 We use only the best archival quality supplies, too create our one of a kind gifts for all events, keepsakes too treasure, and heirlooms too pass on.  Special attention is given to details and particulars, too add those one of a kind touches.  From classic too contemporary, traditional too modern, whimsy too understated, We work with you to choose your theme, colors, elements, and personal, and intimate touches for your treasures.  Or you can leave everything completely up to us.  So come on in and let us help you make a cherished memory.

Welcome to The Cordial Paper Ink. !  We are a small business with a big heart because of the special work we do, and gifts we create, for your important occasion or event.  Our goal is too have your special order, become the heirloom you pass on proudly. 

With over 20 years of artistic and creative experience, we look forward to serving you and creating your gift to give, or your invitations, and cards to send.

All or our creations are made by hand and with archival quality products, so your one of a kind keepsake will become the precious family heirloom we at the cordial paper ink, love too create.  

Because everything is done by hand, our products are worth the extra time, effort, and cost it takes too create your future heirloom. 

Our prices vary and we are experts at working within your budget to get you the special gift and Heirlooms you want.

Handmade means that all the elements of your order are put together by hand, cut, folded, or drawn by hand, or if a background of a paper is designed using stamps, it is stamped by hand.  If you order 100 of our Personalized Greeting cards, all 100 are glued, decorated, written (calligraphy or special fonts), and assembled by hand.  Unless a part of the design includes a pre-printed stamp, quote, or page element from our computer.  We will also use any specifically requested item of yours too add to your order, such as a special picture, a specific trinket or other embellishments.

To learn more, send us your contact information and a brief description of your project or the special occasion your ordering for.  We will answer your questions (no obligation), explain our creative and production process to you, and initiate your order.  If you have a specific item or element from a supplier that we don't have listed in our links, let us know, and we will order it for us too use in your project.

Because every project is different, our prices vary.  We are also experts at working with in your budget, and fulfilling your desire for something truly your own that you can treasure and pass on.

We are no longer set up to accept credit cards on line due to issues of security that we have with that entire process.  We feel, that at this time, the measures that are taken are not strong or trustworthy enough to insure that private information won't get into the wrong hands to be used in the wrong way.

Once we have received your deposit and finalized the specifics and details of your order, We will send you a sample of your order before we completely finish it.

Remember:   your guests should receive their invitations at least 6 weeks before your wedding date.   If you are not going too use our mailing service , you will also need additional time for addressing and assembling your invitations as well as allowing for delivery time.

Mailing and Calligraphy

Let us help you with your Mailing List.  Our experienced and talented calligraphist will address your envelopes by hand.  And their are a variety of mediums and inks too choose from.  Take a break and we will make sure your invitations, or cards are beautifully and correctly addressed and mailed out on time.  This service is for our customers only.

Rush Orders

We can do rush orders (with in reason), for an extra charge with any of our gifts.  There is a minimum 2 weeks needed for such orders, to be able to design and make them, and a maximum of 300 individual cards. 

Each rush order is decided on a order by order basis and depends on several different factors, one of which is our order load at the time.  Please contact us and we will do our best too work with you,  and your time frame/deadline to get you the gift you need, created and shipped overnight.  *This service does not include our mailing services offered, unless we have no other orders pending deadlines.
