"Storm Over Mt. Hope"
"Storm Over Mt. Hope" is a Williamstown scene that personifies the town's beauty. This is a view looking East from U.S. Rt. 7, across Green River Road, at the area once known as Mt. Hope. I visited there with my grandfather when I was a child; he worked at the estate, once owned by Col. Parmalee Prentice and his wife, a Rockefeller by birth. "Storm Over Mt. Hope" was finished on January 21, 2007. The painting is size 24" x 18" and framed, is for sale for $900.00
