"Aplenty"

This painting was finished on December 9, 2007 and is an oil on an 8" x 13" bisque platter designed by Sheffield Pottery, of Sheffield, MA. It has been donated to the "Art ala Carte" program designed to raise funds for the David and Joyce Milne Library in Williamstown, MA. Over 40 artists will design a piece of artwork on a form of tableware supplied by the library; the pieces will be displayed all over Williamstown during February, 2008 and will be the subjects of a Silent Auction at the Harrison Gallery in Williamstown on February 29, 2008. All proceeds from the auction will help the library to sponsor its "Williamstown Reads" programs.
