I struggled through the anti-Christ, love of money, commerce season again (mostly keeping silent) that if it ever acknowledges Jesus, our Christ and KING, tries to make Him back into a baby in a manger. Perhaps that is why HE never told us what his birthday was.. to keep us from trying to make a baby out of HIM. It is bad enough we try to keep Him on the Cross, he did tell us that day; but as a baby… are we kidding someone other than ourselves??? I even managed to stomach the Merry Christmas greetings honoring santa and other commercial lies. How could Christ be Merry with all this corruption about his life and history?

We received a cute email or two that helped with a little humor; and I enjoy songs and hymns that tell some part of the story. A child’s play at school where they had been prohibited from displaying the word Christmas; they turned the m upside down and went on with the story Christ Was Love; of course He Is and ever shall be.

I am forced to mix in a little business with my pleasure….

For those of you who do not get it; I highly suggest you purchase and read Senator Roth’s Book "The Power to Destroy". He said never conduct business with the IRS by phone other than possibly to set an appointment to talk on tape face to face or to demand reducing communications to writing.

I have been working vigorously on coming out of my stupor for weeks; and finally got to the right point where everything else had to stop until I sorted some things out in prayer. Last week I had the pleasure of spending most of a night in special prayer and in the morning the mountains melted away to allow me to see and think again. Yes, I know it was me who built the mountain that was my problem and it was up to me to solve and cast it back into the sea. I have accepted that knowledge and duty and am taking all needful actions to see this error thing gone from us.

I am not all together different from you. I create my most trying problems just like you do; and it is I who must solve them. Fortunately the boss is really helpful to this humble friend servant and keeps all my tasks easy and fun; it is only faithless men who drag me off point and convince me that things are hard or impossible. When I make the choice to believe men rather than God I always wind up in trouble. How am I doing with being just as dumb and disobedient as you??

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for believing in and supporting me in these efforts to again raise our National Morality and Conscience. I am greatly blessed to know so many people of virtue and to serve such a good purpose.

There have not been a lot of current events to talk about lately so we will do some review and some forecasts of future events.

I have to confess that for a few months the lack of integrity in our people and our government has greatly bothered me, and kept me distracted. Now I am getting it back together and will climb, conquer, and cast out this mountain of papers before me. I have so many little annoying challenges and opportunities that for a time I did not know where to go or what to do. Where do you start to climb mount Everest?

At the bottom of course…. SO… I turned the pile over and began again, and this time through I know what to do and have a lot of fun doing the right thing. Where do you start to cast Everest into the sea? Prayer of faith of course.

I expect to get some strange reactions to my NOTICES I have mailed to my bureaucratic employees at IRS. No doubt some will laugh as did Goliath at the whole army of Israel; however his tune changed when David came charging down the hill at him. He may have laughed all the way to the big bang; but he surely died and all the army of the Philistines fled from David. I doubt many of the attorneys are prepared to hear the truth of the law; but hear they shall; and flee they shall.

The evil which approaches us one way shall flee from us seven ways. This is part of the written guarantee of the KING to his Kingdom Citizens. ME TOO PLEASE!!

PLEASE BE AWARE: you do not have to hide or be excluded from the battle, or the certain victory. Where the spirit of God is there is Liberty. I do suggest that the mothers stay back from the battlefront to nurture, teach, and protect the children; let us ugly old men get dirty and bloody in this one; it is our proper job.

I am thankful for all of you who have called or emailed and encouraged me at the exact right time; God works in wonderful ways through HIS people of faith. From Oklahoma to Wisconsin I have been greatly encouraged; like Christ my greatest difficulty is in my own home town and with my own flesh.

Divorce remains the ugliest enemy of truth and trust. Man and woman alike turn into something weird when that subject arises to destroy a family. One man wants to give everything to the IRS, abandoning trust, truth, and the children while another fights for his son having been deprived of visitation for 3 months or more.

Both wives went off the deep end with theft, lies, abuse. Menopause is a cruel thing when women do not keep good control of their bodies, diet, and mental attitude.

FEBRUARY 17 SEMINAR IS TAKING SHAPE: I am back on track and moving forward with vigor or is it vengeance. Our victory is certain for our cause is just, Almighty God fights evil for us. He has already conquered all evil and guarantees us victory in this spiritual warfare.

We will discuss several proposals for help in the legal area; and we now have real help in the financial area with Paul ready to serve and help us. He is glad to be back on the team with a real purpose and ability to help; and I am very glad to have his help and contribution to our knowledge. We will all be better and stronger because he has returned to us in this way, with this acquired knowledge and ability. Come prepared with your financial and insurance questions; lets test him out early in his career.

