This page is dedicated to how John and Annie met and fell in love ...

In August of 1998 I was sitting at my computer being bored, and depressed. My life was at a real low and I was fighting off anxiety attacks as best I knew how.

Then right on my screen popped an IM from some guy named ... "Wav3" ... what kind of a name was that? He said he had sent me an email a few days back about Stress, and Depression ... of course I did not remember it at all! But here was this guy ... my very first IM from any one ... and it was a salesman!

I was in a totally loveless marriage ... could see no way out ... and can't even hope for a flirt from an online stranger ... so I get a salesman ...

Well, I was so intrigued by this new technology and also very lonely ... I let him sell me some vitamins that he said I really needed. He was right.

Through our new friendship I discovered that his name was John and that he was a single Christian guy in need of, as he said .. "a good woman". Well I knew I was a good woman ... but I told him I would check around with my girlfriends for someone special for him!

Well things in my life went from sad to sadder ...

I decided that I could go no further in my marriage ... it was time to call it quits.

Through all of my emotional trauma having to tell my husband I didn't love him and we needed a divorce ... I had a friend who was there all the time for me ... he listened to my cries and satisfied my lonliness.

After my husband left I felt a burden lift off of me ... I needed to talk to John. It was then that I shared with him all the inner joys I felt for him ... I really blew his socks off! That I had never intended to find a girlfriend for him because I knew someday he would be mine! Through a miraculous chain of events we were going to meet in person ... the man that I knew I loved from the first IM ... would be coming here to see me!

His Life Was Golfing and Computing ... Now His Life Will Include Me :)

I rushed home early from work the day he was to arrive ... November 16, 1998 ... a day I will never forget. He has never left since. He drove into my yard in his black Camaro ... and stepped right into my arms ...

We are so bonded to one another that we feel and think the same things. It is truly as though we are one flesh. There could never have been a match made anywhere between any two people that was more perfect than ours. We truly were a gift to each other from God.

It makes our family complete for me to have a 5 yr old son that absolutely adores John. I told John that I love him enough to lay my life down for him ... but more important than my life ... I freely give him my son, Marc, to love as his own. My wedding gift to John will be that after we are married we will adopt Marc into "our" marriage and I will give Marc another name ... Marc will be changed to Marc Cody ... what greater love can I have for him than to give him my Baby, to be his daddy for all time and have Markie love and honor him as he grows in his care ... and to name him after him?

John, my Angel ... I love you so ...
