The Fruitbat
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz. Crushed Ice
- 1.5 . Bacardi Limon Rum
- 3/4 oz. Coconut Rum, Malibu or similar
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth and frothy.
- Serve in a rocks glass
The Stellar Melon
- 2 oz. Midori (for best results, keep the bottle in your freezer overnight
- 6 oz.Hansen's Kiwi-Strawberry Soda
- Pour Hansen's over the Midori in a frosted highball glass. Made properly, you should be able to see the bubbles move very slowly upward, since the chilled Midori raises the viscosity of the drink, at least at first.
The Peachy Kean-O
- 2 oz. Southern Comfort
- 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 11 oz. Chilled Orange Juice
- A splash of Grendadine for color (optional)
- Pour ingredients into a pilsner or similar glass in order.
