A little Background:
In 1979 I was dying, I cried out to the Lord, in Prayer one night and He came to me. That night, He showed me that He was the Almighty God. He healed me, and delivered me from every bondage. Then Baptized me in His Holy Spirit.

I went from being a man walking on the face of the earth, with one foot in Hell, to a man walking on the face of the earth, with one foot in Heaven. It was just like the day of Pentecost for me. For the next seven months, He held me apart from this world, teaching me and revealing Himself to me.

During that seven months time, I was praying one day and vowing my allegiance to the Lord Jesus Christ. I could sense a moving in the Spirit around me, suddenly, I was caught up and taken into another time. There, the Lord showed me my work and ministry in the future. It was a tremendous experience. Since that time, the Lord has had me on the road to that Vision.

While I was down in Argentina, during the Falklands War, working for N.B.C. News, the Lord began revealing these ancient and remote villages to me. By the time He called me into full time ministry, He had talked to me about these people, on three different continents. These kinds of people make up at least half the population of the World. He told me that no one cared for these people but He cared.

For two years, before He actually sent me into these villages in the mountains of Asia, He dealt with me continually about going. It was a day and night thing. Even though, I had vowed to go anywhere, anytime He wanted, I didn't really want to go. He was showing me what I was to do there. I had already spent some time in the area, He was calling me back to.

The first night that I spent in an Asian village, I was kept awake all night by the most horrific sounds. It sounded as though the pit of Hell itself had been opened up. It was loud; there was no way for me to sleep. Every one was sleeping peacefully. My ears alone, were opened to hear this awful demonic activity. I knew that as a witness of the Lord Jesus Christ, I wasn't welcome there. The Devil was telling me to leave. I spent the entire night, pleading the shed Blood of the Lamb, over myself and everyone there.

God was not calling me to a picnic this was very serious. These villages are remote. The roads and bridges that you had to travel over were treacherous. There was no electricity, only a few small motorcycles. The houses were made of wood, elevated about 5 ft. off the ground, with pigs and chickens under the floorboards. The food was not palatable to the western taste. The people there were Buddhist and had been doing things the same way for over 3400 years. I had already heard the demon activity over that area, warning me not to stay. And I would be carrying into these places, the Gospel of Jesus Christ that threatens Kings and Kingdoms, for the first time. And I suddenly, seemed to be the enemy of the Church because the Lord had told me to go to His people, for help with finances. As I said, I really didn't want to go.

During this two years, while the Lord was dealing with me and preparing me. He began to speak something to me I had never heard before. He was telling me over and over again, "I have called you to be an Apostle, after the Order of Paul". I had never heard this before, anywhere. I had a great deal of trouble receiving that. I too, had heard that the Apostles were no more, and I didn't see anyone calling themselves Apostles. The Lord in His patience and longsuffering, began dealing with me about my wrong thinking and wrong doctrine. Then He confirmed it to me, in many different ways.

For eight years, I evangelized and ministered in these remote villages. For five of those years, while ministering to these poor villagers, the Lord talked to me almost continually, about His Kingdom and His Church. He told me to write down, what He was telling and showing me. One time, He showed me a Vision of the Gospel going forth in the Earth and then all these black hideous creatures would fly to attack it immediately. They all had names and I had seen these spirits at work many times, trying to stop me.

Another time, the Lord appeared to me partially silhouette, with a brilliant bright light behind Him. His appearance and voice was Power and Majesty. His voice was like the Apostle John described in the book of Revelation, a Voice as of Many Waters. I listened to Him as long as I could. It shook me to the very core of my being. I found myself, after what seemed like a long time, covering my ears, closing my eyes and trying to get away. When it was over, I knew that it was absolutely essential, that I fulfill everything the Lord had given me to do. The honest truth is, I knew, that it was a matter of Life and Death. I am convinced that if the Lord appeared to any Congregation and spoke to them in the same way, people would be running for the parking lot. It was powerful. Make no mistake, we will all, stand before Him, in His Full Majesty and Power.

