GENERAL CONSTITUTION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT MONTICELLO ART CLUB
ARTICLE I.
The name of this organization shall be the University of Arkansas at Monticello Art Club and shall be referred to as such in all official documentation pertaining to this organization.
ARTICLE II.
The purpose of the UAM Art Club is to provide an organization to promote and develop art appreciation and cultural awareness on the UAM campus and to support the UAM Art program.
ARTICLE III.
Section 1. Membership in the organization shall be open to any student, faculty member, or staff member at the University of Arkansas at Monticello who has paid his/her dues accordingly.
Section 2. Faculty and staff members shall receive only associate non-voting memberships and shall not hold office.
Section 3. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, age, handicap, national origin, or sex shall not be permitted.
ARTICLE IV.
The teaching staff of the UAM Art department will be invited to serve as advisors.