We have been directed to two new legal help groups not previously mentioned;

First was Joy Foundation, another service to assist us in executing all the peaceful redress paperwork to verify we are not a part of the subjects to the tax, and to enhance our other liberties. This one appears to have a good spiritual basis for their actions; and a strong reliance on Divine Providence. I like the connection via jon@1starnet.com ; he is a friend and brother who often stimulates my spirit and thought to make me better and stronger in the LORD.

I have also been contacted for seminars by an organization out of Puerto Rico who claims to be able to teach us how to do all our litigation more efficiently. This one leaves a lot to mystery and merits further investigation which I hope to complete before I see you again. Essentially it is $1500 for a 40 hour seminar over 4 or 5 days, coarse materials and support help. Prices on support have not been disclosed at this time, and the claims of what can be done in 40 hours seems a bit optimistic.

We are working on hotels that are convenient; however we are in the peak tourist season for Arizona and all hotels are a problem.

There is a local motel in Black Canyon City that other visitors have stayed at without complaint; it is Mountain Breeze 623 374 5361. Motel 6 on Bell Rd near I 17 is about the closest, along with Bell Motel, Red Roof near the same intersection advertising $49 rates. And there are a bunch of new motels and suites near the 101and I-17 intersection; Country Suites and Budget Suites among them. This is 30 miles from Black Canyon so you need a car or a ride. We will try to have you picked up if needed.

Donna is taking care of lunch, drinks, etc. so all complaints will be dealt with appropriately. For some of you this is less convenient; for me it is easier and less expensive so I am passing the savings back to you. 60 will fit in the room; however 50 will be more comfortable; we have recently been in the 20s to my dismay.

FASTING AND PRAYER… MY LATEST INSIGHT

Last week I received a new inspiration on the subject of fasting and prayer, as well as the meaning of obedience.

Too simple to take much space but very important. Some of you have no problem prioritizing and putting in hours of prayer to go along with your fasting. There was a time when a four or five day fast was easy; and when hours of prayer were much easier (though likely often praying amiss for I already had the answers I was seeking and just being too lazy to apply them). Now I have a hard time getting by one meal because my wife is certain to fix something I really like as soon as I tell her I intend to fast, and I fear hurting her feelings if I refuse her offering (feeble excuse for my weakness; she is always supportive of my study and effort).

I did make a connection that Jesus mentioned Fasting and prayer together; my little insight is spend the time you would preparing or eating the meals you fast in prayer so they are truly linked. I do not fast often for answers I already have and have just been too big a coward to apply; or too lazy and selfish.

Ben Franklin called in the local clergy for a three day "season of fasting and Prayer" during the constitutional convention of 1787. Whether we argue that the result was divinely blessed or cursed as a polluted compromise does not matter the prayer was answered; historic notes suggest they prayed for a workable compromise and got what they asked for in short order. The history of the federal compromise constitution and its value to the Kingdom of God and the "Liberties granted" will remain a serious debate for centuries to come. Neither side attained their goals but the system works quite well when divine providence remains a strong reliance of a "wholly righteous and moral people".

Perfect Liberty by God’s Perfect Law needs no constitution or compromise. However as Mr. Adams reported the constitution was "adequate for a wholly righteous and moral people and inadequate for any other". I certainly believe we are not a wholly righteous or moral people. Thus comes my call for fasting and prayer to restore Americans to their righteous and moral heritage; heal our land by making God First; and restore our "liberties Granted by Almighty God" which is the basis for our delegation of authority for all government "just needs of the governed".

The people could not delegate authority that was not derived from the simple "liberties granted by Almighty God". Rights are doing the will (fulfilling HIS desires as our duties by HIS grant of power and authority) of God.

The states could not delegate authority that was not first delegated to the state out of the people’s rights in the "liberties granted by Almighty God".

The United States can not delegate to agents or bureaucrats what was never owned by the people in the first place as among the "liberties granted by Almighty God" and must function as President Bush repeatedly said by the "rule of Law".

The purpose of fasting and prayer is the "rule of law" by accepting God’s Kingdom governance in our personal, family, community, church, tribe, and national existence. As we seek and accept the governance of God’s Righteous Kingdom in our lives we attain the liberty of asking for and relying on Divine Providence in all these areas of HIS creation and Kingdom.

We have the RIGHT OF GRANTED LIBERTY (duty) to go before the throne of God boldly because of Jesus himself being our advocate AND PURCHASING THAT RIGHT. Little practice has ever been applied in going boldly before the throne by RIGHT secured by Jesus, and we are called heretics if we are expecting results when we boldly go by RIGHT. We have often enjoyed ridiculing those who are more brave and bold than ourselves and even claiming their results are a fraud. I try very hard to not think of myself more highly than I should and to build you up at every chance you allow me; however, I am certain all of us have much to learn about our rights and boldness in the justice of Kingdom Rule.

