An innocent young girl ventures out into a world of jealousy and strife.  She finds that her friends really don't like her and resent her talent, beauty and charm.  Her real life transcends her dreams as her friends turn into vicious spiders that engulf her in a paralyzing nightmare.  She desperately tries to br              eak through to reality but can't and slowly descends into madness.

This performance within a performance explains the day in the life of a performing troupe.  First, there are rehearsals, then getting ready backstage, the audience comes in and finally, the performance.
