Redesign is the revision in the appearance and function of property. Allison brings her expertise and artistic flare to assess the esthetic design while her associate Karen Butler contributes her creativity and problem solving to the function of the space and addresses issues such as clutter and storage.

Redesign neutralizes the existing décor to ensure that the property appeals to all buyers. Often owners become indifferent to their surroundings and are no longer sensitive to the first impressions of potential buyers. Redesign is also geared to the home or business owner who wants to use what they already own to decorate their space with a designer look.

Redesign is similar to traditional interior decoration in that the client’s personality and style are the driving force behind the design however client’s existing furnishing and accessories are used for most of the design. The redesign will also address organizational issues to improve the functionality of the space.