The last year I was in Asia, the Lord was telling me to build a Mission Center to the Indo-China region directed to the countless villages and to go towards the Vision, He had given me. Then one day, He told me He was going to take me back to America. After I had settled in Charleston, the Lord began telling me to write the book He had been imparting into me, for the last ten years.

I was held apart from everything by the Lord, for the sole purpose of writing the book. It was quite an experience.

While I was working on the book, I awoke one morning, about 5 am. I arose, went into the bathroom. While I was washing my face, I heard the Lord calling my name. I was not fully awake. I didn't really want to wake that early. I went back to bed. As I laid my head on the pillow, I heard the Lord call my name, again. His voice was insistent. This time, I responded to Him by saying "Yes Lord?", then very clearly He said, "Gather together My Apostles". This woke me up, with a jolt! I didn't understand, but I knew, I had to have the understanding. So, I began to ask the Lord to give me clear understanding. He spoke to me again and said, "Gather together my Apostles from around the world, into one place and time, as has not been since the days of Pentecost". Now, I'm wide awake and full of questions. But the Lord spoke no more about this to me, that day.

For the next three days, I sought the Lord on this matter. On the third day, while in prayer, I asked Him, why do you reveal this to me and what do you want me to do? Then the Lord finally spoke and said; "I have given you the understanding and wisdom, to discern who is and who is not an Apostle unto me". Then, He told me again, to "Gather My Apostles". Then I asked Him about the time and place. I was surprised at His answer. If I had any doubts that we are in the very last days, this answered all doubt for me. This was very exciting to me.

It verified to me, that the Lord was about to Empower His Church, for the Final Chapters of the Book of the Acts of the Apostles. I saw that He was going to do another work in the Earth, that would rival or surpass the Early Church. I was also aware, that just as He started with His Apostles before, He would do it Again, After the Order of His Own Ways.

As one who is called to be an Apostle and knowing how much the Lord has been talking to me about His Church and His Kingdom, over the last five years. I must believe, that right now, He is imparting direction, wisdom and giving Commands to His Apostles around the world, concerning His Kingdom, and concerning the Final Harvest of Souls.

This would be consistent with Acts 1:3 & 4; His being seen of them forty days giving His Apostles commandment and speaking to them of things pertaining to the Kingdom of God. We know that He was getting ready to pour out His Spirit on them and birth His Church. Now in the end times, I have heard the Spirit of God, tell me, to… "Gather together My Apostles from around the world into one place and time as has not been since the days of Pentecost."

This indicates clearly, that the Lord is getting ready for a New Move of His Spirit in the Earth. To pour out His Glory on His Church. We must be ready to receive what He is about to do.

I know this is a bold thing to speak. I wouldn't do it, unless I was absolutely sure it was of the Lord. The Lord spoke this to me while I was working on the book. I know His timing, was such, that it would be in the book. This book and this publication, is the First Call, to all the Apostles around the world to contact me.

For this reason, I believe that the book I have written and these publications are important to the Body of Christ. The Lord will not use those who resemble the Pharisees. He will not use those, who are trying to walk out their faith, while deceived by that Harlot, Mystery Babylon (Rev. Chapters 17 & 18). It is not a light thing to the Lord, for you to slay and persecute the offices of Apostles and Prophets.

Remember we are coming closer to that time, when God is going to deal with His enemies once and for all. We are also coming into a time, when God will move in greater power, so that in His Great Mercy, the World will know Him and Jesus Christ, whom He has sent. We have walked in such a time of Grace, that many can't understand the severity of God. I was blessed enough to have experienced the fear of His Severity, first hand. It has made me stronger. In no way, do I believe that this dispensation of time will just pass away, under the status quo of the Churches today.

The status quo of the Church today, is likened unto total chaos. Most of the Order of God has been done away with. There is very little interest in the overall health and purpose of the Body of Christ. God's agenda for the Church has been pushed to the end of the list of priorities. Most of the Churches have no use for the Evangelist, Prophets, and Apostles.

