"It Tastes Like Whiskey" is a solo show I had Feb. 11 2006 at the Black Maria Gallery in Los Angeles. It consisted of these 24 paintings along with 20 other small paintings. The series tells a sequential story of a murderous snake oil salesman who kills his victims with an elixer that promises youth. His victims, turned into vengeful ghosts, along with a blind kid, two Native Americans and a tornado all take part in foiling his plans.
