"But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us"-2 Corinthians 4:7 This is a verse that has impacted a lot of our lives. But I want to challenge all of you for a second I was talking to Ace, A friend of the band, and he told me once to look beyond the verse. At first I wasn't sure what he was talking about until I truly looked "beyond" the verse. Read this carefully. "e are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persectued but not forsaken; struck down but not destroyed-always carring about in the body of the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body."-2 Corinthians 4:8-10 Guys, Jesus is or only hope. We sit here everyday and talk about Jars and what wonderful things are going on with them and how they are applied to our lives, and I urge you to think that about Jesus. Because we are weak and earthen vessels that are being pressed to the point we
shatter but Jesus' Body was broken for us so that we may withstand the pressure. I truly believe that the Lord blesses those that perserver, and if we perserver we can withstand any outside oppression. Please send time thanking our Lord for His broken Son and specifically for Jars and the way that they have ministered to all of us.