We must hear the voices of the Apostles and Prophets of God. THE TIME IS SHORT.

Those Evangelist, Prophets, and Apostles, who have received fresh messages, are not sought out and they are persecuted by the Churches.

All the time, the Lord was talking to me about the condition of His Church, He was talking to me about teaching and preaching Order in His Church. It never ever occurred to me, that it was important to Gather His Apostles. It never occurred to me, until that morning The Lord God spoke to me, to Gather His Apostles. When I heard this, I knew that it was God's wisdom for restoring Order to the Church. We are called to Unity in Christ but Unity is not possible without God's Order.

In Dec. of 96, I was watching a Preacher on television talking about the former and latter rain. He was talking about the Glory of God coming on the Earth in the Last Days. Suddenly, the Lord speaks to me and says, "I have given you the Key, to Unlock my Glory and the Final move of my Spirit for these last days". Until that moment, I had not thought about the Gathering of His Apostles, as the Key to Unlocking the Glory of the Lord, for the Last Days. That day, I felt like one of the richest men who ever lived. I knew I had been very blessed by the Lord. I felt a great joy in my Spirit. I understood the significance of this KEY.

The King of Kings has ordered a meeting, literally! He should surely, be able to do that, according to His Own Ways and Leading. I will do everything in my power and in His Power, to see that He gets the Meeting, Just the Way He Ordered it. I am not naive, the question is can His servants put aside their pride and differences, to see this come to pass? Can His servants, get involved, just because it is for the good of the Kingdom and for the King? I know there will be persecution. It is not denominational, and it can not be a Whose Greater Ministries Event, it is not about reputation. It is Kingdom of God business. It is, directly for the Gospels sake and for Jesus sake. I have been ordered to move quickly.

Satan does not want this meeting to take place. I am not talking about a few, Apostles and Prophets having a conference. I am talking about, a concerted effort, to reach all of the Lords Apostles, on every Continent. I have the Lords wisdom and leading pertaining to this. From the beginning of this Call, I have also known what Satan's counter attack would be.

This commandment from the Lord to me, to Gather His Apostles from around the world, must be taken seriously. It is to the benefit of all in the Body of Christ and the entire Kingdom of God in the Earth.

This is a serious matter, I wouldn't want to be one, who opposes this, out of doctrines of men. I wouldn't want to be one, who tries to take this over, as though it were spoken and commanded of him, when it was not. Because this would only cause confusion and division. It would only serve the cause of Satan. This is very dangerous. This needs to be done, with the utmost of Integrity and without the traditions of men and devils.

We must, as a Body, make the best-concerted effort possible under God, to get this message to the Apostles and the entire Body of Christ, in the Earth. We must make this effort, to begin to restore God's Order in the Church. As we do, I am convinced that we will be Blessed as the Lord meets us there. It is the Time of the End. We must obey God, in His Wisdom.

One night, before going to sleep, I questioned the Lord about the message of Gathering His Apostles, and teaching on Calling the Church to Order, after all, it is not a part of the Status Quo. It is very important and it has already changed the direction of my life and ministry. I wasn't looking forward to more persecution. God knows, I've had more than my share. As I laid down to go to sleep, I heard him say, "This is not a time like before. It is the time of the End". Then in my spirit, it kept bubbling up. It is the time; It is the time... I arose almost shouting; It really is the Time! Jesus really is coming soon. REJOICE IN THE LORD OUR SAVIOR, The Lord Jesus Christ! I have tried in this newsletter to quote exactly the words spoken to me by the Lord. They were delivered in such a way that I cannot forget them.

This means every man, woman and child on the face of the earth belong to Him, they are His people now. If they are not saved; they will be cast out of His presence forever, they will perish.

The work of taking the Gospel into all the world, is the very love of God manifest to the World. I have heard the Lord tell me, that anything, that hinders the Gospel, is an Abomination. Satan is behind, every hindrance.

