We repair, overhaul and upgrade  all  tube H.H Scott  amplifiers, tuners, and receivers.
The usual service is to replace all paper caps with poly/foil, all current carrying resistors with metal-oxide power types and replacing all bypass electrolytics. Cost  is usually $250-350.00, depending on unit. Premium cap option 150.00 extra.  Very good results for this service, excellent sounding equipment.

Tuners, Tuner preamps: All  "300" series

We have done  extensive top level modifications to Scott equipment including relay switched tone in/out (complete selectable bypass of tone circuit), relay selected input source with minimal signal path , full polypropylene power supply rebuilds with or without Hexfred conversion, and triode/pentode switching.
Prices vary with work desired. As a rough guide, none have exceeded 800.00.
Scott tube equipment is one of the best values in vintage tube equipment, but prices have  been on the rise.

Most of this equipment is of poor quality, but can be repaired and restored if desired
