"TWINKIE"  Yorkshire Terrier Acrylic Handpainted Purse pet portrait.  COMMISIONATED PAINTING 2003.
This sweet little Yorkie is from Westwood, MA
Art  doesn't have to be display on walls only anymore!
Twinkie's mom wanted a unique one of a kind handpainted Purse with a  pet Portrait painting of her little Yorkie.
Mom wanted Twinkie to be  sitting down with fieldflowers and  detailed face of twinkie's   cute little eyes.
Twinkie's fur was done on layers at a time .

Twinkie is a true mommy's baby!! 
Twinkie loves everything from car rides, food, playing, etc. especially sitting and watching TV 
with mom.  Twinkie is   mommy's  precious little baby (a/k/a “PC” – privileged character).  

"ZOE" WEIMARANER  Acrylic on Canvas panel 11 " X 14" COMMISIONATED PAINTING 2003.
When Zoe's  pet portrait painting was done she was 5 1/2 months old according to  zoe's mom.
The pictures mailed for  portrait reference  were taken 2 month  before.
Zoe has de  most beautiful   crystal-color  blue eyes you can see and the most "mature" and adorable face.
Zoe's mom wanted the  grass background and zoe's  collar. the background was created on multiple layers
to adquire the  fine texture of "crackle" ground and the depth of the grass  foliage.

"GUDERIAN " GERMAN SHEPERD Acrylic on canvas panel 11' X 14 " COMMISIONATED PAINTING 2003.
This handsome Shepperd is from Manitoba, CANADA
This two pictures were used for portrait reference for Guderian's painting; mom wanted  on her  portrait painting  Guderian's yellow stick
 and  his  proud sheperd stand; magnifying glasses were used on this painting to adquire the  fine detail on eyes and muzzle contrast.

Guderian Mom's comments ...
What Guderian likes and dislikes:
 
 " Guderian loves to play "fetch"; especially with his yellow stick or with any sticks he finds in the park on his walks.
He is nine and a half year's old, but still runs and plays like a puppy.  He is very gentle, loves kids, 
and "obeys" my other dog, a mini-schnauzer.  He gets very "ticked off" if I don't come outside and play with him.
He dislikes thunder and lightening, and being told to "be quiet!".