This dispensation of time, is the only time that the souls of men can be saved. There is given under heaven, No Higher Priority, to the Saints of the Most High God, than to take this Gospel of the Kingdom of God, into the uttermost parts of the earth. I believe that all the resources of Heaven and Earth, are at the ready, for those who will walk in the Order of God, understanding the Priority of this AGE.

When Jesus appeared unto His disciples, before He ascended into heaven, He was already Glorified and King of all. In Matthew 28:18-20, When Jesus said, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. This is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords issuing a Royal Decree to His Subjects, in His Kingdom.

If this seems so basic and offends you, please forgive me. But as Christians, these basics are also our priorities. I've seen too many examples of the Church moving away from this.

Jesus Christ of Nazareth is Alive, He is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is still seeking, the Lost.

Jesus is the Head of the Church and regarding the Gospel, which is still the Mission of Jesus, He has chosen and ordained men, to whom He can impart His direction and visions, for taking the Gospel into all the earth. These men work for Him and are responsible, directly to Him.

These men are separated, and called apart, from everything else. They are Bond Servants of the Lord Jesus. Before Jesus ascended to be with the Father, He spent time with His Apostles giving them clear direction for what to do, after they received power from the Holy Ghost. Acts 1:2 Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the Apostles whom he had chosen. We don't know what the commandments were to each Apostle. But we know that until the day he was taken up, He was with them and leaving each one, with clear instruction. The Lord has not changed.

Here we see Jesus after His Crucifixion and Resurrection appears unto His Apostles for forty days. He doesn't stay with them continually as He did before. He doesn't preach to the multitudes, like He did before. He doesn't heal the sick or cast out devils, like before. He doesn't confront the Chief Priest or the Pharisees, as He did before. Instead, the Glorified Lord, spends His time giving His Apostles commandments and speaking of the things pertaining to the Kingdom of God. He was making preparations, for the launching of His Church, through the Holy Ghost. His Apostles would be responsible for carrying out His Will. If you thought the Apostles were not important to the Body of Christ and to the work of the Lord in the Earth, you can see here, that the Lord thought, they were very important. Many saw the Lord during this forty days. But only to the Apostles, did He give commandments, direction and speak of things pertaining to the Kingdom of God.

This is why Satan has gone to so much trouble to plant false doctrines, that would cause the office of an Apostle to be null and void to the Church. Direction is given to them directly from the Lord, for the direction of the Church and for taking the Gospel into all the world. They carry within them Visions and Commands from the Lord. The Lord, is the one who sits on the circumference of the World. He has the wisdom and direction, for taking His Gospel to every creature. If these Visions and Commands given by Him are not fulfilled, many in the world will perish who should not. Proverbs 29: 18 Where there is no vision the people perish: but he that keepeth he law happy is he.

The Apostles and Prophets were always intended by God, to be a normal functioning part of the Body of Christ and the Kingdom of God on this Earth. To elevate these men and their calling, to a level of Deity, is wrong. It is a Sin. The only Apostle to walk sin free and perfect, was Jesus, the first Apostle. No man can stand under these false doctrines. By doing this, we show that we have missed the point of the Testimonies of the first Apostles. We have missed the point of their Relevance to the Gospel going forth in the Earth. By being in agreement to this kind of thinking, we are allowing, and yes, even helping Satan, to rob and kill off an important part of our Body the Body of Christ. It robs the Lord, of His Holy Ordained Way, of Ordering His Church.

In my life and walk with the Lord, He has talked to me extensively about His Kingdom and His Church. He has given me many commands, visions and dreams that are given directly for the Gospels Sake. I have been separated from everything else in this world. I understand that I am a Servant in Bonds to the Lord. When the Lord Healed me and Saved me, I gave Him all. We should not think it is a strange thing, that He would hold me to it.

I am very aware, that I must do all that I can do, to perform the commands and visions the Lord has given me. If not, many will perish who don't have to and their blood will be on my hands.

