To edit title, just  open flow000.gif and add in your site title.  To customize navigation, just open index.html and edit the links.

I have provided a blank (uncut) menu bar in the zip file (menubar.gif) which you can use to text and make mouseover buttons for navigation. If you don't wish to use it, you can delete this file.

This design uses a CSS file (style.css) for formating the font face and colors.
