In recent months and years we see all types of vanities of man. Ecl. 12 describes all these curious writings and books as vanity, vanity. Here is one vain theory for a lot of books. It appears that a lot of people have nothing useful to say. As a result we get vain babblings and causes for concern. Did you know we were still colonial subjects of the crown of England? Even if that were true, so what? What difference would that make in your life? Would it make servitude more comfortable for you? Or would it be more terrible? Which secular master do you choose. GOD is not mocked. And I doubt HE is amused by our follies or lusts. Let's pretend for a moment the Throne of England maintains some power over America. Some say that is the Throne of David and the coronation stone the Pillar of Jacob (that England stole from Scotland first after is was brought there from Ireland) as an everlasting sign and throne in GOD's Kingdom in JESUS' reign. All the kingdoms of the earth shall become HIS Kingdom in obedience and allegiance. The closest this has ever been was the colonization by the European monarchs, primarily England. Wherever Colonization occurred there was the Union Jack Cross of Peace, the Common Law principles of (Christian) Justice, and the Throne of David (JESUS CHRIST). Does this make your greedy servitude to the lusts of your flesh easier? The Declaration of the Mayflower Compact was to bring in and enlarge the Kingdom of GOD in JESUS' Name. Their purpose was to be free from all earthly rule and religious ritual to be servants to King JESUS. Which King will you serve? If you are bond be bond and if free be free. Yet if you can be free from the bondage of men then are you GOD's servant. All the pretenses and lusts as freemen and sovereigns are rebellion against GOD. Servants allegiant to GOD's throne is the only proper role for today. Is England worse than Washington DC as a slave master? There is an heir to the Throne of David; one living reigning heir so all others are pretenders. If that piece of wood and that rock are authentic as David's Throne and Jacob's Pillar, JESUS CHRIST is the righteous King JESUS and it is HIS Throne. If that is the true Throne of JESUS CHRIST it is very proper that we are yet subject. So serve the King and shut up. If that is not the true Throne JESUS is still the true King. The only living King leaves no room for competition from England or Washington D.C. Now let's get the pretenders. How do they get authority? We give it to them. We lust to have it so - - We are wimps that can only whine so we need a constant supply of new excuses to whine over. We whine and cry about the IRS and their terror. We whine and cry about the United Nations. We whine and cry over bankers and banks. We whine and cry over all the alphabet soup agencies. We whine and cry over the welfare we are given and that we demand. We now whine and cry over capitol letters versus lower case. We whine and cry over a gold fringe that decorates the idol of the court rooms. Now we have a bunch of whiners claiming treaties say something they do not say at all. These must have been taking Dave Miller language courses and reading sentences backward for the secret subliminal meanings. In this false religion pro nouns are actually made con nouns, a new form of word or speech. Since lawyers constantly reinvent language for commerce we have to have a way to create as many perversions as they do. We're just jealous of their lies and sins for the love of money. We lust for power just as they do. We use trickery of language to contend against the lawyers trickery of language two ways are still wrong. This is in fact how fragile flesh attempts to attain a role of greatness; even it's own godhood. GOD is not mocked. Only by humble submission as servant to the true King can you escape and avoid the pretenders and sentenced to man. Oh yes, I know you don't do such things. Well if none of us make ourselves so important as to claim freehold, allodial, ownership, or sovereignty perhaps the King will heal our land. JESUS is prophesied to sit and wait until all the Kingdoms of the earth are made HIS Kingdom. GOD alone is Sovereign. If HE is to sit and wait we have a job to do. Will you pretend you are sovereign or submit to the righteous rule of King JESUS. Or sit and wait for Him to do your job, you may not like the job description you end up with. Do you really believe the 536 thieves in Washington DC are better masters than King JESUS or the Queen? Only when we are willing to be counted among those who submit themselves to be ruled over by CHRIST as King is success to be ours. In the "patriots" claiming to be sovereigns is the place where you find all the whining about England's crown. I do not believe their theory of law is in any way correct. I've read the same documents and disagree with what these "patriots" claim is written there and it's effect. However in the spiritual warfare of good over evil the whole theory is of no importance. It will not sell one soul as merchandise. The false profits of sovereignty, freemen, and allod will sacrifice many innocent souls to personal greed. Pretenders can not have JESUS Throne. All pretenders are certain to suffer defeat. PRAISE GOD for HIS Righteousness and HIS Wrath!!!!

