Pet Portrait Painting by Timeless Memories - Ines Miller Animal Artist

Commissioned Pet portrait painting of a Lhasa Apso dog named " Misty " and a Sheltie Mix dog named " Gretsky "

was done as a tribute to "Misty"- Lhasa Apso dog who already crossed the rainbow bridge and her earth companion "Gretzky" a 12 year old sheltie - sheperd Mix from Temecula California.

This commissioned pet portrait painting has been a fun challenge for artist Ines Miller. The sweet face Lhasa Apso dog named * Misty * crossed the rainbow bridge few years ago, and the only memories treasured by Misty's owner were few pictures that weren't very clear.

The unclarity of pet pictures represent a challenge for most pet portrait artists;
many hours of dedicated work and use of magnifying glasses were use in the build up of layer by layer technique by artist Ines Miller to capture Misty and Gretsky's features; every step of this commissioned pet portrait painting was done freehand by artist Ines Miller.

It is no uncommon for artist Ines Miller to turn a pet portrait painting up side down and continuing painting on this matter. This technique allows artist Ines Miller to be able to capture the "blind" shapes and shadows that are crucial on a pet portrait painting.
