much of the quality,
i.e. sharpness of the reproduction, depends
on the crisp
focus of the original, and its size.
in some cases
i have recommended to reproduce only as postcard or 5x7.
the reproduction
will not show the sepia (brown) tone of the original,
unless it is
sepia toned after printing (for an extra charge).