Hello JC & Donna/Greetings in our Almighty! Well our computer has a few toys. Email is one. So go ahead and add us to news and save some trees. Thank you for the wonderful dinner on our Lord's Day. Mom in-law has low energy, it was a feat to bring her up. Maybe she thinks you're not as bad as some would like her to think. We appreciate the time you put into your news, and teaching without having to hold back for fear of losing friends or fed reserved notes. Yes, I see much of Levi in our world. You just have a gift of exposing it better than any I've read or heard. I miss our Thurs. nites after John's meeting. We hope to see you soon. We are for Christ's Kingdom here on earth…as it is in Heaven.

ANOTHER LOOK AT SELF EXECUTING:

This doctrine was created and promulgated ten years ago. NCBA was it's advocate and the IRS is grateful for the help. Ten years ago this was the state of affairs, principally due to our lack or knowledge. As our knowledge grows the charity to the IRS is diminished. Ten years ago in the courts there was enough judicial gloss to allow the IRS to cheat and steal without ever being called. Ten years ago we were incapable of correctly arguing the legal requirement for accompanying regulations. There were only a few advocates of truth. And none were competent to litigate the issue. Today there are hundreds of advocates and many are competent to litigate the issues. Because we have for ten years made the argument for the IRS they now demand we prove otherwise competent against them. We have helped create the bad situation and we must accept the responsibility of correcting our error (cause and cure). Now we have created bad case history law and horrible presumptions for our enemy. Now we must go to work to force the beast we helped loose on society back into the confines of the law. Even against judicial gloss we must prevail. Truth can not be denied. Why don't we demand proof by the law? Is it because we can not stand truth? Self executing is suicide and I do not approve we really can win.

TRUST COLUMN:

In a recent meeting this was presented to claim a proper advance relationship. ADVERSE TRUSTEE All Husbands and Wife Complex Trusts are Adversarial Trusts. If someone is questioning the legality of your Complex Trust, the Trustee arrangement, and it is beyond their comprehension concerning the legality of the Irrevocable Trust Trustee appointments (because they think that there needs to be an adverse Trustee) then maybe they could relate to the following explanation. If Anyone questions this system ask them: • Are you married? • Does your spouse do everything that you want? • Have you ever had an adversarial discussion? If They still want to dispute this ask them: • Do you know the divorce rate? • Am I more likely to be right than You? • 1st Marriage over 50%, 2nd over 78%, 3rd over 85%, any questions? Therefore, do we not have an adversarial Trustee scenario? J. C.'s reply: Husband and wife are one flesh and should not be divided. Just because your marriage is wrong you do not get to use it for commercial gain. Husband and wife must be of one accord or the house is divided and can not stand. If you are claiming a Christian life or a Canon Foundation for Contract at Common Law, you must use Biblical principal of unity - one flesh. If your flesh offends you cut it off, but you can not use it for lying about law.

WHAT IS THE LATEST?????

Well, the latest trick the IRS is pulling, is to allocate alternative minimum tax. These rules are suppose to be reserved for large estates and for large profit companies. This one will require some study. However, we have an excellent help on this project. I do not know where this is going. I do not even know where it came from. Most are letters supposedly from Kansas City, Missouri that arrive in envelopes marked Ogden or Austin and postmarked Ogden or Austin. I know the agents at IRS are desperate to feel important (remember in the government shutdown the IRS was non-essential to the function of government, along with agriculture, BLM, Forestry, you name it), but this is ridiculous. According to their own numbers the LLC or Trusts lost money, <$300.00> to be exact. The amount of tax due shown in the letter varies from $2,600.00 to $17,000.00 or more and there seems to be no logic at all. We have had more attention from our pen pals in the last year then in all 10 prior years. If you want a magic solution I do not have one. If hard work and diligence suits you better, then I'm your man. There are seven tax court cases and no doubt these alternative minimum tax items will wind up in some sort of court. Our favorite frustrated agent in Flagstaff is now trying a new routine. Administrative proceeding is the new game. We can't even find any rules for this game. It smells entirely like a big fishing expedition and I'm not biting very good.

