Until recently only few have accepted in the Rapido Realismo and joining the inner circle is not easy. Master Henry was a traditional based instructors who choose his students and share only the most practical to those who deserve. He doesn't want to commercialize his art to the point he hide those thing we called secrets and only available to few. Guro Isagani Abon convinced him that his skills and knowledge will be wasted if he wont share and teach it to the public  then they  founded the Luneta Kali Combative Group and now PG Espera decided to expand the Rapido Realismo (local and even to the Foreigner) then promote and propagate the Arts.

We've designed a comprehensive, Instructor development  and certification course with different level that respect and compliments your existing Hand to Hand and Weaponry System. We're looking for serious, progressive & concientious Instructors/Trainers from any style or discipline. You can now professionally integrate Rapido Realismo into your curriculum. Those who want to help people learn martial arts, those who want to make a differience in their communities, and those who want to expand their market and make an extra  money by teachibg and adding the Rapido Realismo into their exsiting Program. INSTRUCTORSHIP PROGRAMS, SESSIONS, AND TRAINING FOR LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE, AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS 

I would personally like to invite you to be part of a slowly growing group of representatives/instructors in the martial art systems taught by me (Punong Guro Henry Espera). This is for the people who are sick and tired of the quick fixes many organizations offer and would like to become a real knowledgeable martial artist and feel comfort in knowing you can actually pull off the techniques you have learned. I promise you will eventually be able to defend yourself in any possible situation that could occur after training with me as long as there is consistency in your working out both with me and practicing as often as you could on your own free time. If you are presently involved in a martial art and you are an unbiased person who would like to pursue more knowledge in different styles, all the martial arts I teach is a great additive to your existing program. 

If you are a school owner or would like to be and you don't have Rapido Realismo Kali systems where you live. Provided you live too far to train daily here in Manila, Philippines, We have a couple of different ways for you to spend as much time as possible learning these fighting methods and along with some time and effort, you can eventually become Apprentice or Basic instructor level and teach these Combat Systems where you live. Please note that this is an educational process that cannot be accomplished overnight, so you have to understand that you are working toward gaining an authentic education in the area of self defense and BLADE oriented filipino martial arts.  

One way to learn these fighting systems is to train with Me one on one or semi privately here in the Philippines. If you fly in from another  country to go to Silang, Cavite or Manila, Philippines, know that there are hotels at a discount rate we can find for you as a students & visitors. Like the My Flower Hotel and Restaurant and Oasis Paco Park Hotel.

Another possibility if you are a martial art school owner, would be for me or BG Isagani Abon to come to you and conduct a workshop/seminar in your area with you being the sponsor. Either way you decide to train with us, We will guarantee you will be left with very practical techniques and drills that will enhance your fighting skills tremendously in all ranges. He have a very unique way to teach my martial art styles. You will see that we also make sure everyone at each workshop gets individual attention so that everything being taught is completely understood down to the finest detail. 

LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: For long distance students who are unable to train with me daily and participate in our regular instructorship sessions, I have a specialized Representative/Instructorship program to fit your specific needs. What this program entails would be for you to come to Manila, Philippines and develop through specialized Representative/Instructorship Intensive Training programs. This training combined with you having me out to your area for an annual seminar will give you the ability to become a certified Representative as you work towards your Instructorship, It also Required you to Train Privately Twice a year and two weeks to one month in Duration every training, this ensure you will reach the Guro Level upto Full Instructorship and it will lasted for 2 to 3 Years.
 

LOCAL STUDENTS: For local students, Rapido Realismo Luneta Kali Group, Cavite Kali Group ( and soon Laguna Kali Group) offers an Instructorship program. The personal training in this class combined with training very intensely with other instructors and advance students, helps to develop your skills, knowledge, and teaching ability more rapidly than other formats. Please note that this is an educational process that cannot be accomplished overnight, so you have to understand that you are working toward gaining an authentic education in the area of self defense and combat oriented martial arts. This program is designed specifically to develop instructors, therefore special emphasis is placed on developing your martial knowledge and fighting skill, while also developing your ability to instruct and teach students of all levels.

Master Espera's Mission :

              To teach and share knowledge and skills to anyone and to promote and certifies all attendees in this "intensive personal training which are  instructorship development and certification workshop. Every one should leave this training event  with some level of teaching credentials or instructorship. We will  Award certificate    for Apprentice, Basic instructorship to all attendee, and Full instructorship to the        most qualified and excellent trainee which who endure the hardcore training for a week or a month.

Workshop objective:

                It is our goal to train attendee ( Martial Arts Instructor, Owner, Practitioner, Fighter or just an Enthusiast ) how to successfully learn and implement this hybrid martial arts called Rapido Realismo Kali.

Workshop Format:

                   Attendee will trained with Master Espera's traditional yet effective method of training. A private one on one or with a small group ( if you bring a maximum of  3 friends or students and your free ) for fast learning . It include the fundamental to advance technique, attributes and drills, more combat sequences and feeder based drills. As much as possible interactive and personal yet street oriented.

Workshop Staff:

                     The Program Director and Chief  Instructor for the training are Master Henry Espera himself and assisted by either Guro Isagani  Abon or other Senior Guro, Full Instructor under Master Espera.

Requirements for the Certification:

1.       Participattion in all parts of the training/Workshop and Seminar.

2.      Comprehensive understanding of the Rapido Realismo Concepts, Technique and other material presented during the workshop.  

3.       Passing a written examination covering the basic materials presented during the training.    

4.       Passing a physical examination covering the basic materials presented during the    training  facing and defending himself against multiple combat scenario.       

5.      Instructor's Approval.

6.      A written explaination of how he/she can help to propagate and implement this martial Arts with his Basic Lesson Plan.

      Finally conscientious and progressive instructors from any style or discipline can easily and professionally integrate PG Henry Espera's Fighting System into their curriculum. The Arts is Comprehensive and Integrated with exciting, unique, and comprehensive curriculum. Martial Arts school owner or instructor can attract and retain adult's student by offering this program.

       Learning a fighting Skills requires a focus mind and fit body with full fighting spirit. True fighting skills cannot be taught in a seminar or workshop of a hundred people nor can it be taught out a book or a video tapes. You must experience it from a true master. We believe in an intensive personal or a limited group training so everyone learn quicker and feel the real essence of a combat art. We are offering you an art which are not complicated but not simplistic. We wont fool you with any marketing promises, unrealistic arts like any of those systems advertisement. Just a Filipino Fighting System designed as a combative art for modern times. This course is ardous, long and not an abbreviated form of martial arts.

         Start with our 2 weeks Instructor Development Program ( and get certified as trainer but not an Instructor to taste our system ) with an optional training for advancement and receive any of our systems level of instructorship. Then  if you decided to continue for another 2 week for Apprentice instructor. Be prepared, we will pick those only qualified for another two week ( for free ) further experience and knowledge are required before you will be accepted to the Full Instructorship course. In any of this level you now have the right to teach and propagate our system of martial arts and test your student up to your present ranks. We just want to share our street effective art to the world.
