM and build his sparkling white KINGDOM IN OUR OWN HEARTS.  NO LIES CAN EXIST IN THE KINGDOM AND NATION OF TRUTH.  SO LETS START WITH THE LIES OF CHRISTMAS AND THE OTHER FALSE HOLYDAYS, IDOLS,AND RELIGIONS.

 As you may have noticed I have been rather quiet the last few months.  J C has been very busy trying to keep up with a lot of "garbage."  I am very proud of the time and effort and what he learned during the time he sat at the computer doing the Certiorari for our "miner" next door.  This has really set our minds free and the words Liberty and Freedom mean a whole lot more to me.  Now to keep these children free and teach them.  The 8 year old thinks it is great fun to read the U S Code Annotated to find more abbreviations and what they mean.  She also likes reading about the cases in the books to ask Grandpa about.  She doesn't have a clue yet that we are working as hard as we can to keep her as free as William Wallace, she, her brother, and two sisters are free of any attachment to any state or federal governments, we plan to keep it that way.
 The other three are typical 7, 5, and 3.  Boy do they keep us hopping.  With home schooling, dance lessons, learning how not to be slobs is definitely a whole new challenge in life again.  Just when you thought you would have nothing to do, you get to start over again, love it, no chance to think or grow old here.
 I only hope and pray that you all will learn to appreciate what it is we do to help you understand that freedom is in the heart and mind.  It doesn't matter where you live or what you think you know, you have to be free to follow GOD and His ways and laws or there is no freedom.  If you get a chance to see the "Prince of Egypt" do.  With all the liberties they admit to taking with the cartoon, the message at the end is the Israelites finally free of Egypt and Moses standing with the tablets in his hands - GOD's law = freedom and liberty, otherwise nothing but slavery.