Several of you have taken time in the last month to show your appreciation for our efforts in the newsletter. S G from Kansas told me recently that he appreciated me commenting on my famly and using them as part of the teaching. The children are doing great. Today Grandma and I worked all day out in the rain, the oldest two were very good and took care of their own needs so we could work. Brittanie (7) now reads everything she can get her hands on. She has brother John reading at 5. He is sounding out and reading as she did a year ago. Rose at 4 now wants to learn to read. It is great to have the older children help with the younger. Amber is busy being two at the present time. Our travels put her back to being more baby than we appreciate. But then again it is nice to have those little smiles and hugs from them all. We made a trip to Kansas for a wedding. No we can not go to all the weddings or funerals for that matter. This one came at a time we wanted to distract the children from missing Christmas trees, etc. They supposedly came from the teaching that Christmas was not done only we have learned that, that was another lie to keep money coming in from us. This trip had all the adventure we needed. Icy roads were not as big of problem as they could have been. We only drove on ice and snow for about 100 miles on the way to Kansas and 200 miles of patchy ice on the way home. The children got to get dressed up and play in the snow. They left a lot of snow angels in Kansas. Donna and I celebrated our 10th anniversary on the 25th of the 12th month of the year of our Lord and Savior 1997. She is an amazing woman to have put up with me for ten years. The rest of my family is pretty much a mess. No one believes as we do and all are too busy to listen. One niece I had lost track of seven years ago has a real mess and I feel helpless to aide her. One brother and his wife made sure to tell me how they love Christmas, their church, and the tithe. They are proud of teaching their children and others to tithe and file IRS forms. Oh well, most of the time I feel like Abram. I feel that GOD moved me away from all that family stuff so HE could teach me what HE wanted. Any of you feel like you are the outsiders in your family? Do any of you have family who think you are nuts in trying to protect your inheritance for your children? Look up, HE is the one who put you in that place, "one of a family, two of a city." My brother did repeat a story of a discussion he had with our Dad several years ago about false doctrines that are not in the Bible. We brother where is Christmas, the tithe, or IRS forms? It seems to me JESUS never once mentioned Christmas as His birthday, or for us to remember Him as a baby, which are not the same. The only reference to tithing was His chastisement of the Pharisees. It also seems He reformed tax collectors instead of teaching the youth to bow in bondage. See folks your family is not a mess. But mine has several good entertainment's. The children's "father" called in December for the first time in 5 months. Mom finally called after 2 months. She lost another job and is back to part time at a pizza joint in a small town. Now that's real progress for a future. Yes, I'm just rambling. The wedding was nice and the food was good. The sermon before the wedding was one that her Great Grandfather delivered to her Grandparents, then Dad & Mom and they decided they wanted it too. That says a lot for the strength of that family line. We should all be that blessed. I, we really hope for great happiness in this couple. No marriage license and wanting to do home birth with their children. How radical!!!! I bet I have at least one brother who thinks they are crazy for wanting their children to have a choice of freedom to serve GOD rather than mammon. We have two 64 foot mobiles we are putting together as a one big home, with an extra eight foot wide section 64 feet long to join them together. That was our project today, moving one of them over a whole 20 feet, (it rained, water line broke so the tires would not maneuver, then the hitch and ball on the trailer and back-hoe didn't work so I watched my husband move this thing with the a chain on the bucket. Needless to say I was a wreck by the end of the day and he was exhausted, a job that should have only taken a few hours lasted 10). Tomorrow will demand a couple of hours to level that one. Then comes the big part of the project. I think we'll hire a professional or two for the next step. Also in December was the debate over the form of tax. Perhaps we'll include my letter to the Congressmen in a future newsletter. I have decided that you are my family. JESUS told Mary the disciples were His family so I pick