I was inspired to look at reality concerning healing and health. What must we do to turn form our wicked ways and repent that HE may do his part? Can we really expect great healing miracles when we refuse to even follow HIS simple FOOD LAWS? Yes, there will be a vigorous argument that was old testament times and we are under grace. Wrong again; grace concerns salvation and sacrifice not intentional repeated breaking of God’s Rule of Law.

WHAT DOES WERE SIGNIFY? "By His stripes we WERE healed". Okay; how about TOOK? "He TOOK all our infirmities and diseases". PAST? DONE? How can it be we are so sick and frail? Could it be our own false doctrines are the problem? Yes of course it is.. We lie to each other and ourselves to get the sympathy for being poor and afflicted. Do we really think salvation is free cheap and easy but health can not be had at any price? How silly this is to me. " The God who gave us life gave us Liberty" from sickness disease; and he did not even need to die for disease; the stripes alone were enough for our healing; even before, and without the crucifixion. WOW ME TOO!

Could it really be we have become so obese because we violated God’s casual suggestions about what was food and what was unclean? Boston Harbor is a good example of why God imposed rules on our diet. During the Decaucus campaign he was ridiculed because his environmental programs were such failures emphasized by the stench in Boston Harbor. Later the oyster beds were replanted and allowed to provide the purpose for which God had created them; cleaning up the water from all our pollution. We did not have a great thyroid problem until we adapted the oriental (eastern) eating habits for crustaceans, clams, oysters and sushi of scavenger fish and shark.

When my People who are called by my name will (choose and do)……. Then will I…

OBEDIENCE MUST BE SOMETHING YOU WOULD NOT DO OF YOUR OWN FLESHLY COMFORTS.. SPIRIT MUST BE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE FIVE SENSES OF THE LUST OF THE FLESH to truly obey.

There are so many wonderful thing God has given us to eat and simple instructions how to avoid the evil and appearance of evil. I am amazed at the arguments that come forth to justify intentionally wrong behavior.

"What God hath cleansed let no man call unclean". God cleanses HIS People from sin and the wages thereof; there is no sign, scripture or suggestion that HE cleansed the swine into which HE cast the demons, nor any of the scavengers of land, sea, or air. There is no scriptural reference whatsoever to suggest that HE changed or appealed his laws on food animals and unclean animals. I find it interesting that Hogs and Horses, both unclean, sterilize the land they inhabit with their own toxic waste while cattle, deer, goats, sheep, chickens fertilize and restore the earth. If the hoof and waste are poisonous to the earth do you really need it in your body?

We have the RIGHT of heirs to go boldly before the throne to ask for binding of men by their confessions, even President Bush who has openly and repeatedly confessed Jesus and Christianity. And because it is a right we should expect great results. Both going BOLDLY and expecting RESULTS are acts of obedience for most of us because we of ourselves are scared of God’s Throne and feel unworthy.

My lovely wife recently caught on that we have RIGHTS with God before His throne not just privileges. "What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer" is a false doctrine and misrepresentation of our heritage and inheritance by the only true testament of Jesus Christ; there is no testament without the death of the testator. In old Covenant and new Covenant those are Rights. We have a RIGHT TO GO BOLDLY BEFORE THE THRONE WITH EVERYTHING, and expect God will honor his word for "whatsoever we shall ask in my (Jesus) name" "shall be done unto you (us)".

Ben Franklin asked for a workable compromise between federalists and anti-federalists and received it; had they prayed for God’s Righteous Kingdom Government that too would have been done.

The drawback to BOLD RIGHTS is that you have to be conscious of what you are doing and asking. "Sometimes I thank God for Unanswered Prayers" needs to be most of our theme song for we often pray amiss. James wrote that "our prayers are not answered because we pray amiss"; thank God that our Friend King Jesus says "NO" to protect us from our own follies and vanities. "The fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" is well balanced by amiss prayers that availeth nothing. GOD is always true to HIS word…we seldom act righteously.

Why do we see so few results? Our own lack of faith and expectation. If we go Boldly by Right before the Throne and ask for a Right thing we should know for certain results will follow. We are the problem; and fasting and prayer are one thing we can do to overcome some of our error causing the problem.

Going BOLDLY BEFORE THE THRONE IN EXPECTATION IS A SIMPLE ACT OF OBEDIENCE BY GOD’S PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY AND WE QUAKE IN FEAR AT THE IDEA of this simple obedience.

