There exists on this world many problems and much confusion -- gangs, corruption, greed, drugs, broken families, materialism, unfulfilled destinies, and untapped talents. No matter how many police are hired or laws passed, the problems will not be solved. These problems will continue to grow until the mass consciousness of the world realizes the root of all planetary and individual ills is spiritual. The revelation that is being gifted to the planet by Celestial Overcontrol is meant to bring a healing  through ascension science (the fusion of science and spirituality), the understanding of the physics of rebellion, and the establishment of  Divine Administration on this planet, Urantia.

Gabriel of Sedona is the human vessel used by Celestial Overcontrol to bring through Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation (CFER). Gabriel of Sedona shares the Mandate of the Bright and Morning Star with his complement, Niánn Emerson Chase. Both of these souls have started many of the spiritual renaissances in the past history of this planet

After Simon Peter proclaimed that Jesus was the Son of God, Jesus later replied: "This is a revelation of the spirit of my Father to your innermost souls. And when, therefore, you make this confession by the insight of the spirit of my Father which dwells within you, I am led to declare that upon this foundation will I build the brotherhood of the kingdom of heaven. Upon this rock of spiritual reality will I build the living temple of spiritual fellowship...and while my Father's spirit shall ever be the divine guide and mentor of all who enter the bonds of this spirit fellowship, to you and your successors I now deliver the keys of the outward kingdom—the authority over things temporal—the social and economic features of this association of men and women as fellows of the kingdom." (The URANTIA Book, p. 1747:03) That is what is happening in Sedona, Arizona under the Mandate of the Bright and Morning Star and in the hearts of true believers. We are establishing a spiritual kingdom on earth. A place where new concepts are being taught and a new society is beginning to emerge that are based on the cosmic revelation of Christ—one that unites all religions and unifies all people.

The purpose of these pages are to introduce the viewer to the differences between native Urantian souls (Urantians) and starseed souls. Starseed is a term used and defined in Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation (CFER) to designate mortals, originally from other universes, who have been born of human parents through the repersonalization technique. There are seven orders of starseed. Urantians is a term designating ascending sons and daughters whose planet of origin is Urantia (earth). Most people on this planet fall into this category and are souls who are experiencing their very first life. Some Urantians, however, have interuniversal genetics which is explained in The Cosmic Family volumes.

The difference between starseed and Urantians is soul age and experience. However, because most starseed are of the fourth-order, meaning they fell into the Lucifer rebellion and are here for their rehabilitation, they are experiencing the effects of their choices. These pages are an attempt to awaken the starseed to who they are and to help them come out of rebellion and recognize the divine authority that is now being re-established through theMandate of the Bright and Morning Star.  In this way they can utilize their soul experience in the highest way for the benefit of humankind.  Another essential fact that the planet needs to realize is the significance of origins. Knowing your spiritual genealogy is important and will help you recognize your cosmic family and your place within it. These pages and the facts revealed in them are to help you discover yourself, attain your destiny, and know God on a more personal level.

I would like to end by honoring Gabriel of Sedona and Niánn Emerson Chase who hold the Mandate of the Bright and Morning Star and who have made the spiritual spatial environment of the community of  Aquarian Concepts possible.
