This is a Gallery of Ikebana

Ikebana is a Japanese flower arranging technique. It's simplicity beautifully displays two or three stems of flowers such as gladioli, lily or minature orchid. The raku glaze has been sealed to allow it to hold water. Each Ikebana has been hand-thrown, decorated and fired.

In order for single stems to stand in a stem holder, cut a short piece of stem (one to two inches long) to wedge in the stem holder with the flower. You can also add two or more stems to each stem holder to hold the stems upright.
