Overall grooming for all breeds: I suggest that you bathe your cavies once a month, if possible, because this can really help keep bacteria away from them, and anything else that might harm them. Also, please clip your cavies nails once a week, or once every other week at the latest. If you don't clip their nails, they can curl under their feet and damage their pads, and even make them crippled.
