Things SOMEONE Should Do for YOU
When You're AWAY...
HOW TO KEEP YOUR HOUSE LKING 'LIVED-IN'
WHILE YOU'RE AWAY:
BEFORE YOU LEAVE:
1) Make sure that your pets are taken care of by a qualified pet nanny, like myself...
2) Contact your city police to ask for additional nighttime patrols.
WHILE YOU'RE GONE, MAKE SURE SOMEONE WILL:
3) Keep yards and surroundings clean. This is very important after storms. (Pick up any newspapers or fliers, too.)
4) Check water system for leaks. Flush toilets and run faucets, too.
5) Check inside and out for anything seeming 'out-of-the-ordinary.'
6) Check doors and windows to make sure they're locked.
7) Make sure security bulbs are burning, and replace as needed.
8) Water inside and outside plants.
9) Run washer/dryer and dishwasher at least monthly during long absences.
10) Whatever else that needs doing...