We fear that kind of obedience because of all the lies and false doctrines we have been taught all our life through organized doctrinal commercial religion.

It is simply a lie to say we do not have the right …Jesus changed that.

It is simply a lie to say we are unworthy………..Jesus changed that.

It is simply obedience to be bold by the rights wherein Jesus hath made us free; it was His plan, His choice, and HIS RIGHTEOUS KINGDOM TO SO DO!!!!! Thomas Jefferson said "the God who gave us life gave us liberty". MEE TOOOO!

PLEASE JOIN ME IN FASTING AND PRAYER FOR THE HEALING OF OUR NATION AS WE GO ABOUT DOING GOD’S LAW IN THIS PLACE.

How shall we achieve in this nation created for the furtherance of the Kingdom of God a wholly righteous and moral people if we do not set the example of Holy, Righteous, and Moral actions?

How many will it take to bring about real change???

Just a few more is all I can say. In Abraham’s generation there was one righteous man; and that was enough for God to do marvelous works.

In Noah’s generation there was one man perfect in his generations (bloodline) and God worked mighty Miracles through he and his son Shem.

Gideon’s army was 300 out of at least 5 million Kingdom citizens of Israel.

King David was one obedient man while tens of thousands were cowards.

Jefferson and the boys were a tiny vocal minority that brought about the revolution.

Jesus was one very special man in his generation and changed the whole law and earth; then said we would do greater works. We continuously call him a liar by our actions of disobedience failing to do greater works.

Samson was one man who killed a thousand with the jawbone of the ass.

All the heroes and great events in Scripture are performed by one man or a very small minority of peoples. That is how this REPUBLIC IS DESIGNED TO BE..

Why do we think we are so much better than all of these servants to the KING?

Why do we flee in fear from the paper tiger of ritual government; it is bound by its own chains of traditions, rules, and policies that make the laws of God and Congress of none effect and every time we stay on point and truth we will win by the guarantee of GOD because it is right that we should win when our cause is just?

If we but accept the fact that this government is an illusion created by man that operates by the rituals of pretense (rules of practice) we can begin to grasp our place and reality. "Governments are created among men (of the people, by the people, for the people) to serve the just (wholly righteous and moral) needs of the governed. We recreate government every year out of our fear and love of money; for like Bill Clinton it promises us comfort security and safety with mammon from the economy.. We reelect the incumbent 84% of the time for fear a new or unknown officer might be worse than the criminal unrighteous tyrants ruling us before the election, or just because we are too lazy to find out what the new candidate stands for or plans to do as our servant.

We are afraid to trust God; after all he only created the heavens and the earth and all that in them is; what has he done for us lately?? Can you grasp how really dumb this attitude is for a "Christian Nation of believers"? 78%+ of loyal Americans surveyed last year still claim some form of Christian belief system or organized religion.

How can 50% of the Christian population support a "Party" (sounds like fun to me) that openly advocates murdering babies in the womb, or on the way out of it? Must be the Christianity is a second religion to economy and love of money.. For Jews it is even worse if they really believe the stories and events of WWII. Murder in the womb is a Hitler tool.

God said "I put before you life and death…choose ye therefore life". How can anyone claiming a relationship with the "God of the Living" choose death? 78% should have been the minimum margin of victory for the party opposing murder in the womb. Go check out the TORAH and the Pentetuch; the statement of God’s law that not one jot or tittle could pass away before all things are accomplished; if two men were fighting and stumbled against a woman who was with child so that she lost her burden they were to be put to death, that is murder.

Ashcroft will face a hard challenge in the Senate confirmation hearings simply because he is not a coward and openly speaks the truth about murdering babies in the womb. Every Christian should strongly support him in word and deed; even your prayers and fasting.

All the candidates who are for fights of the people over the government will face strong opposition. And the first political issue brought up by the opposition (satan) is abortion.

A Christian government should oppose all murder, and certainly not murder innocent children in the womb. I am not at all convinced that this government should protect us from just punishment for unjust actions. Publicly funded birth control should not exist especially in the form of abortion.

I look forward to positive changes from our new Secretary of Treasury, Secretary of Interior, and many others who have enough moral conscience to oppose such a barbarous act as abortion. In any woman of conscience it destroys child and mother as few ever recover from their guilt.

Government must stimulate our conscience for right and moral behavior by punishing the breaking of laws, and for that job Ashcroft will be an excellent performer.

