Vegan Veggie Pockets
Shell:
2 Cups
flour
11/2 Tsp.
salt
1/2 cup
(vegan) butter
1 drop
Musterd(Opt)
1 tbsp.
Nutritional yeast(opt)
1 tsp.
Garlic Powder(opt)
Mixing instructions:
Mix flour,salt,Nutritional yeast,and garlic powder,together in a large mixing bowel.Next,Mix in 1/2 the butter with a spoon,then once thats done mix in the other half with your hands.
Then set aside.
Note:For best results,kneed the dough for 5 minutes before setting aside
Filling:
1 very finly sliced Carrot.
1/2 cup finly chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped soy-cheese (Tofutti cheese slices are the best)
20 Brussle sprout's sliced 4 ways.
boil veggies for ten minutes.
Crust Instructions:
Roll out as thin as possabe,cut into round's.
next Put veggies,cheese(soy),and seasoning onto the round circle of dough,then close by folding the dough over.
Cooking Instructions:
Bake for 10 minutes supervised.
Makes About 20.