you. Yes, of course you have some quirks of your own and I am glad, so do I. In the next few months we're getting Satellite TV. I want to watch ESPN's burden of proof show. Yes, I do watch TV and the children watch also. Grandma and I are very instructional on most programs. She is really far better than I. Oh yeah, art work - on display just before the merchant's holiest of holy days. Now this is art I can support. It is the satire of truth and nothing like the urine in the bottle. Santa hanging on a cross with wrapped gifts all around. The inscription is the satire about commerce destroying the meaning of Christmas. All the merchants who turn what is suppose to be a Christian celebration of the birth of the King into greedy love of money commerce need to repent or be run out of the Christian land (money changers from the temple). Of course it seems foolish to think Dec 25th was the King's birthday. That is not tax time ancient or present. Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles seem far better times for the birth of the Passover lamb of GOD. He was our atonement to buy us back from our whoredoms. He made us pure white virgins without being asked, collecting a tithe or demanding tribute. And we weren't even smart enough to ask or to accept His simple charity. Of course, there is a lot said about the crucifixion of GOD's lamb at Passover (IRS tax time). There is a little about the Ascension, more about Resurrection and I believe everything that came after Pentecost is a witness of His great love, power and charity. JESUS has all power. He even loans or gives us some of it by His own Spirit. He makes us able to overcome all evil even Santa (satan). I like that are work. Perhaps it should be a burning cross for it's witchcraft and perversion. We welcome your comments. We received more comments on the Levi article than on any other we've done in a long time. One Asian Baptist from Kansas wants to defend Levi and Aaron as a good priesthood. Have a nice day. Most of you were glad for the way I exposed and explained. The reason the stone law, carnal command was insufficient is the carnal priesthood of Levi and Aaron. Our Melchisedec spiritual priest has fulfilled all the law and the prophets and condemned those who profit and replaced Levi. If the flesh order of Levi in the carnal commands had been good, JESUS would not have needed to die for you. But then He could not have been glorified in Resurrection and Ascension either, nor could you have received the power of Spirit through Pentecost Remember the law was the teacher for us to recognize our Savior and then it was made a part of our Spirit by following HIS Spirit and being filled with HIS Spirit. Christianity is about the settled facts that JESUS is the only begotten Son of GOD and is raised from the dead we Glorify our King in all power. It is not about birth or a baby, and he never dwelt on the subject. From the very beginning of His ministry He talked about the future Kingdom. That future Kingdom began with Resurrection and Ascension in victory over evil. Now we have to do our part. How can we bring forth the Kingdom of GOD and it's Melchisedec priesthood while clinging to the flesh rule of Levi and Aaron and their commercial tithe? Greater works!! How can we make His enemies His footstool is we are afraid of telling the truth about the past? We can not carry Levi with us into the Spiritual glory of Melchisedec in all power. We can not overcome by carrying on the wealth of mammon's idolatry; or the ornate worships of Levi's rituals. How can we make all the Kingdoms of the Earth His Kingdom while clinging to the abolished priesthood of Levi?

As you can tell this newsletter is a little slow in getting out. The last two months have been unbelievable. We have at least three trials going on that J C is involved in two of them in one way or another the other one we are hoping for the IRS to laughed at again. One is a divorce case in which the "woman" should have been named Clinton when comes to the way she can maneuver and lie to attorneys and IRS, just to cover her own theft. This should prove to be interesting before it's all done. The other is a banking foreclosure, when it is all done we hope to have the client write an article for you all, hopefully it will help you understand the garbage behind the lending business. Schooling is coming along just fine. Didn't think I had it in me, but I guess if I was smart enough to learn in school I could pass it on to them. Only difference is I came from the days of penmanship they will have hand writing people can read. So far it is starting to pay off. We hope you all have a wonderful 1998 and plan to get to a seminar or two. Thanks for your patience and love.