Israel and Palestine; Could it be that 5 presidents prior to Clinton were all wrong about Arafat? All 5 prior presidents classified PLO as a terrorist organization and it was only the trashy whoremonger liar and womanizer Clinton elevated Arafat to the status of head of state. No, I am not a great supporter of Israel, for the israe-lies are no more the chosen people of God than Arafat the butcher (religion does not a people make). Counterfeit and thief is more how I would classify that bunch currently occupying in Israel. Show me one scriptural evidence that these beggars who extort from the USA by false doctrines is the people who bless all nations of the earth as God marked Abram. America, USA, is the only nation to ever come close to filling that bill of blessing all the peoples of the earth, and together with our brothers and forefathers of western Europe we add up that irrevocable covenant description by our works.

TWO WRONGS DO NOT MAKE A RIGHT! The wrong and error of Palestinians added to the wrong and errors of the jews inhabiting the land called Israel still adds up to wrong. AMERICA TAKES ON THAT WRONG BY OUR SUPPORT AND FALSE DOCTRINES TAUGHT IN THE CHURCHES. Wrong added to wrong added to wrong is still wrong. The IRS helps us out with this false doctrine; in senate testimony in 1998 an agent of your government said when you do three right things together it becomes a wrong. God is not mocked or pleased with us seeing how big of pile of coals becomes cool (Romans 12). Do we really think throwing money at antichrist immoral behavior will solve it? Those love of money whores have us right where they want us; sending them money to do more wrongs while we call it right. Choose good!

If Israel is the national embodiment of the Israel of scripture they should be sending us bibles, preachers, and money. Where is the evidence?

YES, I KNOW, I AM SPENDING A LOT OF JUICE ON RIGHT AND WRONG AGAIN. HALLELUJAH!! This is our most important task and what we must do to be known by our works as wholly righteous and moral people who deserve to be left alone with our liberties granted by almighty God.

News from afar..

One man who has followed NITE.org methods of dealing with the taxation issues has been notified he is under criminal investigation. This is not a time for panic but rather for supporting prayer. I do not have all the details, and it will be a long drawn out process before all the details are known unless government suddenly develops a method of hearing and responding to truth. Essentially the situation arises from 4852 and 8275 filings, much the same as we are doing. No doubt it is a scare tactic to try to run us off. It is however having a wonderful result of bringing a little humility to Thurston. It will be better for all of us in this spiritual and political and legal warfare as it develops all tied together by our OBEDIENCE IN FAITH.

TOTO is the nickname given to the next press club meeting in Washington DC to be held on February 17, 2001. It’s purpose is a strategy meeting for how to better affect the public media and opinion about the issues of proper and legal taxation.

To date 11 notices have gone out to specific people starting with local attorneys and extending to the commissioner and Treasury Inspector General. If I am to be harassed for telling and advocating truth lets get the big boys involved; I want the biggest giant available; the champion of all bureaucrats. I will wait on the Secretary of Treasury until he is confirmed for the new administration.

We have both opportunity and necessity of new attitude and action in a strict law enforcement justice department so I will delay mailings to Department of Justice until Ashcroft is confirmed. Very likely there will be significant changes in how business is conducted with government over the next year.

Oh yes; I must remember to address Jubilee and the Generation of the Millennium. I want to take this space to make an argument against what seems to be another false doctrine about the Righteous King.. Jesus was likely 40 at his death and coronation as King. History and research now admit Pilate died in 4 BC and that had to be after his order to kill all the children in Bethlehem 2 years and younger. 40 is the correct Age for the generation and fits with all the number systems in scripture. Moving forward we would have started the millennium generation in 1993 leading to the actual start of the third millennium of HIS DOMINION or Reign in 2033. So hang on to your hats this next 32 years should be an interesting ride. It must lead to the restoration of all things "in Jesus Name".

The fact that historians and priests and emperors got it wrong does not matter to me; I still boldly and obediently want to get it right.

"Just" seems a very limiting word to use in prayer yet it is often added by young and old alike. Are we trying to tell our loving generous daddy this is a small thing we are asking for? Or are we suckered into the false doctrine we are coming before him by privilege? What relationship does just have with boldly and rightly as heirs of the promises? If I am to be perceived by the throne as obedient I need to substitute boldly for just. I know it is easy of come up with carnal circumstances and doctrinal excuses; all those are stumbling blocks that must be removed and cast into the sea on our way to the throne BOLDLY BY RIGHT OF INHERITANCE.

"Our weapons are not carnal but made mighty through HIM who strengthens us" needs to be added to our understanding along with the rest of that verse "and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shall condemn".

Donna came across the Ferrar Fenton translation of the prayer Jesus taught the disciples to strengthen their prayers. It requires action and faith on our part not a free ride.

"Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God". We win because He won and guaranteed us victory by our faith and obedience.
