CONVEYORISED INFRARED DRIER
STARLINE Infrared drier is used for physical drying of screen printed material. Infrared finds its applications in printed circuit boards, metal printing, hybrid micro electronics, solar photovoltaics, curing printed fabrics, offset printing, paint backing, preheating, lacquer coating, TV tube coat curing, motor varnish curing, curing sprayed shoe leather, Dehydrating in food industry, glue/adhesive curing, binder curing on non-woven fabrics, curing laminations, and numerous other applications. Available in single or multiple chambers as per applications, each chamber in this conveyorised equipment is provided with infrared quartz lamps. The temperature is controlled by individual thyristor with digital display with an accuracy of +\- 10C. Transport conveyors are stainless steel sprocket driven or balanced weaved friction driven, teflon coated fiberglass belts, sprocket & chain driven rollers, designed as per the requirement for handling each type of the curing material. The conveyor speed is variable and digitally controlled. Centrifugal blowers are provided for adequate exhaust. Axial flow fans are provided to cool the cured component for easy handling. Standard models are available with 350mm and 690mm conveyor width. Safety protections like overload protection, single phase preventer, system interlock, emergency mushrooms and indication tower with alarm are provided. Accessories like nitrogen flow tubes with meter for curing solar cells, component counters etc., are provided as per customers requirements depending on the product that is cured. Special Infrared driers can be developed for individual drying applications, equipment are custom built as per the requirement of the customer.