Ephesians Chapter 4:11--14 He (the Lord), has given some, Apostles; and some Prophets; and some Evangelist; and some Pastors and Teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.

This scripture is clear, that all these ministries, given by God, will remain until or Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. This would indicate that they will remain until the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

There are many in the earth today, with the same or similar testimony. The Lord has been discussing the Affairs of His Kingdom with them, just like He has been doing with me. It is not peculiar, that the Lord would, in these Last Days, want to Gather them together into one place and time, as has not been done since the days of Pentecost.

For almost two thousand years, the Churches have denied, slain and persecuted the Apostles and Prophets of God. This has been done by the teaching of satanic doctrine planted in the Churches.

The Lord has told me, that He has had Apostles and Prophets in every generation, but because of false doctrine, they have not been able, to stand in the Authority of their office.

Luke Chapter 11 verse 47-51-- Woe unto you! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and your fathers killed them. Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres. Therefore also said the wisdom of God; I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute: That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation; from the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

In these scriptures, the Lord is telling us, that by slaying and persecuting the Apostles and Prophets, the blood of ALL the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation. This is very serious stuff, you may have read this and thought this is only to the Pharisees. No, it is to all of this generation, as well. If it were not possible, that we could be as guilty and be cursed with the same curse as the Pharisees, the Lord would not warn us so carefully about the Leaven of the Pharisees.

Let me ask this question, how can we be blessed, entertaining false doctrines, that removes and separates Apostles and Prophets called and sent out by God? Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

The Kingdom of God has come. It is in the earth now and has been, since the day of Pentecost. It is within you. The promise of the Father, the Holy Ghost baring the New Covenant to mankind, cut with the Blood of the Lamb, came in like a mighty rushing wind. Because of the Victory of Jesus Christ through the shedding of His own blood in His Crucifixion and Resurrecting victorious over death, hell and the grave, man can now enter into the Kingdom of God. Praise be to God forevermore for His great salvation!

I have spent eleven years of my life residing in earthly Kingdoms and twenty years of my life in the Kingdom of God. In the kingdoms of the earth, the kings appoint men to take care of the different aspects of the kingdom. For example, they might be called the Minister of the Interior, The Minister of Agriculture, The Minister of Communications etc. These Ministers will set up and run the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Communications. These Ministers might even be able to pass laws concerning their responsibilities to the Kingdom they serve. The King would have the final word on everything. The population of these kingdoms are subject to the Royal Decrees and other laws approved by the King. To rebel against a Royal Decree is to rebel against the King. In many countries in times past and even today, this could literally cost you, your head.

These are examples of earthly Kingdoms. What would happen if you, as a citizen of one of these Kingdoms, decided to do away with the appointed Ministers of State appointed by the king of that Country? You would become an enemy of the King, a revolutionary. The King would then bring all of his Armies if necessary against you, to stop this lawlessness. You would be an enemy of the King and his Kingdom. Could you expect to be rewarded by the King? I don't think so.

And what if there had been a rebellion in the Kingdom and you were still faithful to the King? How would you help the King restore order in his Kingdom? You would listen to and follow the orders of those sent by the King (the offices of Ministry appointed by the King) and the King him self . But you would not listen to or help those who are of the rebellion. Isn't that right? It is Satan that has rebelled against God. When you slay and persecute Apostles and Prophets you are helping the rebellion against God and His Kingdom.

Like the Kings of the Earth, God has appointed ministers over His Kingdom in the Earth. They are Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors and teachers. Each one of these five callings, are to be given by the Lord not by man. The Lord prepares each man for the office that he or she is called to. There is an anointing from the Lord for each appointment. We cannot and should not try to interfere with this Order of God.

I would like to draw another parallel. In the earthly Kingdoms we have described in this chapter, I used examples of Ministers of State appointed by the King. Let's say the King appoints this one man to be Minister of Communications. The King calls the man to present the appointment. The man says to the King, O King I am not worthy of this high office, I accept it in full humility. But I do not want the rest of the population to know that I am the Minister of Communications. After all, they will think that I have too high a regard for myself. Now, nobody in the Kingdom knows where the Minister of Communications is. You can't find the office. Would that country have a good communications infrastructure? No. I know that this is ridiculous, but this is the way we do God, in His Kingdom.

