History of the Wu-Tang

In ancient times, the shaolin monastery was a home for righteous monks to study Buddhism. An Indian Buddhist priest named Tamo taught the monks how to master their flow of chi or life force meditation; Tamo took it upon himself to bring the monks bodies up to a standard worthy of their intellect. Tamo formulated a set of exercise styles based on movements of 18 animals in Indo-Chinese iconography, as the monks became more skilled with the basic routines, defensive combat-elements were introduced. These exercises became famous as the Shaolin martial arts. Every style was varied and adaptable, providing the monks with a series of exercises and defensive procedures appropriate to their individual bodies. Some preferred to study the wild but regal movements of the Tiger style, others opted to master the martial arts of Shaolin Crane. Over the centuries the styles developed and solidified with certain arts incorporated the use of swords.

Most difficult of all styles was the Wu tang sword. And a true master of this technique was invincible in battle. The monk's enemies the Manchurians wanted to learn the Wu tang sword but no Manchu knew the secrets behind the technique. Long ago, one young warrior advanced through all 35 chambers of martial arts. When a student mastered a chamber, he was given a gold tooth. Each chamber taking the disciple closer to invincibility. This disciple's smile displayed a mouthful of gold. And there were no more chambers to master, so he told the Abbot he wanted to start a 36th chamber. For this the tradition demanded that he fight his master with the brotherhood silently watching.

He feared the Abbot, never before had he encountered an opponent that had advanced platinum status. The Abbott's fangs had diamonds to blind the eyes of his student, testing their vision as well as their focus. Although he was the best of his class, the brave warrior lost to the Abbott's invincible technique and he was sent away from the monastery.

This Warrior started to teach the Wu tang style to his sworn enemies the Manchurians. The Wu tang clan were rebels against the ancient temple. With their unlike whirling sword, twin sword and drunken sword, the Wu tang sword was invincible. The eventual goal was world domination. The rebels believed that they would be able to build an unbeatable army of Wu tang swordsmen, if only they could rid themselves of the monks and be free to use Wu tang aggressively. The rebellion was successful, but the grand design remained unfilled. They were torn apart from each other but the legends says that the descendants of the slain monks would one day rise up against the clan for revenge their betray. And that the legendary Wu tang clan would be reborn to finish their ageless plan of controlling the universe.

In November 1993 the spirit of the ancient warriors returned as the deadliest Hip hop clan ever, straight from Staten Island a.k.a. Shaolin the Wu Tang clan strikes again.

This is my version of the 36 chambers known as the Wu-Tang clan. 36x10=360 which is known as perfect. Which is exactly what the Wu is perfection. 9 members with nine diffrent chambers of styles has lead them to the top and the has the whole world screaming WU-TANG!!! If they are together as a group or making induviual albums you can bet that it's going to be a best seller. And on all of their cameos on other peoples singles it has been a hit. Currently the Old Dirty, the Gza, Raekwon and Ghostface have solo albums and Method Man and the Rza has two out,but they are all planning on releasing a second one to thier list. When thier albums drop you can be sure for instant success and a line at the record store. Much props to them because without them none of this would be possible.
