have a tough time competing with out of state money which jacks prices
up. We also thought governmental regulations need to be more responsive.
Christopher Madrid: The
Community Housing Development Corporation Association is a vehicle that
taps many Federal resources, that talks about housing. We don't have that
initial input. May we can move that forward.
