Chicken Paprica with Lemon and Garlic
Ingredients:
1/2 k chicken thigh fillet
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsps unsalted butter
2 tbsps shallots, chopped
3 tbsps garlic, chopped
1 tsp green chili, chopped
2 tsps paprika
1/2 pc lemon
2 tbsps parsley, chopped
1/2 cup butter, unsalted
Garnishing:
1 pc lemon, cut into wedges
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Procedure:
**Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Put in a bowl and season with salt and
pepper.
**Heat 3 tbsps butter in a frying pan.
