These are the Audio Fanfics we currently have in production. They are listed, in the order they were requested and started, from top to bottom. The higher up on this page a fanfic is, the higher priority it has. That means we will be working hardest to fully cast and complete stories higher on this page. That also means that someone (a voice actor, director, or staff overseer) who is working on multiple projects should put their energy first towards the highest priority fanfic they are currently working on. However, you can request any open roles on this page, regardless of where they are in terms of priority.
The numbers are not a guarantee, however, for what order the projects will be completed! For projects with multiple chapters, only the one chapter that is being currently worked on and that chapter's cast will be listed on the prioritized list. We limit it to one project/chapter per author on this numbered, prioritized list at a TIME to keep things from getting too wild, however!
On the other hand, you can have as many EXTRA projects going at once as you wish. Extra projects are listed on their own page and will all be automatically considered the lowest priority, and no extra project will be prioritized above or below any other. For projects with multiple chapters, ALL the chapters after the one currently being worked on will be listed on the Extra Projects page, along with the entire cast list for that project. Once an author's numbered project is completed and moved out of the current projects list, one of the extra projects or an entirely different fanfic can be added to the bottom of the prioritized list as the author's next project. Likewise, when a chapter in a multi-chapter project is completed, the next chapter will be moved onto the bottom of the prioritized list, until the project is completed.
Anyone can request a role that says AVAILABLE, UNLIMITED, or PENDING. Pending means that another actor has inquired about that role, but he/she has not been cast yet. In the case where multiple actors request the same role, it is solely up to the project director to decide who is cast. You can also request to direct any project where the Director's status says the position is available.
One of the projects, or a particular role, catch your eye? Feel free to request a role by contacting the director and/or staff overseer of the project! If the director's name is a clickable link, it means they have provided an email address (listed at the top of their profile by their director credit) and they'd like you to contact them if you're interested in their project. If the director hasn't provided an email or the project does not yet have a director, you can also contact the projects' staff overseers (Razzle or Sauron Gorthaur).

Audio Fanfic Projects will be in one of two stages of production. The statuses are as follows:
1. Current Production. (The audio-fic is still in the casting phase, and there may or may not still be available roles. Voice actors in roles that have been cast are already recording their lines.)
2. Post-production. (All lines have been recorded and sent in, and the fanfic is just waiting to be put together in the Audacity program and posted on the site.)
As of August 1, 2014: We have revised the time limits for actors to get their lines to us after they are cast in a numbered story or chapter. To read the details of our Re-casting Policy and Time Limits, please visit our Help Section under question 11.
