        On the year 70’s, it was the year of MATRIAL  LAW there are so much violence involving Politics, competing who are powerful and influential. In some Universities there are problems that similar to the outside situation. The FRATWARS some collaged base fraternities are competing each other in who are the best and they ended in chaos. the birth of Epsilon Delta Sigma on Nov.28,1978 was a change because the founder used the fraternity in services to the people and not in violence, but unfortunately in the year 80’s the group weakens its foundation due to inactiveness of some members, others graduate and got married. On the year 1987 the group was revived but the name was change to ALPHA Brothers (AB). Still it did not last longer because it was involved in some riots until this late 90’s five former members of EDS have there reunion and discuss about fraternities and then come up with conclusion to make a strong and influential group that will bind them with the essence of BROTHERHOOD, JUSTICE, PEACE AND EQUALITY. The PHI OMEGA CHI was establish on Dec.19,1990 in UREL, Banilad Mandaue City and was constituted on the same date & year. It was called “PHIOXIAN or Knights of PHIOXIAN.
