Over the years it has been my good fortune to live in several beautifully scenic areas- the California desert near Joshua Tree National Park, the Siskiyou Mountains of southern Oregon, the Mammoth Lakes-Eastern High Sierra, and La Jolla- and each place has influenced my artistic development. For the past two summers I have traveled to Europe, painting on the Italian Riviera and in the Swiss Alps- a lifelong dream come true. As a resident of San Diego for the past five years, I have painted and sold hundreds of La Jolla coastal scenes, but my heart remains in the mountains, which are still my favorite subjects.
In this website you will find a short summary of my painting career and my pastel methods, a few pages of photos of some of my favorite paintings which I have sold over the years, and several pages of newly completed works which are available for sale as originals and/or photo reproductions.
