Hi everyone! In case you've wondered what has consumed me the past few months, here it is! The house is in Argenta, an old area of North Little Rock, AR. It was built in 1926 and is just under 1600 sq feet. It was in OK shape when I bought it in August, but we decided to gut it and start from scratch, installing new wiring, plumbing, HVAC, and an addition on the back of a 2nd bathroom and laundry room. The great part is that it still had all of it's original woodwork (doors, trim, windows, baseboards), so we've been able to preserve all of that. Check back every couple of weeks and I'll keep you updated on the progress!
Dad
My dear ole' Dad helping me tear down the roof over the shed. It was rotten, so we are replacing it. The area is about 15X15, has a brick floor, and is just off the back door to the house, so it will be great for a patio. It connects to a small shed and 2 car carport.