There are many in the Kingdom of God, who are called by God, to be Apostles and Prophets who will not tell anyone. I am sure the persecution from the Church has something to do with it. But they have bought a lie that says it doesn't matter.

In an earthly Kingdom, if someone responded to the King in this manner the King would just say forget it. We will find someone else. After all, the King is trying to get the job done. It is no different with God. He has a job to do and He knows who to appoint, for each task at hand. The difference with God is, He calls and trains men even from birth, knowing their destiny. He will not repent of calling you, so it is you who will have to line up with His Will, take responsibility for your calling. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Romans 11:29

Remember, you are a citizen of the United States or whatever your country is and a Citizen of the Kingdom of God. Your citizenship to a nation here on earth, now in this time, will end when you die. Your citizenship in the Kingdom of God is for eternity. Therefore, it is to our advantage to be Kingdom minded now. The affairs of the Kingdom of God are our affairs. The Lords business is our business and our business is His business. Amen. His Mission is our Mission.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ really does threaten Kings and Kingdoms it is a serious and dangerous matter. It is a matter of life and death, both to the ones who receive the Gospel and to the one who brings it. In every respect, the Gospel is A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH.

Living like this sometimes makes it hard to watch the complacency and lack of regard for the Gospel, among believers.

Let's take another example: In your city there is a thirty-car pile up with many injured and dead. The State and City, they spare no expense to save as many as they can. Every resource at hand, helicopters, rescue operations, manpower, jaws of life, Doctors, Nurses, hospitals all thrown into motion, sparing no expense to save even one life.

But what of the eternal souls of men that can now be saved. How does the Church of Jesus Christ respond and they are the only ones who can bring these life saving necessities to these men everywhere. The Church has laid on it, the greatest responsibility ever given to any men throughout history. Can we take it as a light thing? Can we consider it just as an optional function of our weekly activities? The Gospel really is a matter of life and death.

What would happen to all the officials in your city, who were made responsible to take care of these emergencies, if they would not spend any money to save even one life. After all, there is no budget for this, at this time.

Would the population of the City reward these men for protecting the money, for being such good stewards of the money? I don't think so! There would be such a loud cry of indignation coming from that City, that it would be on News Casts all over the world, that same day. Wouldn't their neglect, be likened to murder? And everyone responsible would be looking for a new job, in a new City, and a new lawyer to defend them, from all the civil suits and criminal charges. Is this a fairly accurate description? Look at our function in the earth from God's perspective. Make no mistake, God will judge these things and does judge everyday. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required. Luke 12:48

I have given you these analogies, to give you a working understanding of the Physical and spiritual workings of God's Kingdom, so that we might be able to serve Him, as we are supposed to. I think many in the world call the Church hypocrites because they seem so often, to oppose themselves and the one they claim to serve.

On June 9, 1996 while I was in Church, a member of the Choir, began speaking in tongues, it was loud and penetrating. As the tongues ended, I actually saw, what can only be described by me, as the Cloven Tongues of Fire, it traveled quickly, from the front of the Church to me and then hovered over me. I began to expand on the inside. I could feel the power of God all through me. Then the message was given to me. The message to the Congregation was this; "I am the Lord thy God in whom you live, dwell and have your being. Surely, perilous times have come. Lean on me trust in me. Have I not said, that I will never leave you or forsake you even unto the end of the World?" I write about this, for two reasons. This is the first time that I was actually allowed to see these Cloven Tongues of Fire, darting across the Church. On the day of Pentecost they saw the same thing. And Secondly, as I spoke, Surely Perilous times have come. I could feel a great emphasis on these words, as they verified, that we are in the Last Days. 2 Timothy 3:1, This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

The ultimate Restoration is the Lord God, Restoring this world unto Himself. But it begins in His Church, now in this time. Restoring order and Direction to the Church, is the first step. The Church without Order is weakened and yet all of creation is waiting. The return of the Lord is Eminent.

