Rules and Guidelines

1. You agree to receive Email from TexasDarln and any other staff member we have on this list. These will always be the only people you will receive mail from on this list. You agree NOT to TOS TexasDarln or any other staff member of this list for any mailings you will receive. If you do, you are in violation of TOS agreement.
2. A REMOVE ME link is always provided in every mail we send. Please allow up to 48 Hrs to be removed. Please use it when you would like to leave the list.
3. This is a Tag Contest List Only. You MUST make the tag entry yourself. Participation is a must. You are required to enter at least 1 contest per month. Voting participation is expected. If a list leader notices that a member is not voting regularly they will be warned & possibly removed from the list.
4. ALL contest mail will be marked DND. Since you are joining this list to enter contests, we expect you to look at all contest related mail. Again, voting is expected & the Winners should be respected by looking at the winners page. We expect no more than 3-4 emails per contest division.....The Contest choices...Voting Link Page & the Winners Link page. Any Advertising pages sent will be kept to a minimum & you may delete these if desired. Any deletion of DND mail will result in immediate removal from the list. Please ask to be put on hold if you get behind or you are leaving on vacation.
5. If your mail becomes full, you block our mail or you become an unknown member, you will be removed. If your mail was full you can contact us to be put back on the list. This will only happen 1 time. The 2nd time you will be removed & will not be added back on the list.
6. All Mail will be sent in BCC format.
7. Adult Content will be allowed & may be contained in some of the contest emails without warning in the subject line. For this reason, you must be 18 to belong to this list. You are joining this list with this knowledge. Please ask to be removed is this will offend you.
8. No identifying markings or initials on tags
9. Do not share your tags with any other list until the voting results are posted on this list.
10. Do not forward TWT mail. Feel free to copy & paste into another mail. If you do not know how to do this, please ask one of the list leaders. They will be glad to help you.
11. Any changes to this list will be sent in one of the contest emails.
