If you would like to have a custom, just neo~mail Kat with a few things. Such as main markings and/or details of your kougra. Be sure to specify which adoptable you want! Kougie or Lupeh custom.
Please know that she can't make all the precise markings on the chibis because they're just so small!

Yay! I now give out a pet page award!
It's called the Serene Lilly award, and I'm giving them out to great sites that have had a lot of dedication given to them! Please know that this is not an easy award to win. Read the regulations below before applying.
-The page must be original with your own stories and ideas.
-Lots of pictures! It's not nice having to read a bunch of stuff with nothing else. Preferabley pictures of your own.
-Organization~ It's hard to read a messy page with pictures flying about everywhere. As well as good grammer and punctuation, try to leave out all the shortened symbles.
-Also, try to keep those lil red x's away. Those pests!
-Good ideas! A cool theme would be neat!
-There should be a lot of information about your neopet, that is what your pet page is for.
-Page must be on the neopets' server.
-Lastly, it should look nice and be easy to read the text.