As we begin to recognize, understand and correct those things that are out of Order, then the Lord can and will restore power to the overall Church. False doctrine, doctrine of devils and men, can never be blessed by the Lord.

The Lord has told me to start this Publication. The Lord has talked with me extensively about Publishing the Gospel in video and the written word.

No one but the Lord, knows how many Apostles there are in the Earth today. Some will be in need of financial help to come to the conference. They are not all American, some will need sponsors, to help them get a temporary visa, so they can attend. Many will claim to be Apostles when they are not. This is a big job.

This is where the second part of the vision the Lord gave me back in 1979, is implemented. This is where, I saw a panel of elders interviewing a man about their calling and ministry and then sending him into my office. I concurred with them, that this man was indeed called of God and then we helped him. This Vision is written about in the first chapter of my book. In order to obey the Lord in Gathering His Apostles, we will have to do our best to discern who is and who is not an Apostle. This is also the main reason the Lord gave me, for calling me to this job.

I have put together a Panel of Elders, like I was shown in the Vision. These People are spiritually mature enough, to hear or read the testimonies, and discern whether or not they are called to be Apostles. We will have to discern and seek the answer from the Lord concerning each one. This must be handled with integrity in the Spirit of God and without the traditions of men.

There really isn't much time, considering the World Wide Scope, of this Mission.

Many in the Body of Christ do not understand. There has been no good teaching on the subject. For the most part, the Churches have had no use for Apostles, Prophets and Evangelist. For this reason, this publication and the book, is an important tool, for the restoration of God's Order in His Church.

All of us, in the Body of Christ right now, in this time in History, are truly a privileged and blessed people. We are going to see many things that many generations of believers did not see. The Lord really did, choose to birth you into this particular time. I hope as you read this, that it has brought you to a better understanding. I hope that you can see clearly, How important it is to fulfill this Command from our Lord to me, to "Gather My Apostles".

If there was ever any reason, to let go of all division, I believe it is now, to obey God, in bringing a sincere desire before God, to restore His Order in His Church. So that He can pour out His Glory, for the Former and Latter rain.

It is not possible in this one issue; to discuss all that the Lord has given me, about this time.

As Saints of the Most High God, we must be Kingdom Minded. We must understand the Priority of this Age and what our part is, in the Building of the Temple of God.

If you have questions about Apostles. Or if you have trouble receiving this, I really suggest that you order my book "Gather My Apostles" it is not in the book stores. I am sure that it will answer many questions for you. Not only about Apostles. It is written to restore the Blessings, Order and Power of God, on the Church. It really is an important matter. You must have good understanding.

I must ask each of you, to help me in this work. I know that I know that it is ordained of God. I need your financial help to publish, to advertise, and to communicate with the Lords Apostles on all the continents of the earth. This is a big job. I am asking you to partnership with me, in the fulfilling of this Kingdom Business.

This is not just an Apostle thing, it is a Body of Christ thing. It is Kingdom of God business. On the day of Pentecost, there were one hundred and twenty souls in the upper room. Only twelve were called to be Apostles. In the first day, there were three thousand added to the Church.

Please let me know, as soon as possible, if you would like to be at this Gathering of the Lords Apostles. I believe that those who have the wisdom to help bring this together should be in the best position. And I will be able to keep you updated.

If the Church, will receive the Apostles, that are on the earth today, and purpose to help them fulfill the direction, that is given to them by the Lord, we will see the World coming to the Lord in a way, that has never been seen before. We will begin to see the Glory of the Lord, manifest in His People, His Church. The Apostles are necessary to the Final Harvest.

