A sudden 'fleche'.
Fencing is the fastest martial sport.
If you want excitement and the health benefits of strenuous exercise, if
you want the joy of physical training and competition, then the Olympic
sport of fencing is made for you.
Fencing can help you acquire the reflexes of a boxer, the legs of a high
jumper, and the concentration of a tournament chess player. The sport develops
your agility, strength, speed and cunning. And, because it's action-packed,
it's known as the fastest martial sport of them all. But the best thing
about fencing is, it's fun!
Try it and see why we say that nothing turns you on like fencing.
Our programs meet all the needs of the recreational
fencer, but those who choose to become competitive
will be able to train on a daily basis.
