You get One on One training in your home or office for a nominal fee of $35/session.
Each session is about 3hrs (depends on your skill level) & will cover the following:


Email - sending, receiving, Replying and attatching a file
Address book - setting up, and organizing your address book
Bookmarks - Bookmarking your favourite sites, editing & backing up the bookmarks.
Search Engines - Learn to find what you need & get the most from your searches.
Download - Saving files, extracting, and installing them.
Images - Saving images
Sounds - Saving sound files
Text - Saving & Printing text, and forms
Netscape Settings
Changing Providers - Setting up a new net connection