Consider this carefully, to keep your true calling of God a secret is not humility, it is not wisdom. It could be viewed by God, as deception or cowardice. If a man is going to walk in the power and Authority of his office, he must be willing to stand in that office. There must be a warning given here, that it is a serious matter, it is dangerous to call yourself something the Lord did not call you to be. It is the sin, of Presumption.

Churches, for eight years. Where I have been walking with the Lord, there is only your relationship to Him and obeying His voice and leading. My very survival has depended upon this. I hope you can understand, when I say, that this is not born out of vanity or a desire for recognition. I have been led by His Spirit for twenty years, around much of this World. I do know His Voice.

Christmas of 1995, after returning to America, I was praying one morning, for a job and a new beginning etc. I prayed for almost two hours that morning. Every Christian and every circumstance was pushing me to quit. After I finished praying, the Lord spoke to me and commanded me to continue in the path of the ministry. He told me, that I had clear direction and If I didn't continue on, I would die. He let me know that He didn't provide another door for me. I didn't mind the idea of dying, but dying in disobedience and rebellion to the Lord, scared me. From that time, He has held me apart like a servant in bonds to the Lord Jesus Christ, to write this book that He has been imparting to me, over the last ten years. And to hear His new direction.

I know that the Lord has taken me off the Mission Field, for this time and for this purpose. I hope and I pray that as you read this short message, that you have a new and deeper understanding. I pray that you will have the wisdom, to help in every way you can, with this Gathering of the Lord's Apostles.

To any, who might read this and think that it is arrogance. Please understand it is not arrogance, to testify of the great things we have the Lord do in our lives and in our presence. It is not arrogance, to speak the things the Lord commands you to speak. It is not arrogance, to perform the work the Lord has commanded you to do. It is disobedience, not to. That is a great sin. If something like this sounds so great, it is because He is Great and does great and mighty things among us. To receive the things of God, given to His servants as arrogance, on the part of that servant, is to not understand. And It tries to rob God of His Glory, that should return unto Him.

It also makes the life of that servant much harder, because he has no other choice, than to obey the Lord. It hinders the work of the Lord. We must understand.

Hopefully, we will be able to publish other Apostles and Prophets soon. It is important to publish what the Lord is saying to His Church now, more than ever.

Only the cause of Satan is served, when we are apathetic about the affairs of our Lord's Kingdom. We are citizens of His Kingdom now and His business, is Our business. His Mission, is Our Mission. We serve the Cause of Christ. Amen?

My life and ministry is completely dedicated to this work. Those who hold on to the traditions of men and devils will miss out on the greatest time, in any period of history.

Expect Great Restoration in every area of your life, Spiritual, Physical, and Financial.

The Lord has told me to get this book out to the Body of Christ, as quickly as possible. I know the sacrifice and work that has gone into it. I know the many hours the Lord, has talked to me about the information in this book. I remember the Lord, asking me to bring and lift the book up to Him, to Be Blessed by Him, after He said, it was finished.

He has told me to move as quickly as possible in Gathering His Apostles from around the World. He has told me to begin this publication.

Begin to pray now, for the success of this Mission, So We can Give the Lord the Meeting He has ordered. Pray, against any opposition. Pray for all the finances that are necessary.

The Lord told me to get on the World Wide Web with this message. Through the Word Wide Web we can reach many around the Globe. The response has been very good. I ask you, to do what you can, towards spreading this Command and this Message to Gather the Lords Apostles. I have received many questions. Many of those are covered in the book  "Gather My Apostles" In the book I discuss the subject of Apostles and Prophets extensively. I believe this book will bring things into perspective for many. Particularly regarding the importance of recognizing and practicing God's Order for His Church.

Satan most assuredly, doesn't want this Gathering to take place. But it shall surely happen, it is the Will of God for This Time.

I encourage and exhort you to actively participate, in the move of God to Restore and Call His Church to Order. We are in a short window of time where the Love, Mercy and Grace of God, can still be manifest to the World, before all Hell breaks loose on the Earth. The Lord in His Mercy, is Calling us to Order. There will be no other time like this.
